Myself and my two adult daughters have just returned from the most amazing holiday here. We had originally booked Marlita (a sister hotel) only to be told by easyJet it wasn’t fully open (wasn’t open at all) and we were to use the facilities at the Anastasia! On arrival we were checked in by an amazing English lady who told us we would actually be staying at the Anastasia as a premier guest, which included full use of the water park, spa and dining ( including snacks throughout the day) The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with clean towels every day. The food was great with a theme night each night such as Asian and barbecue we also had the option as all inclusive to visit several different local restaurants during our stay. The staff were great and always busy (our favourite was Amanda at the pool bar) Perfect location too. We will definitely be returning! Thankyou to all the hard working staff for a fantastic holiday!!!

What an horrible place, no more then 1 star The rooms very dirty and old,don't expect to get fresh towels every day, the food is so ugly that you can't even taste it. Do yourself a big favor and don't come here

The pillows are the fluffiest I have ever seen. They have the most beautiful water park and d there food are also delicious. The hotel is 5 meters to the beach.they have qualified staffs that will make you feel at home

Нормальный отель. Немного подуставшая мебель. Но в целом мне понравилось. Рядом море, а точнее небольшой заливчик, подойдёт для детей. На территории есть бассейн. Питание хорошее. Советую всем. Можно прогуляться до центра города, недалеко расположен гипермаркет Лилу.

Άθλιο... Ήταν ότι χειρότερο έκλεισα για διακοπές.Το ξενοδοχείο βρώμικο,το φαγητό άθλιο, πλήρης απογοήτευση. Αγνόησα τις κριτικές και την έπαθα!! Με παραπλάνησαν οι φωτογραφίες και η περιγραφή που δεν είχαν καμία σχέση με την σημερινή πραγματικότητα.Εχω απογοητευθεί απο το Booking που έχω κάνει την κράτηση, έχουν ευθύνη για το τι διαφημίζουν, έπρεπε να έχουν υπόψη τους την πραγματική εικόνα και οχι να παραπλανούν τον κόσμο.θα προχωρήσω όπως χρειαστεί για επιστροφή των χρημάτων που άδικα πλήρωσα.

Отдыхали в апартаментах 7 дней, по системе всё включено, сейф бесплатно,фай вай по этой системе тоже бесплатно, пополнение питьевой воды 1 л каждый день 1 бутылка, при заезде разово 3 баночки газ.воды 0,33. Номер обычный. С видимо на море, рядом находится мини марке. Питание однообразное,но это для прибывания 1 неделю не надоедает. Напитки все бесплатно, алкоголь тоже ( но это по системе всё включено), рядом аквапарк ( тоже бесплатно). Вечером пешком по набережной ходили. Рядом находится бар и площадка ( дискотека) поэтому тем кто любит потише,то вам скорее всего не понравится. Минус этого отеля уборка! За неделю полы грязные,хотя могли бы подметать хотя бы, на балконе тоже. Мы конечно на пол мусор не бросали,но волосы и песок можно было бы и убирать. Халаты были в номере ( понятно, что не новые), но поясов не было, спрашивать не стали,т.к ими не пользовались. У бассейна находится бар,напитки,бургеры,картошка фри,но сразу приготовьтесь персонал не очень улыбчивый, особенно женщина с белыми волосами с короткой стрижкой, которая делает бургеры, мне кажется ей эта работа вообще не нравится!!!! Полотенца можно не везти под депозит можно будет взять, также, как и переходники для зарядок. Анимация чудесная, есть детский клуб. Фото из лобби отеля Анастасия бич это сеть, апартаменты это рядом.

Οι Ρώσσοι πελάτες κυκλοφορούσαν χωρίς μάσκες παντού. (Λόγω Covid 19). Κανένας έλεγχος. Απαίσια η συμπεριφορά του Ρώσσου υπεύθυνου του Animation Team. Eξαιτίας του διακόψαμε τις διακοπές μας και ακόμα περιμένουμε μια απολογία απο την διεύθυνση. Καμμιά βοήθεια στις αποσκευές. Υποτίθετε ξεν. 4ων αστέρων. Πολύ φτωχό Pool Bar. Φτωχό και το πρόγευμα. Ενα μόνο elevator, υπήρχαν περιπτώσεις που περίμενες 10-15 λεπτά για να ανεβείς στο δωμάτιο σου. Τελικά προτιμούσα να ανέβω απο τις σκάλες ( 3 Ορόφους). Τα βράδια λόγω της δυνατής μουσικής, απο τα διπλανά νυκτερινά κέντρα, δεν μπορούσες να κοιμηθείς. Το ενα αστέρι το έδωσα γιατι το ξενοδ. βρίσκεται κοντά στην θάλασσα.

В отеле много русско говорящего персонала, на ресепшен работают профессионалы,, дружелюбные сотрудники, оперативно решаются любые вопросы, техник помогает с настройкой русских каналов, повара хорошо готовят, все вкусно и разнообразно, ежедневные равлекательные программы для детей и взрослых. Ездила на экскурсию от ТУИ "Весь Кипр" покупала у отельного гида Андрея приятный в общении молодой парень, экскурсия понравилась, гид экскурсовод Ксения прекрасно рассказывает историю Кипра, советую съездить. Огромное спасибо всему персоналу отеля.
