Hôtels proches de Kingdomcity Wangara, Perth

Cet hôtel était dans un beau quartier autour de tous les supermarchés d'entreprises chinoises asiatiques et des restaurants de boucherie que j'ai adorés, ce sont de belles personnes qui nettoient des gens sympathiques et sûrs. . les chambres étaient propres et un hôtel calme avec une baignoire dans chaque chambre. chambres un hôtel .. Ce n'était pas ma première fois dans un Hilton doubletree mais celui-ci était plutôt décevant. Nous sommes arrivés à l'hôtel vers 19 heures, l'enregistrement a été un jeu d'enfant, sauf qu'il n'y a pas de porteur pour nous aider. Nous avons de nombreux bagages mais heureusement le réceptionniste. Jessica nous a aidés à porter les bagages avant que mon mari ne revienne du parking. Le parking est à quelques pas et ce n'est pas très pratique. S'il vous plaît, évitez le petit-déjeuner. Notre chambre était livrée avec le petit-déjeuner mais le petit-déjeuner était vraiment mauvais ! Tout était dur et froid, il n’y avait même pas de café comme du cap ou du flat white disponible. Lorsque nous l'avons demandé au serveur, nous n'en avons pas été informés, mais les frais de café ont été facturés au tarif de notre chambre.  Franchement, j'aime la disposition des pièces mais le ménage a encore quelques améliorations à apporter. Bien que nous ayons activé le bouton « Veuillez nettoyer la chambre » avant de partir pour la journée, la chambre n'a été nettoyée que lorsque nous avons appelé à notre retour. On nous a dit que la chambre n'était nettoyée que sur demande ! (Mais nous avons demandé pour toute la journée). La réceptionniste qui a répondu à l'appel m'a proposé de changer uniquement la serviette mais j'ai insisté pour que ma chambre soit nettoyée. Lorsque l'équipe de ménage est arrivée, il a seulement changé la serviette (et a oublié la serviette de bain principale) et aucun aspirateur n'a été fait. Le climatiseur était éteint car quelqu'un avait peut-être ajouté de l'eau à la bouteille, mais l'équipe d'entretien ménager n'a pas non plus vérifié et rempli correctement. (307) L'emplacement est pratique, à proximité de nombreux restaurants sympas mais juste en face d'un magasin pour adultes.

Bonne location, pas de voiture amicale. Il n'y a pas de place pour vous faire entrer. Les options de parking sont Valet ou Wilson Parking un peu en haut de la route. Je pense que le parking devrait être inclus dans ces hôtels. Clean. Comfortable bed and pillows. Pas de cafetière dans la chambre comme la plupart des autres endroits que j'ai séjourné à Perth seulement instant (Nescafe). Nescafe est standard qui la plupart ne l'aiment pas. Twining tea. Noirs bruyants sur la route si vous obtenez une chambre sur le côté Murray St.

services confortables. grand logement. tous les aliments et boissons étaient très bons. excellente location. très central. tous emballés dans une belle ville. fortement recommandée cette propriété à cette location des lieux d'intérêt à marcher facilement

Great location, friendly staff. Met our expectations. Decor is a little dated and old and the hotel restaurant and bar were closed for renovation which is a pity, but the hotel was convenient to walk to food outlets, trains and attractions.

Lots of the reviews here, I believe, are reviewing Mercure on Hay (the newer, more upmarket hotel and possibly better of the two although I haven’t seen it), whereas lots of reviews in Mercure Perth on Hay are referring to Mercure on Irwin. I’ve compared the photos and the hotel details and official photos are definitely that way round. SO… this one, Mercure Perth (which is on Irwin St) is the bad one. It’s awful. It’s tired, badly fitted out, dingy and I hope never to stay here again. My room was down a corridor of *****ed (and stained) carpet that made me feel nauseous to look at. The room was ok, the bed comfortable, but more stained carpet, and lots of things didn’t work. Several light bulbs were broken, lots of curtain hooks missing, the room safe didn’t work, the bath had a rusty patch in it. The aircon was too cold for me and I followed the instructions to turn up the temperature but it didn’t warm up. Two phone calls and three hours later, someone attended my room, told me the air con wasn’t adjustable as it’s one temperature for the whole building so the instructions were incorrect. He turned it off (supposedly) and I then spent my stay with no aircon although the room was still cold and not stuffy and the control panel didn’t say ‘off’ so I think the whole thing was just BS and they couldn’t be bothered to deal with it or give me another room. Staff care factor of the attendant was zero, and of the front desk staff, close to zero. I got woken up in the early hours of the morning several times by skip bins being moved around in the laneway outside (very loud chains being dropped in the skip bins and noise reverberation). The next night the fridge started making such a loud noise in the middle of the night that I had to turn it off and use the spare towels to absorb the water as it defrosted. I’m just curious why Mercure keep this one running. Perhaps it’s set at a different price range but it’s not doing their brand any favours with two Mercure hotels so close together, especially with all the reviews mixed up.

Il est un séjour incroyable et relaxant. J'aime. Je l'aime à quel point il est proche d'Elizabeth Quay et de la voie de course.

I have stayed at the hotel over the past 15 years and it has gradually become a little run down here and there but the worst change is the service, nobody has a smile or greets you as a guest, your just another inconvenience for them. I stayed in a ”Deluxe” King room last week and the Bathroom was dirty and the Shower over Bath is a disgrace (see photo). I don't think I'll be staying again until some marked improvements have been made.

We have been commuting to Perth from the South West for appointments since moving from Fremantle so know our way around and what is good value in the area and the Pagoda in Como ticks all the boxes for us. The resort is tastfully decorated in oriental style with big well equipped and clean rooms. Although close to the freeway it is very quite due to double grazed windows. The resort is well equipped with a bar and restaurant as well as an outdoor pool and a gym. Highly recommended from me!

We stayed a few nights here due to the UniSport Nationals. The hotel was modern, breakfast was decent and cooked to your liking, and the location was perfect for what we were after. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and there are enough amenities even during holidays to keep you looked after.
