First of all - This hotel has a lovely view and a god location. But the service is fake….they were lying to our faces. We had booked 4 nights and have payed them all in advance through **********. After the first night, we had to leave and fly home due to an emergency, unfortunately. We tell the reception about the situation and they are so kind and we ask if we could arrange a refund, for at least the last two nights. No problem, they just have to sort it out with **********. I call ********** myself and they say, it is not a problem, if the hotel the is okay with it. I tell the reception that they should have gotten an email from ********* where they should confirm the refund. I ask again later in the reception if all is okay, and they answer ‘yes’. I ask once again before we head off to the airport, and they say they just have to figure out how to do the refund, as we have payed for all nights, but they will let us know. Now I am told by ********** that Per Asta refuses to give us any refund, as we are not entitled to it. It is true, we are not! But the ting is that the reception just lied to our faces and the moment we had left the country, they refuse the refund. What kind of hospitality is that. I fully respect cancelation rules but I do not respect when people say something and do something else behind your back. So i would definitely not put my feet here again due to dishonesty from the staff.
