Hôtels à Philadelphie avec parking

This hotel is located near Penn. The restaurant downstairs is average. For parking, the nearby parking lot is $24 a day and you need to walk a distance. The room is average, but the attitude of the staff is very enthusiastic. The best choice for breakfast is WAWA. The food in this chain supermarket is cheap and delicious. Be careful not to exceed the time limit when parking on the roadside. There are surprisingly many law enforcement officers here.

Wonderful location, within walking distance from all the main attractions of the city. The rooms are also decent, pretty good price for what you get.

Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

Le service était excellent, la chambre était propre. Le seul problème était le parking. Ils ne pouvaient pas héberger le mini-van pour leur parking valet en raison de sa taille. Il était difficile de trouver un parking dans les rues pendant une nuit de semaine. Tout autre que cela était parfait. (Famille de quatre enfants, un enfant handicapé)

В этом отеле хороший персонал, но ужасный шум в номере. Помимо кондиционеров есть принудительная вентилияция, которая дует прямо на кровать и шумит, как реактивный двигатель. Отключить её нельзя, поэтому все ночи были большим испытанием. Так же в коридоре в 5 утра все время было шумно из-за уборки мусора.

La chambre était propre et l'hôtel bien situé. On pouvait facilement se rendre à pied aux sites touristiques et la gare de banlieue était à proximité. Cependant, le petit-déjeuner était trop cher et médiocre. Je recommande plutôt de visiter les cafés locaux.

Juan at the front desk saved the day as I needed to change two rooms- the first one was dirty and the second one smelled like smoke. Juan made sure he got me a room that was clean and even went with me to make sure. The staff is courteous and professional.

Pas impressionné, mériterait 3 étoiles au maximum. Service d'enregistrement à la réception épouvantable, manque cruel de personnel, temps d'attente interminables. J'ai attendu jusqu'à 18 h (l'heure officielle d'enregistrement est 16 h) pour recevoir un appel téléphonique annonçant qu'une chambre réservée se libérait. J'ai dû faire la queue pendant 30 minutes pour récupérer les clés de ma chambre alors que j'étais déjà enregistré plus tôt, après avoir fait la même chose. Le service de ménage n'arrivait pas à suivre le rythme du ménage, car il manquait clairement de personnel. La chambre était très confortable, agréable et propre, mais la climatisation était un peu gênante : soit de l'air froid et sec à 21 °C, soit de l'air chaud et humide à 22 °C, la pression de l'eau de la douche était faible. L'établissement propose uniquement un service de voiturier en option pour près de 59 $ par 24 h, plus la taxe de stationnement de Philadelphie de 22,5 %. Le parking à étages en libre-service de l'autre côté de la rue est au même prix. Dans le quartier du centre-ville et de l'autre côté de la rue (entrée du 7-Eleven), campés de sans-abri mendiant de la monnaie.

Le service est bon et la propreté est excellente, mais la piscine était fermée pour le week-end. Les chambres ne disposent ni de minibar ni de télévision connectée.

The hotel was not up to snuff. There was some kind of sports team staying there,, and only 2 elevators, so there was a line to wait for the elevator. There was also only one person at the desk, so, again, a long wait for check in. When I said, ”Gee you really need help here,,” the woman said ”No, I'm fine. I've got three kids, I can handle this!” (Well it wasn't you I was concerned about, lady!) Also, the parking cost $25, otherwise you can park on the street (absolutely no spaces!), or go down the street to a paid lot. The room was adequate, the place was clean, but it was definitely not worth the high price.
