This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on. What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience. If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience. Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

We have just returned from a stay at the Nephos Hotel and overall, we had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are modern, clean, and spacious, and the housekeeping staff does an excellent job. The breakfast was good. The location is also a major plus – it's very convenient for accessing the beach and the main attractions in the area. However, there was one significant issue that impacted our sleep on one particular night. I understand that the hotel cannot control everything in its surroundings( neighboring hotel hosted a large outdoor event), but the soundproofing in the room was not sufficient to handle external noise.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar. In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Очень красивый свежий бутик отель прямо в центре старого города. Есть свой небольшой пляж с лежаками. Номера просторные оформлены в модном экостиле. Единственный нюанс - невозможно подъехать на арендованной машине к отелю, так как на Территории старого города могут передвигаться только такси. Мы припарковались на парковке и доехали до отеля (около 1 км) на карте за 90 TL с человека.

Les chambres sont très confortables et sont très confortables. La réparation générale de l'hôtel était faible : peinture à chips dans le lobby, bouffée en bois sur la réception, trim brisé dans la chambre, etc. Le plus grand était la piscine tranquille pour ceux qui ne veulent pas crier des enfants et de la musique haute. Pas un fan de l'extérieur des hôtels, pas de restaurants ou de cafés à parler, juste des achats, que je comprends: quel est le point quand tout est inclusif. Tout au long de la journée, l'alcool prémier était disponible et demi- nuit à 3AM nourriture.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good. That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English. Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room. Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid. If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

L'environnement de l'hôtel est bon, sur la rive de la mer, il ya un grand jardin, le prix de 250 yuan moins que, le petit déjeuner et le dîner sont très bons, c'est que les installations de la chambre sont trop simples et la santé est mauvaise, parce que près de la rive de la mer, la marée de la lit et le goût de la cuisse. Parce que les prix sont bon marché, tout service supplémentaire est facturé, comme le réseau, par exemple, sans laisser apporter de l'eau et de la nourriture de l'extérieur, les bébés peuvent acheter de leur propre supermarché, les bébés ne peuvent pas être portés dans la piscine, ils doivent payer pour louer les bébés de l'hôtel, etc. Si les installations de la chambre sont légèrement conçues, les équipements de lit sont meilleurs, même si le prix est légèrement supérieur, je le recommanderais très bien, mais pas si, si les conditions d'hébergement sont requises, il n'est pas recommandé d'aller chez nous.

Le Sultan of side est un beau hôtel où nous avons choisi chaque fois que possible pour les vacances de week-end. Les repas sont très délicieux et divers remerciements à tous les employés
