We went to rest and did that. Beautiful place that have everything available for a great home when away from home.

Carina and I just love the venue - Carina threatened to stay and send me back to Bloemfontein. It was awesome. And hatting to Ben le Roux about D Sqn 2 SAI Bn Gp in Walvis Bay - many memories. The venue and facilities are top notch!

Nieuview Cottage 3 - Very disappointed to stay in a beach property with minimum windows/views on to the ocean, nor sunsets. As for content more attention to detail is needed, never got the safe to work, bedding very worn (duvet cover) and fitted bed sheet too small, wheels falling off the sun beds, crockery & cutlery need upgrading (only 2 bowls), settee has a rip on the arm, dirty indoor braai grill, no instructions for appliances and the television barely showed anything!! The parking bays should be numbered as our neighbours took up two spaces when they arrived whilst we were out. Loadshedding needs to be addressed, there is also no alarm and no shower, just a bath in the bedroom. The toilet door did not fit very well and had to be slammed to keep shut. Certainly not the luxury accommodation we had been lead to believe it would be. NONE of our comments were addressed during our 6 night stay and the lady who opened up our apartment did not seem very interested in our comments. Nieuview Cottage 3 was expensive given all its faults, it did not meet our expectations and we felt it was the poor relation of the three properties. We would not consider staying here again next year.

Did not fully honour their free cancellation promise as follows Booking made and paid for on same day under free cancellation terms then cancelled due to finding something more suitable later that day No refund received immediately as normal with booking site despite various direct contacts Finally reverted to action via booking site who contacted property a number of times Initially property refused to pay on the grounds that they had banking fees and vat to pay Then said they had lost booking and would pay the following week Eventually paid a month later but deducted approx 3% which was not mentioned under original terms Further losses were incurred due to repayment delay of 5 months due to exchange rate movements This review would not have been made if property had responded reasonably and honestly in terms of time and money as although leaving a review takes some time it was far far less than the effort made to get any money back

We had a lovely stay, lovely clean unit Lovely area in Paternoster, beautiful beach we will love to book there again. Staff was friendly and kind Went to a lovely restaurant at the waterfront Thanks once again

I cancelled a booking with this property on the 20 November 2023 and despite numerous emails promising that the refund will be made, I have not yet received anything. Our booking isnt' until June 2024 therefore there is no reason why my deposit hasn't been returned. Please be careful when booking with this company.

We enjoyed out stay very much. Check in was very flexible and friendly. The appartment was well equipped and clean. The Location is next to the Beach and we could walk there via our Garden. The view to the sea Perfect

This property is very expensive . It has a beachside location, and the facilities etc seem good. But things dont work well. Nothing has been done for loadshedding. There's no shower if loadshedding or at some other strange times, car stuck in garage because remote wouldn't work, No DSTV until subs paid by owner. Very restricted cutlery, plates etc- and no wine glasses when we arrived. Faces sun most of day, but v. limited provision for shade outside.

We had an amazing couple of days in Paternoster. We stayed in cottage 2, which was amazing, the view, the location, loved the large indoor fireplace/braai. We had 2 evenings with 4hrs of rolling blackouts, and we just made a big fire and relaxed. The unit is very well equipped, even providing a gas stove for use during the blackouts. We loved the location and spent most mornings walking on the beach.
