Hôtels à Comte de Broward avec parking

Nous avons séjourné une nuit avant un voyage, mais nous avons été très heureux avec la salle d'étude, la propreté de la chambre et les installations et le bon personnel du bureau. Le petit déjeuner était frais, abondant et facile à accès. Nous nous réservons certainement ici.

The room was quite nice - sparkling clean! This is definitely the most important element for me, but this place didn't disappoint regarding cleanliness. One thing I found disappointing was that, while this is a solid place to have a family vacation, there isn't really a more quiet place to get some work done besides the desk in the guest room. The business center is right in the middle of the front lobby, which can sometimes get super loud. A quieter workspace area that is tucked away would be nice. One frustrating thing was the amount of gratuity tacked on to everything. We went to the Bar & Grill for some snacks and a beer one day, and despite only getting our order taken at the bar and one other person bringing out our food and drinks once, maybe twice, the resort has the audacity to add on an 18% service fee on top of the price automatically. I understand that inflation and cost of living are a problem, but it shouldn't give hotel chains like Hilton to pass on the responsibility of paying their employees to their customers. They should actually pay their people a fair wage. $40/day+tax for mandatory valet parking was also completely unnecessary. That being said, experience-wise, it's still a good place and seemed to be one of the lower-priced resorts in the area, but I hate how hotel chains tend to find ways to gouge just a little bit more money out of people around every corner.

I enjoyed my stay at Tru by Hilton in downtown Fort Lauderdale. The location was great. Downtown, easy access to everywhere, without feeling like you’re in the middle of a busy city. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Over all, the vibe of the place is very much like college dorm or summer camp for grown adults. I’d definitely stay here again. The free breakfast every morning was also a very nice addition.

I specifically chose to stay at this hotel for the King size bed. When I checked in at exactly 3pm check-in time, the front desk clerk told me they no longer had anymore King size beds. They offered no solutions and kept telling me this is what happens when you book with ”Trip.com”, now you have to deal with them, and we can't help you!!! I reached out to Trip.com and a service agent by the name of MARIE KRIS S said she would take care of it. I checked my email today and saw that an inconvenience offers of $15, I refused this offer for all the embarrassment and disappointment that is not even acceptable. Honestly the entire stay should be reimbursed or at least offer a night at my next booking at no charge.

2/12/26 In my experience, the customer service fell short of expectations and could benefit from noticeable improvement. A welcoming demeanor and simple courtesy—such as a genuine smile—can significantly enhance a guest’s experience. While I did not have particularly high expectations given the name “The Red Carpet Inn,” I still anticipated a reasonable standard of hospitality and upkeep. Unfortunately, the property did not fully meet those expectations. The overall odor within the facility was unpleasant and could certainly be addressed. Although the cleanliness was acceptable for an inn of this category, it lacked the freshness and attention to detail that would make guests feel comfortable. Aesthetically, the rooms appear outdated and in need of renovation. The addition of a few brightly colored furniture pieces seems to be an attempt to give the impression of recent remodeling; however, these accent pieces do little to disguise the overall condition of the space. The updates feel superficial rather than substantive—more cosmetic than structural. My wife and I only needed a place to rest for a few hours before catching a flight later that evening, and for that limited purpose it sufficed. However, I would not consider staying here for more than one night, and even that would be with hesitation. Additionally, the “closet” was not a true closet at all. It consisted merely of an exposed wall-mounted rod with no enclosure or doors, which further contributed to the unfinished and poorly designed feel of the room. Overall, while the property may serve as a very short-term stopover, there is significant room for improvement in customer service, atmosphere, and genuine modernization. Bright Spot would only be the Shuttle to the Airport that is included at checkout. This would be there saving grace.

Il m'a donné des directions plutôt mauvaises pour le rencontrer, donc je l'ai attendu et je l'ai écrit en dehors et sur pendant 20 minutes avant que je ne soit en fait prise. Je ne connaissais pas l'aéroport, donc j'ai fait le meilleur que je pouvais avec mes deux bagages. Une fois à l'hôtel, j'avais payé pour une chambre avec deux lits de reine, mais il m'a dit à la dame du bureau que j'avais vraiment préféré un lit roi.Elle m'a dit qu'elle ne pouvait pas changer la chambre parce que j'avais payé par un tiers.Le gestionnaire m'a offert d'aider avec mon bagage et moi. Il a été très gentil et m'a placé dans une chambre tranquille avec un lit de taille royale au dos de l'hôtel. J'ai enfin dormi après un long vol. Il y a un restaurant dans les locaux, mais la seule chose que je pouvais vraiment commander dans la catégorie sandwich était un délicieux, gros hamburger qui a pris plus de 35 minutes pour servir. Il y avait un comédien dans la prochaine chambre qui n'était pas drôle et seulement trois autres personnes La chambre est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était spacieuse, toutes les lumières fonctionnaient et le lit était confortable. Je ne peux vraiment pas recommander cet hôtel de bonne foi après toutes les inconveniences que j'ai endurées. During our trip through Florida, we had the pleasure of staying one night at the Ocean Reef Hotel, and it was truly a great experience. Upon arrival, we found the reception closed, but it wasn’t long before a very friendly lady came to assist us with check-in. She had just gone out to grab a bite to eat, which is completely understandable – everyone needs food! Once we got to our hotel room, we were pleased to find it clean, well-maintained, and above average in size. Although there were a few minor maintenance issues, what mattered most was that the beds were extremely comfortable and everything was spotless. After checking in, we went out for a meal, but upon returning, we discovered that the parking lot was nearly full, making it difficult to find a spot. Without even needing to ask, a very helpful staff member on the night shift immediately resolved the issue by assigning us a great parking space near the entrance. This thoughtful service made a huge difference. Throughout the night, this gentleman also conducted a round of checks, which gave us a great sense of security. The hotel itself was quiet, and we had a restful night's sleep. The bathroom facilities, including the toilet and shower, were also impeccably clean. In the morning, when we checked out, the same lady who helped us with check-in was there again, and once more, we were greeted with kindness and a friendly smile. This hotel is definitely a place I would return to during a Florida road trip. I highly recommend it and want to thank the staff for their excellent care. It’s absolutely a place to revisit.

Il suffit de passer une nuit comme je passe chez nous pour une urgence, mais si vous avez besoin de plus de maintenance pour que votre séjour soit un peu mieux. Et mettre à jour la climatisation.
