Hôtel idéalement situé dans le centre ancien de Pistoia et rénové avec goût. ( beau - coloré - charmant - chambre spacieuse - bien insonorisé). Très belles prestations. Personnel très accueillant.

Personnel attentionné , disponible et très serviable. Hôtel rénové avec beaucoup de goût , mêlant modernité et authenticité , équipements beaux, pratiques et confortables. Emplacement de qualité à la fois au calme et en plein centre pour une restauration de qualité .

Wonderful hotel. I wish I could have stayed here more than one night. The hotel is centrally located in the center in a safe shopping area. The front door is accessible only with a code for extra security. The reception staff was friendly. The room was modern, colorful, clean, and cheerful. There was a welcoming gift bag of candy on the bed. The air conditioning worked fast and well. The TV had a lot of channels in many languages. The bathroom was spacious and the bath products were high quality. I regret that I left too early to partake of the breakfast bar because it looked like it was very well stocked.

This hotel saved our night after a long trip back from Sardinia and an emergency at the italian highway. They helped us even sending a taxi to pick us up from the middle of nowhere, where we were with the broken car. They took well care of us, amazing employees! The hotel is very beautiful, amazing design, confortable and warm, we never heard of Pistoia until last night and now we would love to come back and stay again at this beautiful property (and properly enjoy) our time in Pistoia. Thank u again for your help and hospitality… Here you can live the real meaning of hospiyality! Best regards and remain thankful for everything The Coolens

We stayed here one night while on vacation. It was a perfect place. Very clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and we slept great. The breakfast was €9 extra and was wonderful. The location was great, just short walk to the city center and a gelato shop just downstairs. I would definitely stay here again. Pistoia was a great city to visit.

Very nice, maybe flawless, room, in a great location and in a very picturesque town. I was sorry I only stayed 1 night and that I didn't have time for breakfast. A but convoluted to navigate to it, but it was worth it.

We have just left this hotel. What a fantastic experience. We spent a week here with our family and it was perfect from start to finish. The staff are amazing, so hardworking, especially Sarah and the young man that works with her, all their recommendations were brilliant. We used the hotel as a base to explore Tuscany, and it’s very central. We used our car (parked for 5 euros a day) and tte train, 10 min walk and 30 mins I to Florence. Tge local restaurants were excellent and a fraction of the price you would pay in the bigger cities. Honestly, we will return to this lovely hotel. Thank you all for your hospitality, it was perfect, even for our teenage children who are not always easily pleased!

Great staff, friendly and helpful. Smooth check-in (why can't other hotels in Italy do as this one does: take a photo of our passports rather than holding onto them to completed the registration?). Beautifully remodeled building. I gather it only opened in summer 2021. Everywhere is spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Good AC and WiFi. A safe and a fridge in the room. Good location close to restaurants and the main sights. Very impressed with the soundproofing. No sound internally. We were in a room at the front. On Saturday night the town was very busy, with lots of people going up and down the street, often in groups. But we could barely hear a sound. Great sleep quality. We will definitely be back!

Enjoyed my short stay in this chic, very tastefully furnished and reasonably priced small hotel. The location was great - central, short walk to the main sights of Pistoia, yet quiet. Cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel offers breakfast but it was more fun (and cheaper) to go to the cafe right next door. Front desk staff were very helpful and gave great restaurant recommendations. Wish I could have stayed longer. Pistoia has a lot to offer visitors and is a good base for sights in Tuscany.
