位置好，工作人員超級熱情，晚上抵達已經預留好房間，馬上能入住，早餐還不錯，泳池很大，如果有帶小朋友來會非常合適！

酒店位置不錯 靠近芭東海灘 吃早飯的地方可以看到海 有海島度假的感覺 早餐比較簡單 偏西式 泳池區域很漂亮 如果房間的陽台是面朝泳池區域的話真的是很愜意 但是！請注意 高級房給我們安排的是內窗房！陽台窗户是在一個天井裡 這個在房間描述裏是沒有提到的 因為沒辦法通風 房間會很潮有味 房間裏還有一根柱子 因為第一天到達較晚 第二天通過攜程跟酒店溝通是否可以換個外窗的房間 酒店的態度更像是反正你也住了 要換房間加錢 如果要選擇這家一定要定面朝泳池或者外窗的房間 內部設施看的出年代久遠 喜歡新設施的勿住 酒店的酒吧晚上音樂會很響至深夜 我們睡眠很好所以沒什麼影響 介意的慎住 總體來説是有一個漂亮泳池的快捷度假酒店 應該是不會再次入住的選擇

Great hotel and location / some renovation going on now but it was only a little noise for short times / pool is nice and clean and beach is across a street

無意中定的酒店，原因是因為帶娃，本來定了蘭花温泉酒店，但住了一晚後，實在受不了裏面的設施，沒想到誤打誤撞定了班拉邁，對於不帶娃的來説（游泳池沒有滑梯娛樂設施）真的還不錯👍 推薦理由： 1、房間很大很乾凈；2、價格相對來説較實惠；3、出門特別方便，位置就在芭東，走路去central和江西冷都很近，而且樓下就有一家711；4、不像前幾家住的酒店，規定水的數量，而且這家給的是瓶裝水（前幾家都是玻璃瓶水）！ 缺點： 1、房間空調不是中央空調，所以分貝很大。 2、酒店裡有酒吧，聲音有點吵。 3、這次給我們分配的房間位置一般吧。 4、如果這個價格包含早餐會更好。

My first trip to Phuket and it didn’t disappoint us with our selection to this nice hotel. As we are sensitive in making sure a great location yet some privacy and noise as I read some nearby hotels were badly affected by noises till late night We arrived to the hotel which I booked two rooms, I was surprised to be informed that our rooms were upgraded to suite ? Which I’m puzzled as their website does not have suite category so I’m curious and happy at the same time. We were brought into room 8404 & 8403 which is a different block and has a private deck area with the view of sunset and beach . There were only 4 rooms on our floor. Then I kind of realize that it was probably their old spa private rooms converted into guest rooms . As it’s slightly better , so they categorize as suite ? My suspect is that they have insufficient rooms so we are given special rooms I guess ,I took the room because it’s quiet and has nice paddock area with some privacy . The only cons is that I feel that the pool is not well maintained and clean to our standard hence we only use it for 1 night . We stayed for total 3 nights . Breakfast was above average and coffee was not the best . Having drinks at Heron their restaurant has better coffee quality and nice environment at night at the outdoor with good crowd almost every night Our bathroom WC has some bad odour so we have to close the door at all times. Bed was not the most comfortable but still able to sleep throughout the night . Overall with the price we paid is a fair take but certain areas can be further improved

我能説這是芭東核心地區最好的酒店之一嗎，確實不錯，位於芭東核心區域。緊鄰沙灘，過馬路就是芭東沙灘，而且會有酒店保安吹哨子調控過往車輛，保障酒店顧客安全。去江西冷商場、尚泰百貨都是步行5-10分鐘。周邊餐館林立，門口就有7-11，雖然不太大，但基本的都有。酒店泳池雖然不大，但在酒店中心，非常靜謐，就是住客較多比較熱鬧。早餐非常好，品種豐富，早餐地點就在靠近海邊一側，可以室內也可以室外。晚上酒店的餐飲和酒吧氛圍好，喝着小酒聽着現場演唱，生活非常美好。酒店房間很大，都有陽台，乾淨衞生，設施齊全。唯獨入住時間要求比較嚴格，下午3點入住，我們下午1點多到的酒店，也要等3點入住，在反覆多次問的情況下，2點半終於給了鑰匙。需要注意的是酒店有蚊子，一定多注意。

Nice otel

It's a return trip after 5 years, Baan Laimai met its 4-star level at many aspects. The room is big and clean, kinda quiet in night and kids friendly. Breakfast is good in terms of selection and quality. We received professional services with nice attitude, thumb up. The only thing I think should have been better is its WiFI coverage, we connected a 2.4G network all the time because the 5G signal is poor, which pushed us to mobile data frequently. FYI

We only spent 1 night but really enjoyed our stay ! The service, the cleanliness, the facilities, the breakfast, the location and the staff, everything was perfect !

Superior room does not have a great view at all for the price we paid. Best to pay more for a better view. Pool was fantastic. Wide selection for breakfast. Convenient location.
