Everything is well prepared clean. Everything is included, even cooking gear. It looks exactly like the picture and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good environment and not loud easy for families or couple or friend to do the homestay.

Spectacular roof top pool, superb city views, clean, spacious apartments with complimentary local transport around Toul Kork. The Amata has the absolute best staff, friendly, helpful, kind and welcoming.

Fantastic little apartment, very modern and clean. AC worked well, bed was comfortable. Staff were super friendly and smiley! Awesome rooftop pool and clean, modern little gym with steam rooms. Definitely would stay again!

房間乾淨 冷氣夠冷 熱水也很熱 可惜沒有早餐吃 附近也沒有超市可以購買自煮的食材 離景點跟鬧區有點距離 整體感覺還是很不錯

I stayed with Amata for 5 nights. They are located in a relatively quiet part of the city and you have access to many restaurants and stores nearby. The staff team at Amata were very helpful and friendly. They have great manners and they absolutely made me felt welcomed. I stayed at a one-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and it has so many appliances that made me felt like a home. The gym was great with adequate amounts of workout equipments. I didn’t try out the pool but it looked clean and well-maintained. Overall it was a great stay at Amata. I would loved to stay longer with them but unfortunately they were all booked up. I would definitely stay there again in my next trip to Phnom Penh.
