Évaluations de Himawari Hotel Apartments

This review is for two stays, 15 to 18 Feb 2024 and 22 Feb to 6 March 2024. I forget how many times I have stayed at the Himawari in Phnom Penh, but it is a lot over the years. It is my favourite hotel to stay in whenever I have travelled. Lovely large clean rooms, very caring and kind staff, very quiet, and such a good location. Excellent pool and gym as well. Staff have always gone out of their way to make a memorable experience. One side of the hotel opens onto the walkway along the Mekong River, the other opens to a major road, so getting to and from the Himawari is always safe and fast. I place a very high personal recommendation on the Himawari

位置特別好，去大王宮，獨立紀念碑，金界都是幾百米的距離。早餐也挺豐富。房間很寬敞，設施沒有問題，還有烘乾機，很適合舉家旅行或者商務活動。

Our family of 7 - two generations had the most wonderful week at the Himawari Hotel. Our room (306) was spacious - 3 double bedrooms with ensuites, large kitchen (not needed with the restaurant downstairs & easy access to street food), spotless & the perfect outlook to enjoy the river views of the Water Festival (but out of the crowds). The roads were closed for the festival but the position was perfect within walking distance of many attractions. We could not speak highly enough of the staff who looked after our every need. Thank you Himawari for making our Phnom Penh holiday special.

房間寬大，兩間卧室，有客廳，有廚房，多人出差互不打擾，嫌棄外面高物價的可以自己煮飯菜，有洗衣房可以節省很多時間，總體來講，很好很方便，也很舒適！

inspite of minor glitches, but don't we have them all? Great reception team, great security and housekeeping staff. Breakfast has ups and downs; this time it was excellent throughout. The pool is magnificent, even if the jacuzzi remains colder than the swimming area itself, and I do regret that too many ill-behaved expats (what is it about Cambodia that it attracts the worst kind? especially Anglos here) and unsupervised kids are permitted. The renovated rooms (a must) are nice, spacious but not wasteful, internet is stable and fast, and location is really good, at least for my purposes. I seem to stay here twice a year now, this was the second time this year, and I will be back to PP in Spring 2024 and will surely stay here again.

I had the most wonderful weekend at the Himawari Hotel and Apartments. I stayed at one of the newly renovated rooms and it was really great! I had a nice view of the Mekong river. The showers have good water pressure too. I was also impressed at the staff of the hotel. Incredibly polite and courteous, which put a smile on my face always. As a return guest, I was so pleased that some of the longer serving staff remembered me! It made me feel at home and that Himawari is one big family ❤️ I’ve always enjoyed my meals at the Oyster restaurant too. Buffet breakfast always excellent, as well as their regular menu. My favorite are the fish and chips (as good as any high end restaurants I’ve been too) and the beef Lok Lak over rice. Overall, I highly recommend staying at the Himawari when you’re visiting Phnom Penh. I’ll be looking forward to returning in the future!
