I had a wonderful stay. The most beautiful room I experienced in Uzbekistan. The hotel is built around a central open courtyard, with rooms on all sides. When you step out of your room, you’re on a balcony overlooking the space, facing the other rooms across the way. It gives the whole place a really calm, traditional feel. What truly made the stay special, though, was the hospitality. The hotel is family-run, and the owner is incredibly kind and thoughtful. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable, getting us water at night, arranging something for us to eat before a late departure, and helping organize a taxi. His son also helps run the place and he's really kind, diligent and attentive Breakfast was also very enjoyable, served in a bright and welcoming room that made mornings feel relaxed and pleasant. Overall, a warm, comfortable, and genuinely caring place to stay. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bukhara.

L'hôtel est situé juste à côté de la rue piétonne de Boukhara et est très proche des attractions. Le petit déjeuner a été préparé par une tante locale très gentille et il était délicieux. Le patron a dit que la tante travaillait dans un restaurant Michelin et le recommandait vivement. Le restaurant a une histoire de 200 ans et les chambres sont petites mais confortables.

Our stay here was excellent! We decided to book this accomodation based on the other reviews, and it was even more wonderful than we thought! This is a home stay, and it was great to meet the family and speak with them. It is very close to the old city attractions, which made it so easy to walk to them. The family were lovely to us during our stay. The breakfast was extra special as our host made sure that we tried an array of dishes, and he even went out of his way to go to the market to get ingredients to prepare our breakfast. It was really lovely to go on the walking tour, we went to the summer palace and got to learn a lot about Uzbek culture during the tour. We chose to do a plov making class with the family as well, and it was the most delicious meal we had during the trip, and we really enjoyed learning how to make the dish and getting to know the family some more This stay was excellent and made us really love Bukhara, we highly recommend staying here!

Wasn’t a very pleasant stay. On the first day we felt like a scam. We booked the room with an open window door but when we checked in, they gave us an accessible room next to the lift. Nothing looked like the picture on trip.com nor on Mercure website. The accessible bathroom design was also a huge miss. We tried to talk to front desk but they said that’s the last room they have and there were twin beds in the room, so that’s the correct room. They in the end asked us to request for room change the next day if we don’t ‘like’ it. We waited the manager until late morning next day and explained the issue which was more than a room change request. The manager admitted there are only a few rooms that actually look like the picture on their website. They finally gave us the room that we actually booked after a long argument, and compensated us on the first night issue. Beware of what you booked. They mixed a lot of different rooms into one room category and charge the same price point. The room amenities were basic also.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is just a basic room. The staffs are polite and helpful. They don't speak English very well. The surrounding is very close to places of interest in Bukhara such as Ark of Bukhara, Ismail Museum, Chor Minor. It is very easy to walk around. The proximity from the hotel is within 30min walk.

Les conditions d'hygiène de l'hôtel sont bonnes, mais il y a des élévateurs à distance de la ville antique, en particulier dans la ville antique de Bharra. Il faut aller très loin du point de repos de la nuit pour prendre un taxi. Le petit déjeuner est beaucoup plus nombreux, mais il y a plusieurs plats chauds, il y a un sentiment de chauffage inépuisable, tous chauds, goûts généraux.

I decided to stay at Dunyo Palace as it had a swimming pool and was great value for money. Getting to Dunyo Palace was very easy on public transport as I caught bus no 33 from the centre of Bukhara straight to the outside of the hotel. It was easy. I have stayed at Dunyo palace before and I had a great stay. My room was bigger than expected with a fridge, air conditioning and a kettle. I was greeted by the nice reception lady she was very helpful. I had breakfast and it was a buffet with a large selection of Uzbekistan breakfast foods. An omelette was freshly prepared for me in the mornings. The hotel pool was really nice to swim in after a long day walking around sight seeing in Bukhara. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I will stay again in the future. The images I share are of the room I stayed in on my departure, the air conditioning, and the bathroom area. C'était très propre et vraiment génial. J'avais réservé deux lits simples par erreur, mais j'ai demandé un lit double à la réception, et ils m'ont aidé. La chambre était impeccable et le petit-déjeuner délicieux. Nous avons commandé de l'eau supplémentaire à la réception, et ils nous l'ont apportée gratuitement. Nous avons mangé un plat national au restaurant de l'hôtel et nous avons reçu un bon de réduction de 15 %. Merci beaucoup !

La chambre est très confortable et la chambre est très confortable. La chambre est un peu inconcevable et pas trop confortable, comme si sous l'hôtel avait été remplacée la chambre originalement conçue pour quelque chose d'autre. Les aéroports de l'île de Galerie sont très bien situés dans les environs de la ville de Galerie. Surtout selon les mesures prises par l'Ouzbékistan.

It provides a peaceful space to relax, enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, and soak in the historical ambiance. In the mornings, breakfast was served with a variety of local and international options. Everything was fresh and delicious, and it was a great way to start the day. Another aspect worth mentioning is the hotel’s authenticity. Unlike larger chain hotels, Boutique Old City offers a more intimate and culturally immersive experience. The architecture and interior design reflect the heritage of the region, allowing guests to feel more connected to the destination. Overall, my stay at Boutique Old City exceeded expectations. It combines excellent location, friendly service, and comfortable accommodation in a way that truly enhances the travel experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and authentic stay in the old city.
