La ville est très bien située, à quelques pas de la ville, et le parking est très bon.

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is perfect, right in the centre. The room was spacious, full of character, but had all you needed (air con, kettle, safe, fridge, hairdryer) The service was brilliant, so friendly and helpful. We had breakfast and mentioned we were vegan when we booked. She baked a vegan cake for breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! They also offered oat milk. Perfect stay!

I love this adorable b&b. Super close to Via Fillungo for shopping and right in the heart of this beautiful walled city. So many bars and restaurants very close. The owners are so lovely and I did not want for anything. Breakfast was delicious with eggs cooked your way. Some meats and cheeses and cereals. Plenty to eat and great coffee. You get a discount on the Puccini opera if you book through the hotel and I heartily recommend you go. I went three times.

El lugar es muy acogedor, muy limpio, las habitaciones tienen todo lo necesario para descansar, el entorno es muy tránquilo, puedes salir a caminar a la zona histórica de Lucca sin ningún problema, es muy cerca. Giusy nuestra anfitriona es increiblemente amable, pudimos desayunar en el hotel y todo estaba muy rico. Es un lugar para volver y pasar más tiempo conociendo la hermosa Lucca.

Расположение в самом центре города - главное достоинство отеля. Были небольшие проблемы с заселением: администратор сообщил нам код для заезда только по прибытии, хотя оплата и онлайн регистрация были проведены заранее. Обычно после этих процедур присылают всю необходимую информацию. Но в Лукка шарм такого не случилось) Завтрак - кофе с бутером, либо 2 сладкими булочками в соседнем доме. Сам отель - бывшая квартира, в 2-х его номерах ванная комната (душ + туалет) находятся напротив спален, также есть номер с ванной. В доступности для гостей всегда есть пакетированный чай, капсульный кофе и кофемашина. В номере - холодильник и чайник.

avevo prenotato questa struttura per un viaggio privato. la struttura è bellissima e centrale. purtroppo non ho potuto sfruttare il soggiorno perchè causa malattia non sono potuta partire. mi dispiace che la struttura abbia regole così ferree da non poter accettare in nessun modo una richiesta di rimborso/parziale rimborso/modifica di prenotazione per un motivo fra l'altro certificato. so di avere prenotato la struttura da sito terzo, ma l'hotel poteva comunque accettare di spostare la mia prenotazione ed ero disposta anche a pagare l'eventuale differenza di prezzo. il personale con cui ho avuto a che fare telefonicamente è stato comunque gentile, comprendo che un receptionist non può modificare le direttive dell'hotel, ma credo si sarebbe potuto fare di meglio. Apprezzo l'assistenza che ho avuto da trip.com, che almeno mi ha restituito una piccola cifra in trip coins. Ho comunque in programma di ri-prenotare in questa struttura perchè non voglio privarmi di questa esperienza di viaggio.

This place was surprisingly nice in a really cool town that wasn't really on my radar. It's a short distance to the sights and some really good restaurants. It was a little challenging to check-in since the street doesn't have parking and it's hard to find, but ring the bell or connect earlier with the owner and it'll be smooth I'm sure. The parking on site was nice because it's protected from the street, but like all of Europe, pricey. There is also a breakfast option, but didn't spend the money to find out the quality. Rooms are of a really good size, great air conditioner, and bed is comfortable.

Ottima posizione per chi viaggia in macchina, con posto auto a pagamento sotto la struttura. A pochi minuti si è direttamente nel centro storico della città. Personale disponibile, gentile ed accogliente. Sembra di stare a casa. Stanza pulita, con tutti i comfort essenziali. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole.

La position magnifique, en plein centre, la cordialeté et l'attention parfaite, peut être améliorée le petit déjeuner, surtout dans le service de fourniture des piétons finis, mais rien sur la qualité. Personnel toujours présent et attentif
