La chambre a été rénovée, un peu de goût de décoration, une partie du travail de poudre dans l'hallo est toujours en cours, l'ensemble n'a pas d'incidence sur la vie, il est très pratique de vivre ici pour Binga, il y a un restaurant chinois au niveau 1er, mais nous n'avons pas connu. Les installations de la chambre sont bien, recommandé.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

Fantastic hotel, the staff were amazing, very clean, and reasonably priced considering I was there for the World Cup match in Philly. I had a fantastic view of the Benjamin Franklin Bridge from my 5th-level room. They also have a very good self-serve coffee machine available 24 hours free of charge. Very happy with my stay overall. Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Отключить её нельзя, поэтому все ночи были большим испытанием. Так же в коридоре в 5 утра все время было шумно из-за уборки мусора.

The main advantage of 4211 Suites is its location. It is a practical option if you need to stay close to the University of Pennsylvania campus or nearby academic activities. For a short one-night stay, especially if you are in a rush, it can work. That said, it feels more like a basic student accommodation than a proper hotel. The staff at the counter were generally polite, though communication was sometimes limited, so service may feel a bit uneven. The room was spacious enough, but it had a noticeable humid smell, which affected the overall comfort. The breakfast area is very limited, and I would not recommend paying extra for it. The food options were basic and not good value for the price. I also found the use of plastic plates and cutlery frustrating, especially with hot food, as it felt low quality and uncomfortable. Overall, I am not making a major complaint, but I do think the property should invest more in the quality of the rooms, breakfast, and basic items provided. Given the price charged, the experience could be much better. It may be acceptable for students or longer basic stays, but for adult travelers expecting hotel-level comfort and service, I would only recommend it for a short stay.

Situé au croisement de la 37e Rue et de la 8e Avenue, à Midtown Manhattan, l'hôtel est bien situé, à proximité de la gare routière, de Penn Station et de Times Square, ce qui le rend pratique pour voyager et visiter la ville. La chambre n'est pas très grande, mais elle est équipée d'un grand réfrigérateur, d'un micro-ondes, d'une plaque à induction et de vaisselle, ce qui permet de se préparer facilement un petit-déjeuner. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux. Le ménage est fait tous les deux jours. Trois personnes ont séjourné trois nuits. Le grand lit était très confortable, mais le canapé-lit était un peu vieillot. Il y a encore beaucoup de sans-abri, mais ils ne sont pas agressifs lorsqu'ils passent. Globalement, je suis plutôt satisfait de mon séjour.

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.

Pas impressionné, mériterait 3 étoiles au maximum. Service d'enregistrement à la réception épouvantable, manque cruel de personnel, temps d'attente interminables. J'ai attendu jusqu'à 18 h (l'heure officielle d'enregistrement est 16 h) pour recevoir un appel téléphonique annonçant qu'une chambre réservée se libérait. J'ai dû faire la queue pendant 30 minutes pour récupérer les clés de ma chambre alors que j'étais déjà enregistré plus tôt, après avoir fait la même chose. Le service de ménage n'arrivait pas à suivre le rythme du ménage, car il manquait clairement de personnel. La chambre était très confortable, agréable et propre, mais la climatisation était un peu gênante : soit de l'air froid et sec à 21 °C, soit de l'air chaud et humide à 22 °C, la pression de l'eau de la douche était faible. L'établissement propose uniquement un service de voiturier en option pour près de 59 $ par 24 h, plus la taxe de stationnement de Philadelphie de 22,5 %. Le parking à étages en libre-service de l'autre côté de la rue est au même prix. Dans le quartier du centre-ville et de l'autre côté de la rue (entrée du 7-Eleven), campés de sans-abri mendiant de la monnaie.

L'isolation sonore était mauvaise, on peut entendre le tuyau d'eau, les gens dans la hall, et les voitures extérieures. Si vous êtes un bon coucher, ne choisissez pas ici. La valeur globale du coût est ok. Le prix de stationnement n'est pas si raisonnable.
