Vista Suites Pigeon Forge, SureStay Collection by BW

Location was great next to local attractions walking distance from distillery and food. Wifi is terrible. Wifi does not reach inside the hotel room. Breakfast is not the greatest. Regular powder eggs with soggy biscuits but fresh ready to make waffles.

When i did my reservation with Booking the deal was to pay at the Check-In and theres not any charge before. The Hotel tries to charge my card the reservation amount at 2.15pm when Check-In is at 4.00pm. The worst thing was when we arrived at the hotel at 6.30pm to check in, it turned out that according to the receptionist she had no information about our reservations. Even when I showed her my confirmations and messages from the hotel confirming the reservations, she insisted that there were no reservations in my name. I asked to speak to a manager and he told me that he was not at the hotel. I asked for someone's attention because it was unacceptable that apart from the fact that they tried to charge my card 2 hours before, I would not have my reservations. According to her, she called the manager and he told her that due to hotel policy I could charge in advance and when I couldn't charge they canceled my reservation at the hotel. They never contacted me, they didn't send any message either. After waiting for an hour for the supposed manager to arrive, a supposed receptionist who insulted us and rudely tried to remove us from the hotel in a humiliating manner did not answer because he did not like me complaining that his behavior was outrageous. They told me to complain to Booking. They allege that their website informs that although the reservation must be paid at the hotel, they can charge in advance. That we were homeless people who did not serve the homeless. I demand that Booking give me a response for such a horrible experience and humiliation because it is unacceptable that customers are mistreated, the mediocre attitude of a hotel is outrageous. Is this the treatment that clients receive at Booking? Or BW Resorts?

I DON'T RECOMMEND  STAYING HERE! For starters I was charged extra for my children upon checking-in which made the one night stay over $100 The furniture and appliances in our room were out-of-date. The towels, linen, and sheets appeared old and discolored. The blankets looked like they once might have belonged to Methuselah. The indoor swimming pool was ice-cold. Breakfast, what there was of it, was worse than a prison breakfast. Cheap scrambled-eggs, microwave biscuits without gravy, no meat, instant orange juice, coffee with imitation sugar and creamer packets. The only thing that was halfway decent (that I tried) were the waffles that you make yourself. Breakfast wasn't even ready until 8:00AM. The only thing this hotel has going for it is the location, the view, and the lobby area. This was once a great hotel but is now foreign-owned and is lacking investment and modern amenities. Be sure to read the other reviews that people have left for this place. In my opinion, there are WAY better hotels at a comparable price! Once booked there is a NO cancelation policy.

This place is awful. The manager (owner?) was so rude. We paid way too much for a crappy room because it was a holiday weekend. The bathtub was disgusting; three out of my four pillows had stains on them; there was a large, unfinished plaster patch on one wall. He told us it was an upgrade because there was a full size refrigerator in the room. It was IN THE MIDDLE of the room! We couldn’t get wi-fi at night. I tried contacting corporate and have yet to get a response. Do not stay here, you will regret it.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at (would rate zero if I could). Room was not clean, bed had large stains (blood?), hot water did not work, facility was falling apart and in disrepair. Only one elevator was in service. Employee could not be understood, and stopped our transaction to amswer his personal cell phone. Absolutely do not recommend.

Hotel on the outside appears to be under construction, which wouldn't be an issue if the management didn't run the hotel so poorly. Check in went smoothly no issue - but once we walked into the room - there wasn't anywhere to hang clothes. The water was only hot in the first night and never got hot again. The sheets had stains on them, which we didn't find until after the second night. (Picture attached) the night clerks didn't understand or speak English. So they couldn't help with anything. We needed towels and toilet paper, so we had to wait until the next morning to get it. The breakfast was gross, and lacking. Will never stay here again - actually left a day early, when I went to turn in my key, no one was at the desk. Waited for someone - no one showed up - so we left the keys and went to another hotel.

Worse than a Red Roof Inn. I was extremely disappointed with our stay. First, upon check in I observed that the total for the stay did not match with the confirmation email that I received. They had added an additional $10 onto the stay. The night manager could not explain to me what the additional charge was for. The total bill for 2 nights was $563 per my confirmation email. So they were already charging me an elevated price driven by the busy fall season. The also advertise breakfast is included. It is only available from 7:45-9:00AM. There were some disgusting eggs and waffles and 2 slices of white bread. No yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, or anything that you would expect from a Red Roof Inn or similar hotel. The rooms were decent, but smelled funny. Also, no hairdryer was included in the room. There are way better options available in PF, Stay Away.

Called to verify that our reservation was confirmed even tho we received email that it was. The owner answered the phone and was extremely rude. Saying my business card was Declined and to call ***********. He made no sense and could barely understand him as he kept hanging up on me. Do not book a room with this hotel. They will cancel on you last minute for no reason. 2 in the morning on a Saturday trying to book another room now. Worst hotel in Pigeon Forge Tn.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE..STAY AWAY!,, LET ME REPEAT AGAIN DO NOT STAY HERE !! We arrived at this place and were given a higher bill than what was quoted when made reservation. The gentleman told us to talk to the people in the morning. Guess what the same gentleman was working in the morning we told him we wanted this charge removed AGAIN! He said he will take care of it. Guess what he LIED! He did not take care of anything! Upon Checking out we told him again to remove the extra ten dollar charge . He called someone on the telephone and that person said you booked online so we can charge more. These people do not stand behind what they tell you is your bill and do not care and add on charges! THEY LIE ! SHAME ON THEM! They do not stand behind the contract online! They charge you extra for absolutely nothing! So we are contacting the better business bureau, the health department and our credit card company to dispute this charge and the service at this hotel. Also, they advertise a full breakfast! They LIE!!, I get up early so I can get breakfast and go down there and they have TWO pieces of white bread, no butter, no peanut butter, no oatmeal, no fruit, no yogurt, no muffins, no meats, ! , The lady said they have eggs. There is dry cereal all over the counter, counters dirty, and yes they have half a pan of eggs. Do you know why!!!! Because they are inedible!! Can I say lousy, terrible, imagine powdered eggs like we all have had but watered down with lots of salt that you cannot even eat them! It was the most awful breakfast I have ever seen. I wish I read these reviews before we stayed here! This place lacks integrity, they are not truthful in what they say or advertise. The location is nice, room was okay but like others have said there are much better places to stay in pigeon forge! Stay away!
