A Wonderful Stay at Guohui Hotel – Highly Recommended! Our family had such a lovely time at Guohui Hotel! From the warm welcome (complete with a fresh fruit platter!) to the spacious, clean room perfect for our kids to play, every detail was thoughtful. The huge, spotless bathtub was a bonus, and our little ones had a blast! A special shout-out to Mr. Lihuihuang (Culinary Manager, Floor 32) for his outstanding hospitality. He ensured every meal was delicious and satisfying, with a rich variety of tasty dishes. And Mr. Da Fei (Customer Service Manager) went above and beyond, texting us breakfast reminders and providing instant, step-by-step guidance whenever we needed help. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ service! Thank you, Guohui Hotel, for making our stay so comfortable and memorable! We’ll definitely be back. 😊 Perfect for families, couples, and anyone who appreciates "exceptional service!"

Hotel quite dated and breakfast limited selection. Location is not quite convenient too.

The hotel was super clean and well furnished. However, I feel that the service could be improved. The receptionist who helped with my check in felt unfriendly, she was frowning and sighing the entire time and the housekeeping ladies was knocking and ringing on my doorbell repeatedly even when I have a late check out.

Hotel is located in quite area a bit further from the beach and if you have a car is convinient. Room was spacious and clean Swimming pool is located in another building and we were asked to pay for 15months old baby for using :)) Luckily other guests told us that water in the pool is too cold so we didnt go anyway, also I have checked by myself and it was truth. There was no many choices for breakfast. It was nice for the weekend trip but overall I think that was a bit overpriced for the service that you get

上次來平潭選擇了國惠國際酒店，整體體驗不盡如人意，離店時我也如實向酒店反饋了。本以為事情就這樣過去了，沒想到離店後幾天，酒店管理層特意打電話給我，態度誠懇地表達了歉意，並邀請我下次再來平潭時再次選擇國惠，看看他們的改進情況。正好老婆又要來平潭出差，我就幫她預訂了這裏，也想實際驗證一下他們到底有沒有改正我反饋的問題。老婆回來我問她這次酒店怎麼樣，整體來説確實有所進步，但細節上仍有提升空間： 1，停車場停好車拿着行李到門口禮賓會主動幫忙拿行李，並且引領到前台辦理入住，但是辦理完沒有幫我把行李送到房間； 2，客房衞生也有明顯的提升，邊角床底也都挺乾淨的，也送的有入住水果，可能是現在平潭旅遊淡季了，給個建議，酒店不能淡季做的好，旺季了掉鏈子； 3，水樂園天冷了現在是關閉了，訂房的時候我也沒注意看，我之前還和老婆説有水樂園可以玩，去了也玩不了，尷尬； 4，早餐之前是在32樓，現在都轉移到2樓用餐，2樓比32樓大很多，人多用餐也不會像32樓那麼擁擠，早餐的種類還是蠻多的，挺豐富，2樓裝修的也不錯，沒有出現上次我碰到的點的撈化被別的客人拿走的情況，證明管理層還是有聽進去我的反饋，這一點不錯； 5，還有健身房問題，健身房不大，但是設備還算齊全，晚上進去健身，裏面衹剩下1瓶水了，不夠喝，想聯繫前台讓安排人送一點，裏面連個聯繫服務人員的座機電話也沒有，或者貼個號碼也行啊，最後健身完回房間打的電話，讓再送水到房間，建議健身房放個電話，再不行貼個前台電話號碼也行啊，要是裏面的毛巾用完了沒人及時補充，剛健身完出去一身汗那不是着涼了？覺得整體比我上次入住好了不少，但是還有不完善的地方。

這次出差選的酒店太驚喜了！從進大堂就感覺格調很在線，現代感的高樓外觀特別大氣，停車也方便～房間一開門直接被驚艷到！新中式裝修高級又温馨，雙床寬敞整潔，窗邊視野能看到河景和樓羣，採光超棒衞生間乾濕分離做得很細緻，洗漱台還是雙台盆，和同事一起住太方便了！細節也很到位，床品軟乎乎的，燈光氛圍特別舒服，辦公區和沙發區的隔斷設計很有質感，住進來就覺得放鬆～服務也很貼心，辦理入住速度快，工作人員態度特別好。整體體驗感滿分，下次來這邊肯定還選這家！

一進酒店大堂就被狠狠驚艷到了！天花板的水晶裝飾也太有氛圍感了，燈光一打高級感直接拉滿，連帶着整個空間都特別大氣精緻~休息區的佈置也很舒服，沙發軟乎乎的，等入住的時候坐這兒完全不覺得無聊。細節也很加分，不管是裝飾的花藝還是牆面的設計，都能感覺到酒店的用心，光是大堂這一眼就覺得這次訂對地方了！

首先房間質感滿分，木質調裝修高級又温馨，空間寬敞通透，大窗户能俯瞰城市景色，辦公區和休息區的分區設計也很貼心，住起來既舒適又方便。早餐更是驚喜，餐食種類豐富還新鮮——湯粉鮮爽入味，沙拉、點心和水果搭配得很均衡，味道和品相都在線，吃完一上午都很滿足~ 整體不管是硬件設施還是餐飲細節，都能感受到用心，是會想再來的酒店！

酒店設施齊全，乾淨整潔寬敞明亮，也很安靜，這間酒店比較人性化，礦泉水可以管夠～，前台小姐姐特別的熱情，。還有專門的服務人員幫忙拿行李，特別感謝我們的管家518、給我們提供了遊玩攻略，讓我們來到這個陌生的城市不用踩坑…感謝酒店的所有服務人員，以後有機會再來平潭，還會選擇平潭國惠酒店

哪裡來的有什麼管家服務？機械性的辦理完手續，也就衹是接過房卡。衞生堪憂，還有漏水的地方，看圖吧，也不想多説了，住的實在是糟心。周邊吃的東西也少，去龍王頭沙灘也遠。泳池也沒開。這性價比也太差了吧。實在是心疼我那房費，本來期望滿滿結果失望至極。不推薦不推薦。

經一路自駕的疲憊，到平潭臨時換了這家人氣旺的酒店。入住酒店之即，管家劉傑主動接待，熱情安排房型升級，寬敞明亮，舒適整潔衞生。並主動推薦旅遊景點，景色宜人，空氣清新。介紹當地特色美食，安排酒店進餐性價比高，特別適合兩位長者的口味。贈送了第二天的早餐。主動解決了我們誤交的地下停車場停車費。送我們離開酒店。整個住店感受到親人般照顧。非常感謝！下次如有機會仍會選擇入住這家酒店！
