It was my first time in Phuket and it was my first time traveling solo I felt so touch when the owner herself arranged a private tour for me. It was such a sweet gesture. The room I got was huge, very spacious even the bathrooms too. I love the bed so much coz it’s a king size bed. They clean my room everyday which really surprise me coz every time I got in my room after a tiring day my room looks so clean and tidy. It was a memorable trip and I’ll be back here for sure. Highly recommend!

It is a real good place managed by people who k ow how to make good services and it is the most clean one i have seen so far i think i will always recommande to people i know who want to go to phuket to stay only here

We stayed there during the second half of November for three weeks. Friendly and smiling staff, James and Mhelle always available for every need. Hotel 10 minutes walk from the beach on the main road which gives you the possibility to easily get anywhere. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back as soon as possible.

We have checked-in to this hotel very few days ago and found out it was recently renovated. From reception areas which include the pizza restaurant to the lift and rooms were really exceptional. The bed was so comfortable you’ll sleep like a baby. The AC was great can’t even hear any noise coming from it. The bathroom is wayyyyyy too spacious which I truly liked! James and Mhelle are just very nice and friendly people. When I come back in Phuket I’ll definitely stay in this hotel again. Thank you guys for the amazingg experience and made my stay truly memorable. 🙏

This is definitely not the same hotel as it was 1 year ago. The improvements to the place are fantastic. I know the reasons it is only a 3 star hotel but it deserves so much more. The beds are really comfortable and the staff incredibly helpful/friendly. It’s a great place to stay being close enough to the beach that it is an easy 5-10 minute walk but a fraction of the price. There is a great pizza restaurant in the hotel itself but if that is not your thing there are loads of options really close too. Renovations have been to a really high standard and our room was spotless. InDriver and Grab taxis are easily ordered from their respective apps and to the other side of Patong cost me 120 baht in Nov. ‘23. We will most definitely be staying at this hotel again soon when we come back to Patong for another visit. 😊

A ripper of a hotel that is comfortable, clean, and cool. Contrary to one review, the lift worked fine. The hotel is recently renovated and the new owners are really lovely people that make you feel welcomed. We had their Pizza for dinner with some mates. Great food. Beers are cold and a good price. All the rooms seem good, but the higher ones have better views, and are probably a bit quieter. This may not be a Five Star hotel, but this is a 5 Star review because The Great@Patong does what it does, in its market, better than anyone else on the island. We’ve stayed in so many places in Phuket, and this is the friendliest. And you get a 5 Star Experience when you visit them.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo albergo per ben 3 settimane, non potevamo scegliere hotel migliore. Qualità prezzo 🔝. Personale gentile e simpatico, per qualsiasi problema loro ci sono sempre. Pulizia camera 10/10 bravissimi, ti facevano la camere in qualsiasi ora che tu uscivi, non è da tutti. La camera super grande, il bagno niente da dire.. doccia bellissima e moderna. Sicuramente ci torneremo l’anno prossimo, orami è diventato come una seconda casa. Posizione del hotel stra comodo, in 20 minuti eri dappertutto. Straconisgliato. Poi hanno anche la cucina per chi non ha voglia di uscire e vuole rimanere in hotel. Un saluto a James e a tutto il personale. Ci mancate. Un bacio da Klara e Mattia. ♥️
