Avis : PATIO Hotel & Urban Resort

La chambre de base était petite et Sombrero. Nous avons payéle supplément pour la chambre studio et c'était très bien. Piscine avec peu de chaises. Personnel du bar un peu trop insistent. Déjeuner très bien.

Nous avions la grande chambre au 6ème étage, qui avait une pièce à côté avec une télévision supplémentaire et un canapé. C'était charmant - toujours cool quand nous « rentrions à la maison » et la climatisation fonctionnait bien quand nous le voulions. Le balcon (voir photo) donnait sur les toits des restaurants à proximité, il était donc ouvert mais toujours privé. La grande baignoire carrée était géniale même si elle était un peu haute pour y grimper. L'eau chaude était très chaude et toujours disponible. Il y avait quelques carreaux de sol lâches ou surélevés à côté du lit sur lesquels nous tombions constamment par hasard. La télévision était basée sur une antenne et la réception était généralement mauvaise (probablement pas un problème d'hôtel mais au Cambodge). Le petit-déjeuner était un buffet de salades ainsi qu'un choix de 4 assiettes de petit-déjeuner (si je me souviens bien, américaines, nouilles asiatiques, riz asiatique et occidentales) et une petite section de pâtisseries et de pain. Le lobby était petit mais bien aménagé, avec un étang rempli de carpes koï, d'alevins et de tortues. Il y avait une abondance de chaînes de restaurants étrangères à environ 2 pâtés de maisons (BK, Carl's Jr, Cold Stone, Krispy Kreme, Texas Chicken) et plusieurs cafés cambodgiens et restaurants de sushi japonais juste devant la porte.

Good location. A lot of hip restaurant and bar around the area. The staffs is very helpful and friendly. Only the room is a bit run down.

Location: Excellent, Many stores and restaurants in the area. Drivers outside for convenience. Service: Excellent, The hotel was able to accommodate me and allow me check in at 8am. My room was upgraded and the staff was immensely helpful with recommendations, directions and even providing change more than once. Cleanliness: Neat and tidy, has everything you need.

A beautiful hotel, with friendly staff and delicious food! Would definitely recommend.

I booked a room for one person, the room is not big but quite comfortable, clean, nice pool, I like the breakfast, the staff is good, but in the pool area, if there are many people, the staff does not have time to make orders. But I still like this hotel, a good price that corresponds to good conditions in the hotel. I will stay here again

Always book this hotel for my colleagues trip live meetings cos it is nearby the client's office. Satisfied with their services in general.

Location is amazing. Plenty of F&B right outside the doorstep. The room is cozy, I slept well. Good value overall!
