It was the most perfect stay !! The hotel is fabulous, very authentic, well situated just next to Dubar Square, and the breakfast is wonderful. A little bit noisy at night but that's the price to pay to be in the center anyway.

Amazing location (walking distance of the patan main attractions 5 min and around 10-16 min from the airport - if no traffic); hotel is located in a quiet place although very central. I arrived at 2 AM to the hotel, called the hotel to inform that I was going to arrive late and the staff went to pick me up in the street. Staff is AMAZING and very kindly!! Breakfast amazing (eggs;fruit;toast;muesli; coffee; tea - all included and in can choose); room very cozy; NO HOT WATER! For the hair dryer, you have to ask in the reception to borrow. Please remind to bring toothbrush, paste and basic necessaries. The hotel will give towels, shampoo and soap.

很漂亮的帶花園民宿，乾淨舒適，服務也很好，離廣場就走2分鐘，周圍也有很多吃飯的地方。離機場也不是很遠。轉機十多個小時隨意訂來歇腳，結果非常驚艷！

관광지와 가까운 위치에 호텔이 있고, 호텔은 굉장히 이국적이면서도 편안한 분위기였습니다. 조식은 간편하지만 맛있었고 직원들은 친절했습니다.

天花板太低了，撞一頭大包。標準的紐瓦酈傳統建築，撞暈衹怪自己長太高

位置鬧中取靜，傳統紐瓦麗院子很有特色。唯一遺憾是層高很低，Mind your head 哈哈

What a beautiful place! We were delighted by this lovely authentic Newari home hotel. The place is so clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is generous and delicious and what a pleasure to sit in the lovely hotel garden every morning. It’s so quiet even though it’s a short walk from Patan Durbar Square. Door entrances are low so if your tall bending required but its worth it :-) Providing mineral water in the room every day was so useful as was a small kettle to make a cup of tea. It was a magical experience we will never forget. Also try out the Jazz club next door which has live jazz every Friday night.

This place is absolutely lovely—full of traditional charm and in the perfect spot, just a short walk from Patan Durbar Square but nice and quiet. The rooms are comfortable and nicely decorated, and the garden is such a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy breakfast (which was delicious!). The staff were super friendly and helpful. I stayed here for a week and couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend!

Just a few minutes' walk from a world heritage site, Patan Durbar Square, there is a boutique hotel in a Newari traditional home nestled in a serene and peaceful courtyard. In the courtyard is a garden full of exotic trees of local fruit. This boutique hotel is the perfect place to stay and unwind during your travels, whether for work or vacation. We had the pleasure of staying there for a couple of weeks and we loved it!

We absolutely love this place, every time. The rooms, the staff, the garden, the Newari vibes.. everything is simply wonderful, so incredibly unique. Even just the heritage building in itself is worth the stay - this home is one of the best, most warm & friendly, fantastic places we’ve ever stayed. Our group of 12 of all ages simply loved it. We return every year and fall in love with this one over and over again..

A lovely guesthouse in a fantastic location right next to Patan Durbar Square. The rooms are well-sized and tastefully decorated, the staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly, and the little garden is a delight. It's also very good value!

What a beautiful hidden place ! Peaceful, authentic and confortable. All you need is there. The garden is very nice and the rooms too. Super helpful and kind staff. Just 5 minutes walk to Patan Durbar Square. Definitely recommend it and will come again!

The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I particularly appreciated the heated blanket, which was a thoughtful touch during the cooler nights. One of the highlights was the beautiful back garden, where breakfast is served each morning. It’s such a tranquil spot to start the day, surrounded by greenery and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always ready with a smile and helpful suggestions. I would highly recommend this charming boutique hotel for anyone looking for a cozy, authentic, and peaceful place to stay in Kathmandu.
