挺好的，就是房間有點小，有點悶，沒有提供開水的地方還是很不方便，也沒有餐廳也不是很方便，其他的豆還好

Very nice and clean hotel making our family trip enjoyable. The lady, Areej, corrected my mistakes while booking and gift card typo and had my Best Western gift card redeemed as expected before expiration. Great location for my wife's Premium Outlet shopping too. Highly recommended.

No complaints with this hotel. Room was clean, and bathroom was as well. We traveled with an animal and it was flawless. Pool area was nice, and the restaurant has nice options. You are very close to other amenities as well. Will definitely be our hotel in the future for trips.

Incredible friendly and helpful staff! Truly wonderful and no complaints about the service at all. Housekeeping of the room was also excellent given what they had to work with. While some of the hotel looks to have been renovated or updated, some is not and it certainly needs it. Stained ceilings and carpets, was concerned about mold damage behind the scenes. Elevator also needed some servicing.

I have stayed at the Best Western in Milton for many years and have always been happy with the hotel. Staff are always friendly and helpful, and the rooms are fine. I would have no problem staying again if needed.

Perfectly fine spot to stay for an overnight just off the highway. When we were there access was a little tricky because they were paving their main entrance/parking area, but staff were friendly guiding us through. Pet friendly too which was one of our criterion for this trip - and handy to some easy and quick restaurant options.

BUGS! DO NOT STAY HERE. MANAGEMENT WON’T CONTACT FOR A REFUND. we checked in and went to our room. The bathroom was filled with Silverfish bugs. Usually that means mold is present and they are very invasive. We took our bags and left. Front desk person was unable to do a refund, said management the next day would. We have called several time a day since Sunday and management is either busy or not there to take our call. So I’m still out the money for our room and so far no one is able to give a refund.

I had an amazing experience at this Best Western! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating for me during my stay. The check in and check out process was fast and smooth… no problems at all! The new renovations look so nice and refreshing on the inside and out. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

Stayed here recently for 5 nights. This was hands down the best service I have received at a hotel in many years. Front desk staff were always very helpful. Cleaning staff take their jobs very seriously and do a wonderful job. Hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but never heard a thing in the room. The upgrades will be a welcome addition to the amazing service.
