Сам отель новый и ещё находится в процессе пристройки новых комнат, но на новогдних праздниках, когда останавливался, рабочих не было, поэтому не могу оценить масштаб шума от строительства и мешает ли он отдыху. Находится отель в тихом отдалённом месте от суеты транспортного траффика, что ему в плюс и с прекрасным видом на горы. Кроме того у них при отеле свой ресторан, где можно перекусить, это удобно, если влом куда-то тащиться. Байки выдают на прокат только тем, у кого имеются права, но есть велосипеды. Номера довольно просторные

Отель находится в отдельной зоне местных достопримечательностей. Заселились поздно вечером, территория красиво украшена. Кругом горы и тишина природы. После шумного Ханоя отдохнула голова. Утром увидели всю красоту природы. Наша вилла большая с отдельной ванной и интересно пристроена к скале. На ресепшене предложили приобрести билеты на прогулку на лодках, что мы и сделали, также можно арендовать скутер и заказать такси. Также с территории находится лестничный подъем на гору дракона, шикарнейший вид сверху открывается. Завтрак отличный и большой выбор. Если и вернусь в данную локацию, то обязательно там остановимся. Очень рекомендую

Room was comfortable, service was lovely and accommodating. A great location to many attractions making it convenient to get transportation. Theres a swimming pool with days beds, showers and bathroom were clean also provided shampoo & bodywash provided. Breakfast was not too bad, fruit platter and orange juice was complimentary. there's a koi fish pond and cute kitties and an elderly dog chilling at the home, a coffee shop linked to the hotel at the front with good options.

Ils offrent des bicyclettes gratuites légèrement endommagées mais bien en général.

The trip was amazing! The place was really nice. Sadly it was cold while we were there and they gave us a heater! Breakfast was good but bear in mind that it is not buffet - you choose one dish from a set menu. One dish and one drink per person. For the rest it is really well located and the host family is really friendly and helpful to all our needs!

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cette charmante maison d'hôtes à Hoa Lu, près de Ninh Binh, et c'était parfait. Les propriétaires sont adorables et attentionnés ; ils ne parlent pas beaucoup anglais, mais ils vous accueillent chaleureusement. C'était notre meilleure expérience au Vietnam. La chambre était très propre et confortable, avec une jolie salle de bain et une vue sur le jardin et la piscine. La nourriture était excellente : nous avons pris le petit-déjeuner, le déjeuner, le dîner et même le café l'après-midi, et tout était délicieux. Nous avons également loué une moto auprès de la maison d'hôtes, ce qui était très facile. Je recommande vivement cet endroit si vous recherchez le calme, la bonne cuisine et des gens charmants.

This trip itinerary covered three places: Hanoi --＞ Ninh Binh (2.5-hour drive) Ninh Binh --＞ Ha Long (3-hour drive) Ha Long --＞ Hanoi Airport (2-hour drive) For two nights in Ninh Binh, I stayed at a place called ”Mai Luxury Hotel.” Judging by the name, it sounds grand, but in reality, it was more like a family-run, small-scale single-building guesthouse. However, the room was of 4-star hotel quality, so it was acceptable. After checking out, I had been on the way to Ha Long for about two hours when I realized I had left my Insta 360 camera in the hotel lobby. Knowing there was no way to go back and get it, I had to wait until I arrived in Ha Long before calling Mai Luxury Hotel. After confirming with them that I had indeed left it at the hotel, we started looking for a solution. Initially, they followed me on IG (their hotel IG only had 4 followers). We chatted via DM, and then they added me on WhatsApp to discuss. Originally, they wanted to find a driver that very evening to bring it to my hotel in Ha Long Bay. But because it was a holiday, they couldn't find a driver. Later, they found out I would be leaving Vietnam the next day, so they started looking for any drivers heading to the airport the following day. Not long after, they actually found a driver. They even sent me the driver's and vehicle's details. They also said they had already wrapped it up securely. At this point, I was inclined to believe they genuinely intended to return it. However, if the driver turned out to be dishonest, it could still go missing. On the final day, I arrived at the airport around 1 PM and received a message from the driver. After that, I didn't hear from him again. I grew increasingly anxious inside, thinking maybe he was still driving? Or perhaps he had already kept the camera for himself. Around 4 PM, I finally received a call from the driver. He even captured a photo of my anxious expression while waiting for him. As previously arranged with the hotel, I was to pay him 500,000 VND (about 150 HKD). At that moment, the driver actually handed me back 200,000 VND. Before I could react, he had already gotten back in his car and left. When I looked at the returned item, I could hardly believe it! The hotel had used a ”Happy New Year” bag to hold a ”Happy New Year” box. Upon opening the box, the camera was wrapped in cloth. The level of care and thoughtfulness was truly perfect. The feeling of joy from recovering something lost is truly indescribable. Of course, I wouldn't dare say that everyone in Vietnam is good, but at least on this trip, whether it was the hotpot restaurant owner, the tour guide on the boat, or the hotel staff, they all made me feel the warmth and kindness of the local people.

Un accueil chaleureux, un enregistrement rapide et un personnel aux petits soins pour les bagages – une combinaison rare de nos jours. Cerise sur le gâteau, nous avons bénéficié d'un surclassement gratuit ! Notre chambre disposait d'une baignoire, d'une jolie vue et d'un peu plus d'espace – toujours un plus. Après de longues journées de visites et d'exploration, les nuits paisibles étaient un vrai bonheur. Et cette piscine sur le toit ? Un havre de paix – idéal pour se rafraîchir, se prendre pour un hôtel de luxe et se demander pourquoi on mérite un tel confort. En résumé, le séjour a été un pur délice. Le seul petit bémol est son emplacement, un peu excentré – mais rien qu'un petit trajet en Grab ne puisse régler. Ils louent aussi des motos (dommage qu'ils ne l'aient pas mentionné plus tôt 😂). Nous sommes repartis le sourire aux lèvres et avec même un petit cadeau de départ – une attention très appréciable. J'y retournerai sans hésiter, et idéalement, volontairement la prochaine fois.

New homestay that opened in early 2025. Father and son and his family run and maintained this cute little homestay. They're so nice and hospitable and will provide help and service at all times of the day. They provide meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, pedal bike and motorbike rentals and laundry service by the kilo. It has an amazing backdrop scenery of Trang An behind the homestay, you wouldn't want to wish for more whenever you wake up every morning here. 😀
