這個房子是真的不錯，性價比很高。房子很大，很寬敞明亮，很乾凈，我們一行五人住得超舒適。停車有地下停車場，免費的。樓下沒多遠就是古勞水鄉。不足之處就是樓盤好像還沒完善好，商鋪全部都還沒開，附近沒有什麼商業。另外，投影儀也不太好用，投出來的映像很模糊。
