The location was great. Easy access to Hot Springs and surrounding areas like Lake Ouachita. The place/decor is so out of date. If you don’t mind the 80’s look it’s a really nice spot. Great dock for your boat as well. Staff is nice.

Lovely spring getaway spot - comfortable lodging, friendly front desk staff and the location was ideal for visiting local sites The unit was comfortable & spacious - we enjoyed the peace & quiet and watching the nature in the area

The facility is in a great location. The staff was very friendly and equally helpful. But is not a 5 star stay because the facility is dated. It was clean and not worn out, but to be 5 star it needs to be remodeled. That said because it was clean and the staff was great I would stay again.

Very friendly place, the view of the lake is beautiful. I had side by side condos very clean. Came in the winter so very little company around. Appliances could use an update, definitely need better pillows and mattress was decent. We enjoyed our week with the family.

Had a great time, but the stay was too short, May have to book 2 weeks next time. We had so much fun exploring the area and visiting the different crystal digging spots. Lots of food and retail shops. The Wharf Resort was a nice location on a lake and had different activities. A waterfall and pool, fishing and restaurants were all nearby.

We had a great stay at the resort, the room was clean and beds were comfortable, we were traveling with another couple and they were able to make the 2 beds in the second bedroom into a king bed. very accommodating. very close to downtown.

Loved our location right on the lake. Everyone at the resort were so nice and friendly. So much to do and see in Hot Springs. Hiking, history and eating. Doesn't get much better. Would love to come back again.

Wonderful resort. View of Lake Hamilton from our unit was amazing. Nice activities planned at the resort. Although the pool was not available due to recent storms, this did not detract from our stay. Staff were wonderful. Enjoyed all the activities in the Hot Springs area.

Nice oldered, remodeled resort in Lake Hamilton. All units are 2 br/2 bath. Our C31 was remidelled so no whirlpool tub there anymore. Our big disappointment was the POOL WAS NOT OPEN YET! We were told they hadn't had time yet. The pool is always one of our major desires, so very disappointed. She gave us a coupke passes for a health club 10 minutes away, but thry had NOT opened their pool yet. Disappointed. No hair dryer, but they reimbursed us for buying one for the unit. We were bottom of 3 units. Small children above us were continually running and jumping in the unit above us. Parental control should have been better, but we survived and let it go. No blender in unit so bought one, too. Anyway, trip was ok, but no pool for our needed enjoyment.
