We have just arrived back from a 10 day family holiday & are already looking forward to our return. There is virtually nothing that can be levelled at the hotel in their efforts to delivery the perfect holiday. We arrived at 11pm and were swiftly taken to the penthouse suite we had booked (this room is highly recommended). The mini bar was full of drinks, chocolate, beer, premium spirits & cocktails. We were also given a box of welcome chocolates & fruit. The hotel has x4 la carte restaurants (3 which require booking 2 days in advance as they are not large), as well as the main buffet restaurant. The food was always at a high standard at all outlets, and we had zero complaints about any meal. We personally loved the seafood restaurant (beautiful at sunset) and Maison Plage (which is al la carte but walk in). Whilst not overly focused on families (there are not water slides like many Turkish resorts), our 10 year old had a fantastic time. The resort is spotless, and the rooms and resort are kept immaculate. What really drives this resort is the focus on customers, as you are made to feel a guest and not a commodity. The staff and people make this hotel excel, and all staff were efficient, friendly and professional. Please tip staff as they really do deserve it (although you are never made to feel this is expected). The AI is the other main reason I would highly recommend this resort. Unlike many hotels, everything really is included, from 24/7 food and drink, premium brands (12 year old single malts etc), and the food is of a very high standard. Although we do not eat meat, they served Chateaubriand, which is £60 a head in the UK. Having been to Turkey, Middle East & Indian Ocean hotels & been lucky enough to stop in some amazing places, I would easily put the service, standard and AI of this hotel up there with the best of them. Far better than our trip to Siyam World in Maldives last summer and over half the price. In a nutshell, book, go, enjoy & remember.

Bugun ayrildik. Otel cok şirin. Havuzu bahçesi cok temiz ve düzenli. Huzurlu bir ortam. Kahvaltısi yeterli. Akşam yemeği lezzet konusunda biraz daha iyi olabilirdi. Ama fiyat performans olarak bizi memnun etti. Ailecek 1+1 odada kaldık. Genel anlamda iyiydi. Klima buzdolabı çalışıyordu. WiFi bağlantısı simdiye kadar kaldığım 5 yıldız otellerde dahil en iyisiydi diyebilirim. Havuz başında bile ful çekiyordu. Ufak tefek eksikler vardı ama bir telefonla sorunlara anında çözüm sunmaları eksikleri tamamlamaları çok güzeldi. Zaten onemli olan da bu. Tüm çalışanlar cok kibar ve ilgilerdi. elif hanım ve Furkan bey canla başla misafirlerin memnuyeti için kosturuyorlardi. Hepsine ayrı ayrı teşekkürler. Bazı yorumlar çok acımasız. Bu paraya 5 yıldızlı otel hizmeti ve konforu almak istiyorlar sanırım. İlginç.. biz memnun ayrıldık. Sideye tekrar gelecek olursak tercih edeceğimiz bir yer. 2 senelik bir isletmeymiş. Elif hanım ve Furkan beye de başarılar ve bol kazançlar diliyorum.

I did read all the reviews before I booked and brushed away the not so good ones sadly the not so good ones are completely true. Room small but ok Food absolutely dreadful unless you like salad as all of the hot food is luck warm or cold and absolutely always bland and extremely repetitive Drinks omg 1 tiny small bar 1 rude person serving carbonated water went to local bars and supermarket instead All staff need to go on a hospitality course as no one says hello goodbye or absolutely everything and that’s to every nationality there Reception staff rude and unwelcoming again no welcome no information given If it rains or the weather is unkind absolutely no-were for you to sit so it’s. A day in bedroom we had 2 rainy days This is not a 4/star hotel My only compliment is the hotel is kept spotless and if this was passed on to the food drink and staff members then it would be a better place

L'hôtel Armella Hill est un excellent resort pour aller et se détendre. Le repas était excellent. Nous avons eu beaucoup de choix de plats. Le personnel était très utile de toute façon. Nous avons eu un moment merveilleux dans la piscine. Les extras comme la coupe de cheveux, le massage, etc étaient excellents. Je voudrais cependant demander que le personnel apprenne l'anglais. Cela ferait de la communication plus excellente. Mais nous planions revenir à l'hôtel Armella Hill

Well what can I say...5th visit in 2 and a half years should tell you my feelings about this hotel. Staff are exceptional and provide you with the best service you can imagine. Ergin and Savas lead the team by example and strive to ensure your stay with them is the best it can be. Food is top quality with a wide selection of choice and dietary requirements met. Drinks are made by professional barmen who know their job and do it VERY well...(If it isn't on the menu, just ask) Rooms are comfortable and modern and the cleaning and maintenance staff keep the hotel at a very high standard. I love this place, the location and the resident cat ”Summer”...but most of all the staff have a special place in my heart...how this can happen for a holiday destination I don't know but the management and staff make each visit special and there is no feeling in the world that matches stepping out the transfer vehicle and hearing the doors of Barut Andiz swish open. You can not be disappointed with this hotel. 💕

Arrivée tôt le matin 6am car notre vol a été retardé de Manchester ...Le récepteur Salim était très gentil ...we ont été épuisés car notre bagage n'a pas atterri à l'aéroport d'Antalya et étaient à l'aéroport pour 4hours....late l'après-midi nous avons demandé à la dame au bureau de réception de Contactez l'aéroport pour voir ce qui se passait ...elle était utile mais pensez qu'elle était frustrée avec nous et a continué de parler en langue avec l'autre personnel ...Notre chambre a été nettoyée tous les jours, mais pourrait nettoyer mieux ....Le divertissement de nuit n'était pas enfant family friendly ....Denrées alimentaires tous les jours à l'hôtel était vraiment jolie ...Le côté pool pourrait faire avec une meilleure musique ...Les ascenseurs sont rapides nous étions au 5e étage ...Adam à la réception j'ai trouvé très rude il n'était pas utile à tous ... la zone de lobby est jolie à refroidir bien aircon ....Le magasin de bijoux ne sait pas quand nous laisser seuls en permanence sur votre dos pour acheter des bijoux, surtout quand vous voulez juste vous asseoir dans la lobby et le refroidissement ....View est belle une bonne ligne de magasins à l'extérieur ....quiet que d'autres endroits ....bus vient à l'extérieur de l'hôtel pour vous emmener au centre-ville ...

Le plus gros inconvénient est que la chambre est petite, très petite et très petite, ce qui est très nul par rapport à ce prix. Mais la santé n'est pas mauvaise, la porte de l'hôtel doit être balayée pour pouvoir entrer en toute sécurité. Il y a un grand parking, et les amis qui viennent en voiture sont mieux que la vieille ville. Il est à plus de dix minutes à pied de la ville antique et à 15 minutes à pied du temple. Le restaurant du rez-de-chaussée particulièrement recommandé, bon marché et délicieux, est le repas le plus cool à manger de nos jours. Bon petit déjeuner

I can call myself a regular customer of the place, and I am far from being capricious but this time I have very mixed feelings. It’s a long story, and it must be read and taken into consideration by the hotel management and the owners of the business! Here I only assess the service. My husband and I stayed here in 2020 and 2021 during the tough years of the pandemic, last year together with our 19-year-old daughter and my elderly parents. All the five of us loved the place so much that we made a decision to book it again this year. However, it was fully booked till 26, October. Our vacation started on 16, October and we stayed at another hotel of the same chain (Hane Smart) and moved here on 26, October because we desperately wanted to stay here. It was a mistake, though. When we arrived we found out that the Hane Family was overbooked and they could not provide us with 2 rooms (we booked a family and a standard) and offered all of us to stay in a family suite for 2 nights. 5 adults, 1 bathroom… We did not mind it though we were not pleased that much. The receptionist (Nuriyam) apologised for the inconvenience and offered an a la carte restaurant reservation, a free safe box (it’s a paid service here) and free cocktails each of us (imported alcohol cocktails cost 5 € per one). When we decided to have our cocktails in the lobby bar they told us to go to the pool bar with our cocktail vouchers. It was 11:30 am. A man at the bar refused to serve us for a reason he tried to explain in… German. I work in a hotel myself and I should point out that the international language of hospitality is still English, even in Turkey, isn’t it? Even if you mainly work with German tourists, you have to speak elementary English! And your non-German tourists are not supposed to speak German! We left our parents and daughter at the pool and went to the reception to clarify the situation. The same receptionist called the pool bar and told us to get back and get the cocktails. We went there again, and again the same man at the bar refused to serve us. We insisted, he answered something in a foreign language which was a mix of some words with a few English words among which I could only get ‘eat’ and the gesture of eating. It was also obvious he couldn’t make cocktails or didn’t want to do it. What he meant was still unclear to me. I was looking at him in great surprise and he pointed at his temple with his index finger near which in most European countries is considered to be an indication ‘you are stupid’ A hotel employee showing a guest that he or she is stupid with a gesture!!! Very rude and highly unprofessional!!! I was shocked! We went to the reception AGAIN. This time the receptionist called the restaurant manager and went with us. It turned out that the man at the bar is.. just a waiter who poured beer and Sprite while the real bartender was having his lunch. He simply could NOT explain it in English, because his English is so poor that he even cannot say ‘barte

Hotel 4 etoile si sa c est un 4 etoile je me demande vraiment ce qu est reelement un 4 etoiles personnel irrespectueux chambre tres tres sale boisson chaude nourriture pas mais pas bonne du tous tjd la meme chose et froid.le personel est froid il ne vous dise ps bonjour clin de la tete pour venir prendre la commande pas de bonjour ni rien le restaurant une catastrophe pas de couvert boisson chaude assiettes en carton table degeulasse ne ramasse pas les assiettes salle siege enfant rempli de crasse.j en passe de tous ce que j ai vu les soiree les animation privilege aux russes.les barman tu commande a boire il te montre son pot de pourboir pour que tu lui rn donne 1 les animateur te force a venir faire les animation.Bref zero plus jamais de la vie mes vacances ont ete gachee je mangeai la plus part du temps a l exterieur je deconseille vraiment passez a un autre hotel pour ne pas gacher votre sejour
