Hotel Indigo Grand Cayman

Indigo is new! It is a high-quality destination that does not disappoint. It has extensive facilities on site and a beach front with sunbeds matched with exceptional service - some of the best we have experienced. The variety of restaurants is excellent covers all tastes throughout the day! A great start for Indigo and a perfect final few days for us - we hope to return.

The quality of the food was subpar, with the corn being particularly terrible. The overall dining experience was painstaking and did not meet the expectations set by the hotel's reputation. However, I must commend the service provided by one staff member from Slovakia. His attentive and friendly demeanor was the only positive aspect of the visit, and we greatly appreciated his efforts. The only redeeming aspects of the menu were the drinks and churros, which were decent. Other than that, the rest of the food is simply garbage. Despite the commendable service, I cannot recommend this restaurant to others. The poor quality of the food overshadows any positive aspects, and I would advise potential visitors to consider other dining options during their stay in Grand Cayman. ---

From the reception to the lovely room and to the restaurants was amazing! I went with my friend for dinner at Catalina the food was ridiculously great my friends booked a room with us for the weekend. We had awesome weekend thanks to all the staff at the reception, pool area and the exceptional Chefs and servers at Catalina and Milkberry.

The staff at the Hotel Indigo were amazing, no words can truly express our amazing experience. Everyone was so helpful and willing to make our experience even more amazing as the days went on. We will definitely stay at this hotel again, it’s brand new so I advise anyone if, you’re interested in visiting The Grand Cayman Island, definitely stay here. The location is perfect and only a 3 min walk to 7 mile beach with wonderful beach service at your fingertips. We spent 5 nights here and this was one of the best Caribbean islands that I visited, which this makes number seven!! The Poulard Family!!!

We had an amazing breakfast at Catalina, food is delicious. Everyone is very friendly and eager to serve which is always nice. From the moment we arrived to the last goodbye we were treated like royalty. I’d like to give a big shout-out to our server Mr.Rodnel he was so attentive and always checking up us with a big smile. He was the best. Would definitely recommend. Lovely atmosphere.

Hotel Indigo exceeded my expectations. From the time I walked into the hotel until the last day of my stay, I experienced nothing but good energy, hospitality, bright smiles, and ate amazing food. It was easy to book excursions, secure transportation, or simply get directions to browse around the island on my own. If you want the five star hotel experience, look no further Hotel Indigo is ready to deliver. I chose to visit the Cayman Islands this year to celebrate my birthday and Hotel Indigo made this one of my favorite birthday celebrations. The surprise delicious bottle of wine, which I am currently stocking up on at home, the birthday cake, the cocktails, the birthday cards with personal signatures, the conversations with the chefs, and the Michelin star worthy food all made this one birthday I will never forget. I will be back.

From the start Hotel Indigo succeeded my expectations. I had a great stay. Facilities are fantastic and my room was just a treat! Balcony with a terrific view! All the staff were so friendly and excited to be working at this new establishment. Definitely need to mention Jessica Farley who took care of my reservation was a delight to converse with. Cynthia in Catalina was so sweet and attentive. However one staff member went above and beyond, that was Will at Pom Pom. He was exceptional and gave me the best recommendation. I will definitely be going back!

The whole experience at Hotel Indigo was 5 star. From the moment we arrived to the last goodbye we were treated like royalty. The property itself is stunning. But what really made the stay was the incredible staff. From our welcome drinks (melon cucumber) to the lovely tour. Julia and Pedro at the front desk took such good care of us. Margaret at the pool also was amazing. The walk to the beach was so easy. The rooms were lovely, from the showers to the super comfortable beds. We wanted for nothing. We ordered room service a couple of times and it was fast and hot. The Pom Pom was an amazing experience, even in the rain. The resort shop was a refreshing surprise. Something to buy for everyone on your list! Not touristy junk. Quality French inspired shopping. I could go on and on, but really what you need to do is take a trip to Grand Cayman and experience the Hotel Indigo for yourself. You won’t be sorry!

I went for breakfast in Catalina restaurant and had the best experience, all thanks to my server miss Cynthia. She was so attentive, made the best food recommendations, always checking up us with a big smile. Honestly the best experience. Will definitely come back because Cynthia made me feel at home. Also the pancakes are to die for.
