JJitenJ'ai adoré cet hôtel. Il y avait tout ce dont j'avais besoin et le personnel était toujours disponible pour m'aider en cas de besoin. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, tout comme le choix de déjeuners et de dîners. La plage et la piscine étaient superbes. De plus, une navette de l'hôtel dessert le centre de Phan Thiet plusieurs fois par jour, ce qui était très pratique. Je reviendrais volontiers au Sonata Hotel.

IInvitéL'hôtel est charmant et le personnel est accueillant et enthousiaste. Il est idéalement situé à proximité de restaurants, de cafés et de spas. Juste à côté se trouve le restaurant Thung Go, qui propose une cuisine délicieuse et une vue magnifique. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent. Cependant, quelques points négatifs sont à noter : les toilettes de la chambre donnant sur la rue sont trop petites et les oreillers sont hauts et durs.

IInvitéОтель неплохой. Есть старые домики, есть поновее. Мы жили, пожалуй, в самом старом: Приват Пул Вилла, который просто кричит о требовании ремонта. Самое первое расстройство - через Трип.ком можно снять этот дом только на условиях 6 включенных завтраков, а нас всего 2. При заселении, после объяснения ситуации с ”вынужденной переплатой”, отель даже не пошёл навстречу в плане хоть какого-то комплимента (ваучер или дисконт на ужин, скидка на массаж и т.д.).
Вечером включали фонарь, который светил прямо в глаза со стороны моря. Почему бы не поставить его со стороны крыши дома? Освещал бы и территорию в ночное время, и не доставлял дискомфорта. Подсветка нашего бассейна не работала. отдать должное - сам бассейн невероятного размера! Еще и видовой!
Так же хотелось обратить внимание на то, что отель находится на холме, и чтобы дойти до ресепшена, ресторана или стоянки, нужно преодолевать путь по каменным дорожкам с перепадом высот.
Пляж в данный момент размыт, обнажены камни, лежаков на песке нет, море в прилив поступает вплотную к дорожке, по которой перемещаются гуляющие из других отелей.
После пролива газонов вокруг дома, вечером налетели москиты. У соседей, а затем и у нас, видели небольшую змею бело-зеленого цвета. Температура воды в бассейнах такая же, как в море, нам показалась прохладной. Но сами бассейны чистые, наш чистили каждый день. Территория большая, очень зелёная.
Завтраки хорошие, но яичницу не дожаривают категорически! При жарке обычной глазуньи всегда остаётся большое количество жидкого белка.
Приятный момент - на закате приносили в номер 3-4 кусочка бисквита со свитком с какой-нибудь местной легендой, и с пожеланием спокойной ночи.
При бронировании этого жилья обязательно имейте ввиду, что он находится далеко от ближайших магазинов и ресторанов, до которых очень далеко идти пешком! Мы вызывали такси, или долго шли по почти неосвещенной дороге.

Tout le personnel est sympathique et traite les clients avec sincérité. Faites attention et prenez soin de minimiser l'inconfort.
En particulier, le personnel de la réception et du spa est professionnel et souriant. J'ai une très bonne impression et j'écris une critique lors de mon déménagement au centre-ville de Ho Chi Minh.
Les femmes vietnamiennes semblent avoir de bonnes compétences, de bonnes impressions et un bon travail.

IInvitéStayed during peak season, so we expected it to be busy. However, we were told only one room was available and had to upgrade at nearly three times our original booking price. For that rate, the room was small and below expectations.
The most concerning issue was the lack of hot water. We reported it multiple times and were repeatedly told someone would fix it, but it was never resolved during our stay. Hot water is a basic standard, especially at this price level.
There was initially no kettle in the room. It was eventually found in another location, but this could have been clearly communicated instead of requiring repeated follow-ups.
Breakfast was underwhelming, and the coffee was not hot. When I requested a hot coffee, I was told I would need to pay extra, which was disappointing given the overall experience.
The following day, as the holiday period ended, a large number of guests checked out and room availability increased significantly. The room rates also dropped dramatically. This suggests the premium rate charged the night before was purely due to temporary peak demand, without a corresponding level of service or quality.
Overall, the experience did not justify the price paid.

XXiyouweimengSitué sur une route principale à proximité de la plage, l'hôtel proposait une chambre agréable, une piscine encore meilleure et un prix raisonnable. Le personnel de la réception était très serviable et attentionné, et m'a même aidé à modifier mon billet de bus par téléphone – un vrai plus ! Le restaurant de fruits de mer, à seulement 59 mètres, était également excellent et mérite d'être testé. Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain séjour à Mui Ne.

ББессарабоваЕленаВзяли SeaLion по цене Пальмиры, удачно попали на акцию. Огромный номер, балкон выходит на Анантару, а торец балкона - на море. Просила в брони этаж по выше, но дали 3 этаж, хотя рассчитывала на 4-5. На 4й день плохо стала уходить вода в душе, после завтрака на осн.ресепшен сделали заявку, через 15 минут пришел мастер, прочистил👍 Шезлонги у большого бассейна некоторые подубитые. Тероиторию возле них убирают на троечку. Ну если придираться😄 Бассейн большой чистый, вечером включают подсветку, красиво. Завтраки хорошие, нам хватало: яичница или омлет, бекон, овощи, фрукты (вкусные арбуз, ананас, драгон фрукт,бананы ), кофе вкуснейший, баклажанчики были пару раз очень понравились, курица и свинина тоже были. Территория отеля большая, уютная, зеленая, 3 прудика с рыбками. У второго бассейна при нас заменили плитку, подновили. Расположение отеля удачное, в 5ти минутах аптека У Антона, там меняли деньги, брали кофе и он для нас всегда держал в холодильнике Шавет😉 рядом с ним массажный и прачечная (30тд за 1,кг). Однозначно отель рекомендую!

MM.RomanchikБольшой отельный комплекс с бассейнами, сауной, хаммамом и своей инфраструктурой в виде кафе, магазинов и кофеен. Очень удобно. Цены чуть выше, чем в самом Муйне, но не критично. Есть свой пляж с лежаками. Комплекс расположен на возвышенности, непосредственно до ресепшена можно подняться на эскалаторе или возит электрокар. Есть собственный пляж. До центра Муйне примерно 20 км. Без байка не удобно. С байком запаривает кататься туда) Мы 5 дней проживали. Сам номер и комплекс нам очень понравился. Уборка ежедневная, посещение сауны входило в стоимость и бассейнов тоже. Красивый вид. Удобно спать и не слышно соседей. Отдохнули хорошо! Единственное, при бронировании было указано, что есть мини кухня, но по факту плитка не работала. Приготовить минимальный завтрак не получилось. Но для нас это было не критично, мы не обращались по этому поводу к персоналу.

IInvitéBefore I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
