Très beau voyage de l'une de miel tout et parfait chambre super propre nourriture très bonne il manque de rien très bon service ils sont toujours souriante souriant belle animation.pas de crevette ou homard mes rien de grave voyage magic je te commande cette hôtel 100% ont mangé très bien ont n'est très bien et vite service il prend soin de moi prend de mes nouvelles pour je passe de belles vacances wow très touchante il ont fait jouet ma musique de mariage wow génial

Petit resort charmant, personnel accueillant et très professionnel. Nouvelle administration canadienne qui veut offrir le maximum d’attention aux clients. Nourriture bonne et variée. Jolie chambre. Propreté sur tout le site. L’aéroport de Camagüey ouvrira prochainement ce qui sera un plus!

Retour le 22 janvier 2024 d’une semaine au Club Amigo Caracol à Playa Santa Lucia, Camagüey. Depuis 2005, je suis allée à maintes reprises dans les 4 hôtels tout-inclus de cette destination. Le Caracol est un petit hôtel chaleureux de seulement 150 mini-suites. Il a été rénové par la compagnie italienne Bravo qui y a été gestionnaire pendant deux ans (2016-2018) sous la forme d’un Bravo Club Villaggio. Durant cette période, on était comme dans un Club Med italien. C’était étrange à Cuba de voir l’animation, les pancartes, la clientèle, tout en italien… Mais bon, excellent travail au niveau des rénovations des chambres, du lobby, du buffet. À l’époque, la nourriture était sublime, chef italien, vraiment parfait, mais on était en vacances en Italie, pas à Cuba! Le Caracol a rouvert en tout-inclus le 21 décembre 2023. Seul le Brisas Santa Lucia avait rouvert en tout-inclus après la Covid. La destination est boudée par les Canadiens parce qu’il n’y a toujours pas de vols directs vers Camaguey, où est l’aéroport le plus proche à une heure et demie des hôtels. En ce moment, il faut atterrir à Cayo Coco et ensuite se soumettre à un pénible transfert inclus de 4 heures de route et de nids de poule vers l’hôtel. Les sympathiques Canadiens qui y séjournaient avaient presque tous un point en commun avec moi : de la famille et des amis cubains à visiter. Quelle agréable surprise après avoir été ailleurs depuis novembre 2021 (Cayo Guillermo, Holguin - Guardalavaca, Cayo Cruz et Cayo Coco) où les pénuries de toutes sortes étaient un peu frustrantes malgré les plages paradisiaques et le personnel chaleureux. On part tous à Cuba sans trop d’attentes pour la bouffe. La nourriture du Caracol était excellente, et meilleure et plus variée que les 4*, 4 ½* et 5* où j’ai séjourné dernièrement. Il n’a manqué de rien sauf du vin et de la menthe pour les Mojitos. Le buffet, juste wow! Et que dire du café au lobby bar ou au snack bar. Du bon Serrano, mon préféré. (Prendre note que les approvisionnements peuvent changer du jour au lendemain. C’est Cuba…) Ce qui n’a pas changé, c’est l’amabilité du personnel, l’excellence du service à la clientèle et la propreté irréprochable des lieux. La plage est large et longue, mais la mer n’est pas la plus belle de Cuba. Je recommande des chaussures d’eau. Il y a des algues lorsque c’est venteux ou grosses vagues comme ailleurs à Cuba, mais ramassées par des tracteurs. La destination Playa Santa Lucia est réputée pour le kite surf et la plongée sous-marine. La proximité des villages où on peut se rendre à pied fait tout le charme de l’endroit. Pour le night life à l’extérieur du resort, rien pour l’instant. L’animation à l’hôtel en soirée est par contre divertissante. Les dirigeants de Blue Diamond sont sur place pour régler les derniers détails avant que tout soit prêt et impeccable pour la saison 2024-2025. As a repeat customer of 20 years this is my favourite hotel because of the feeling of family with the staff and the comfortable layout.The entertainment and nightly shows have improved over the years as has the ongoing renovation of common areas and rooms. I can always find something good to eat at the buffet, restaurant or the 24 hour snack bar, despite the challenges for the chefs due to availability of products. The beach is well maintained and beautiful. Good snorkeling and swimming with staff providing beach games. Two new cabana bars on the beach create more options space to relax. Would recommend

If someone would've asked me years ago how I felt about a vacation trip back to Cuba, I'd probably would've been skeptical about it. That changed last January when I visited Club Amigo Caracol. The service was outstanding. The food was incredible and well cooked. I'd like to thank Juan Cárdenas in particular for all hus help. I will definitely recommend this place to all friends and family.

The reception was good, specially Alina, she's such a nice lady, also Dayamí. The restaurant its actually good, better than last time. The bars allways has what we need. The entertainment is amazing, the dancers are amazing, Diego and Jesse are very good friends with me. Wonderfull experience.

The reception was very good, they welcomed us with open arms, it was so nice. The restaurant and the food was exellenct, for someone that doesn't drink like me the bars are wonderfull and the drinks are really tasty. The reception was exellent. They gave me a good welcome to the hotel. The food, from 1 to 10 y give it an 8, it was tasty and well done. The bartenders were nice and treated me with kindness, the drinks were good and pleasant. The entertainment staff was nice with me and gave me so much fun, the shows were beautiful. The rooms were clean but I think they need more security, specially cameras. Overall it’s been a good experience.

The staff went above and beyond. The dancers became my family and watched over me. The shows were incredible the hrs spent practicing woww. The Xmas feast was over the moon. The room was comfortable and well kept. Maid did my laundry. The front desk …dining..bars ..and grounds were well maintained. I look forward to coming back and staying longer.

I've been at this hotel for a few days now and it's really nice here the people are very friendly the entertainment staff are the best always say hi to you and helpful Always willing to answer your questions and the show at night time is very good I have made a lot of new friends here especially Diego how is all smiling and saying how is your day going. I will return to the hotel again.

The reception was wonderful. At our arrival we saw so many beautiful things in the hotel. Everything was clean and well cared. The restaurant was good, the food was tasty and well prepared. The rooms were cleaned and the entertainment was fun and had variety.

The stay in here was amazing, we had so much fun. The food was delicious and well cooked. The rooms were well cleaned and the beach was so nice. It's been a wonderful experience for a vacation, totally recommend it, 100% fun with the entertainment staff.

We are more than pleased, me and my wife. It's been such a nice experience here at the hotel. The rooms were really clean and the cleaning lady was really nice to us. The entertainers were so funny, and the Spanish teacher Diego was such a nice person with us. The food was nice and tasty. Really a wonderful time in Cuba.

It’s my first time here in Cuba. This has been a wonderful trip. The flight was difficult but it was worth it, every second of it. The food was really good, there were games, yoga, Spanish lessons with Diego, wonderful shows. We made various excursions to Camagüey and Coco Beach, it was beautiful. We recommend 100%
