Très bon hôtel idéalement situé. Personnel adorable, une dédicace pour Jacqueline. Chambre propre et petit déjeuner de qualité. Nous reviendrons .

Beaucoup de bar près de l'hôtel mais la chambre est calme 1 min à pied de la gare routière Red Cat

La plupart des aspects du service étaient assez bons. Ce que j'aime le plus, c'est que la réponse à mes plaintes a été vraiment bonne et je voudrais dire merci, ils ont sincèrement entretenu ma chambre à ma demande. L'emplacement était bon. Autour de l'hôtel, il existe différents types de restaurants. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bon pour moi. Je suis resté 17 jours tous les matins, j'ai apprécié mon petit-déjeuner avec de bons services par un personnel au doux sourire.

L'emplacement était plutôt pratique ! Les chambres sont propres et les lits sont moelleux. Le ménage a été rapide à ma demande pour réparer le coffre-fort de la chambre et apporter une serviette supplémentaire. Comme j'ai réservé une chambre double pour 3 personnes, je m'attendrais à ce que 3 ensembles de tous les utilitaires soient prêts, tels que 3 bouteilles d'eau, 3 serviettes et 3 tasses, mais il n'y avait que 2 ensembles chacun, et après le ménage nettoie la chambre la serviette supplémentaire est supprimé et non remplacé. Ce serait bien s'il y avait des peignoirs et des chaussons de chambre, qui n'étaient pas fournis.

Bon emplacement, à proximité de l'arrêt de bus et de la gare, de nombreux restaurants à proximité. City CBD, le pont nord et le quai Elizabeth sont tous accessibles à pied. Personnel amical et serviable, nous reviendrons lors de notre prochaine visite!

Excellent location. Nearer to Red CAT Bus stop (King's Street) around 94m from hotel. The hotel also walking distance to Perth Underground Station (290m) and Perth Station (650m). I arrive early around 8am and got early check in when register to Accor membership. I instantly can get into the room after check in process including paying deposit (bond). I stay for 3 night and if we pay using credit or debit card, we can just paid AUD 300, but i and my friend choose to pay in cash, so we paid AUD 500 and its return when we check out before 11am. Nearer to the hotel also got city kebab. The Cons : The hotel did not provide toothbrush since they practice reduction of plastics. Night club also located in front of the hotel. If your room face the main road, you will hear noise from the night club in weekend, but not too noisy until you can't sleep. I and my friend sleep comfortably.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Perth Station, Bus Port, supermarkets, and food/retail outlets. Room is clean and big enough for two people. Room temperature couldn't be adjusted though and toothbrush wasn't provided but that's not a major issue. Service from the staff are excellent too.

Hotel was functional, nice and clear. Reception Vivian was friendly and very helpful. My room window faces another building apt so can't see much of the views.

Hotel located in a good location, convenient and easily accessible. We stayed on high floor and the room was quiet. We had a great stay.

I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The hotel is located in a convenient location, just a short walk from public transportation options. Upon arrival, the staff at the front desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they efficiently checked me in and provided me with all the information I needed about the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area. Overall, I was thoroughly impressed would highly recommend it to anyone. The combination of its prime location, beautiful historic ambiance, and excellent customer service make it a true gem in the city.

New hotel., friendly staff. Big breakfast buffet. Had to remind thee housekeeping to make up my room, when I came back to my room my key card left in the slot has been taken away and logically the air-conditioning switched off which wasn't pleasant. Not understandable why they took away my 2nd key card without my knowing.
