Hôtels proches de Hale Village Shopping Centre, Perth

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.

Nous avons dîné dans la fabuleuse grille de Firewater. Les choix de menu, la sélection du vin et le service étaient vraiment de première classe. Le restaurant est très confortable et très confortable. La chambre était très confortable, la chambre était très confortable et la chambre était très confortable. Nous avons passé près de deux heures à une table de fenêtres, en profitant des belles lumières nocturnes, en chattant, en relaxant et en profitant de la très généreuse sélection de canapés, de vin et de spiritueux. Le petit déjeuner au Firewater Grille offre des options de nourriture fantastiques, chaudes et froides, et il n'y avait rien d'autre que ce que nous aurions voulu. Le personnel de l'hôtel Duxton doit être loué pour leur excellent service et attention aux détails. J'ai été si impressionné. Faites-vous un service et prenez-vous un court ou long séjour dans cet hôtel incroyable. Je vous garantis que vous serez vraiment détruite et faite pour vous sentir spécial.

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Nous aimerions rester ici , tout est super mais nous avons séjourné hier soir , ils ont une micro-ondes dans votre chambre mais non. Hôtels ont arrêté de faire de la glace quand nous étions en temps coudre , nous pouvons ramener de la glace , certaines personnes comme des boissons avec de la glace quand elles séjournent dans un hôtel , manque la glace 😁 Si vous ne le voulez pas , vous aimez cet endroit !

We wanted accommodation close to the Arena and this was perfect. The staff, cleanliness, breakfast, accessible bathroom, were all great. Shame about the comfort level of the bed and couch. The bed rolled into the middle big time and was very low. The couch was extremely low making it unusable for a person especially with a disability. They had obviously not thought about this aspect of useability only the bathroom to make it an accessible rating. We would stay again but not in that room and we would enquire about the comfort of the furniture.

We stayed here for two nights after a 17 hour flight from London Heathrow to Perth after waiting more than one and half hours for our luggage we got a taxi to this hotel and the service was very good. We checked in and went to our room where there was tea and coffee available in the room. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable as were the pillow up to the standard of Holiday Inn around the world. We went down to Ivy and Jack's which is attached to the hotel. The food was very good but more like share platters and good for the occasional drink rather than a main meal. I believe this is where they service the breakfast if you have a breakfast package with the hotel. This hotel is right in the heart of the city so close to everything but not a lot of restaurants to eat at during the dinner service. Most hotels seem to only service lunches or late afternoon snacks.

Special occasion for our wedding anniversary and well looked after by the Hilton Parmelia staff, and it’s always nice to see long time staff and the meet new. While diamond HH, we were upgraded to a beautiful Kings parlor room for the weekend, had an amazing breakfast in our room, and we always find the executive lounge enjoyable as a relaxing place to go and the food offered is often varied. We enjoy the Samuels restaurant and bar food menu, but I do miss the Caesar salad from the pre covid days. It used to be the best. We have stayed at other Perth hotels, including the DT but the Parmelia still comes out tops for us. Thank you for making the weekend so special.

We upgraded to an executive room, which was very comfortable. We could not get near enough to the hotel on arrival to park and check in. There is a small very narrow lane way that runs from Wellington St to Murray St with no indication of which way the traffic flows. We parked up eventually on Murray St in a multi storey and fortunately our one suit case was easily wheeled the 100 metres or so to the hotel. The hotel info was all available on the room tv screen. I checked breakfast times and saw it was served up to 10-30 am on a weekend. Next morning we arrived at breakfast at 9-45 am. The waiter looked somewhat taken aback. There was only enough orange juice for 1 person, the tank on the tea maker was dry, there was no butter or bacon. The water tank was refilled, butter produced. The chef lifted the lid of the scrambled eggs and they looked disgusting. I asked the waiter if we could have a fried egg. He had to go find the chef. He cooked the eggs, burnt on the bottom runny white on the top. My breakfast at a cost of $30 consisted of one slice of toast 3 mushrooms, half a scoop of congealed baked beans and half of a very sad looking tomato, plus the delicious burnt egg, one cup of black tea. I heard the waiter and chef grumbling together about breakfast times and their attitude prevented me from complaining and asking for fresh food. It transpired that breakfast time had been changed to finish at 10am. The receptionist enlightened me as we checked out next day. There was still a sign on reception saying that breakfast on a weekend lasted until 10 -30am. Needless to say we breakfasted elsewhere next day. It's a soul less hotel, with about as much vibe as a grave yard. We used the fantastic bar of the new Novotel directly behind Rydges. I also found we could have stayed there at a cheaper rate! Will not be returning.

Le personnel était très utile et très confortable. Nous avions prévu de passer une nuit sur l'île de Rottnest avant de nous rendre à l'hôtel pendant deux nuits, et ils nous ont permis de stocker nos bagages un jour plus tôt. Le service de la chambre est très bien situé, mais il est très bien situé. La chambre était élégante et moderne. Nous avons choisi une chambre à coins, avec trois grandes fenêtres, remplie de lumière naturelle. Bien que la toilette et la salle de bains soient partagées et qu'il y ait un bruit de la musique du bar, l'expérience générale a été agréable. L'hôtel Local est un endroit agréable pour rester.
