Garden City Hotel

和朋友去度假，一共訂了四間房，其中三間空調都是壞的。叫了工作人員修理一個多小時，也沒搞定，最後還要換房！ 早餐也很一般，感覺人氣不足！ 不過那個位置，沒辦法有其他選擇了，獨一無二……

프놈펜에서 골프 또는 조용한 여행을 원한다면 최고의 호텔입니다... 투숙객이 그다지 많지 않았는지 6층에만 투숙객이 있어 보였습니다... 호텔에 많은 투숙객이 있으면 좋겠어요~~^.^

服務員態度良好服務窩心

不願意花錢養人，處事服務都很一般！ 不值這價格

I literally love the room especially their golf view are highly appreciated to see outside view from city center. Nice location next to Cambodia new stadium and close to big water park. Spend one night beside from city center was great

This is a fabulous hotel. The foyer is marble and truly magnificent. The rooms are so big and wonderful. The views we had were overlooking the golf course. The front desk staff are excellent and couldn’t do enough to help you. The only thing is that we were the only people staying at this massive resort. The hotel is about 18 km from Phomn Penh which is too far out when you like to explore. To visit the killing fields and S21 prison we had to get the staff to arrange a taxi to take us to both of these sites and it cost $100. Another day to visit the market and other places we had to book another taxi at a cost of $50 There is also a magnificent golf course at this hotel and is very well used. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. Breakfast was different in that we were the only two there for it. So breakfast was made to order. Sometimes they didn’t have what we were looking for. As we were so far away from the city we had to have dinner too. Again the only two people in the dining room. But I must say this was not the hotels fault but maybe our travel agent should not have booked us in here? The swimming pools are beautiful and again we used these on our own, with no one else here! I think the hotel will be very busy when the Asian games come to Cambodia.

Ordered a la carte, after golf lunch in the hotel. Beautiful hotel, great service, immaculate rest rooms and fabulous food. Will return for a long weekend as guests despite already living in Phnom Penh.

Took us 30min to get to the hotel from the city centre. This is a great destination if you don't want to skip town but would love to see something different. I've exhausted all the spots in Phnom Penh so this was refreshing. Due to COVID, the amenities weren't in full operation. Nonetheless, the room, pool and the golf course view made up for it. There's a gym too but we didnt use it. We booked a deluxe twin room with a balcony overlooking the golf course. The room was clean, spacious and comfy. It has a hot/cold shower and a bathtub. There weren't many guests. Felt like we had the hotel to ourselves ❤ Ask for a golf course tour at the golf shop and they'll arrange it for you. There are tons of golfers especially on the weekends, so we had our tour early in the afternoon. Unfortunately, the food was average at best. Kitchen closes at 6pm. Bring some snacks with you and you can order in meals from a food app (nham24, foodpanda, etc.) The place is far from any pharmacy so it is wise to bring first aid kit as well. Again, due to COVID the transpo options are limited. We arranged our ride to the city with the receptionist. The night audit manager was nice enough to drive us back. Overall, with the special price we paid and a beautiful view, can't complain 😊 Best way to recharge after long months of isolation.

Schade ! ….Schade für mich der hier reserviert hat, schade für das Hôtel, dass nun schlecht bewertet wird: „Zoe“ schrieb in seiner Bewertung „Bizarr“ ! Dem kann ich mich nur voll anschließen. Ich war der Meinung in einem Luxushotel gebucht zu haben aber: Ich buche in der Klasse auch immer eine Hotellimousine zur Abholung vom Flugplatz mit. Was war, ich wurde von einem einfachen Taxi abgeholt, der nicht mal die richtige Ausfahrt vom Flugplatz kannte. Bei der Ankunft beim Hôtel stand ich alleine da, erst nachdem der Taxler zu Rezeption gegangen ist hat sich jemand bequemt mir mit dem Gepäck (u.a. Golfbag) zu helfen. Im Zimmer fragte ich nach der Minibar:Mir wurde der Kühlschrank gezeigt. Wie ich ihn öffnet war der allerdings glumper-leer! Erst wie ich auf die angeblichen 5 Sterne des Hotels hinwies, versprach man den Kühlschrank z.t. zu füllen( was auch geschah). Dann die Fernseher Kontrolle im Appartement: von über 60 Kanälen lt. Senderlist gab es tatsächlich nur 15, davon nur als einzigen internationalen Anbieter die Deutsche Welle. Weder CNN noch NBC,… Offensichtlich wurde das ganze Hôtel wegen Corona heruntergefahren. Es gab keine Bar, kein Abendrestaurant, keine Executive Floor, …das Hôtel glich am Abend wie tot. Nur im einzigen offenen Restaurant konnte man bis 21.00h was zum Essen und trinken bekommen. Der Pool ist wunderschön, aber keiner schert sich um dich: Niemand bietet eine Liege an, die Liegen haben keine Matratze, sonder man erhält nach Reklamation nur ein Handtuch und nach dem Hinweis, dass diese für die Liege zu kurz ist noch ein zweites. Das Getränkeservice am Pool ist auch in keiner Weise einem Luxushotel zu vergleichen: Erst nach Reklamation, nimmt jemand die Bestellung auf, serviert, kassiert und ward nicht mehr gesehen. So was schön ist ist der Golfplatz und auch der gut sortierte Pro-Shop. Der Golfplatz mit 18 Loch beginnt direkt beim Hôtel. Green fee incl. Caddy: 150 $. (Caddy Trinkgeld: 10$). Auch auf die Gefahr hin Ihnen die Freude zu verderben, ich würde nicht nochmals eine Woche in diesem Hôtel verbringen.
