Avis : Grand Sentosa Hotel

Dans l'ensemble juste, si avoir un réfrigérateur dans la chambre serait super. La salle de bain avait aussi un robinet cassé mais toujours utilisable.

Bien 1. L'emplacement est parfait pour une famille qui voulait juste faire du shopping et manger. 2. Il y a aussi quelques massages familiaux / spa dans les environs. Mauvais 1. Le drap de l'hôtel n'est qu'un morceau de linge blanc qui ne suffit pas à couvrir tout le lit. Par conséquent, je dormirai à moitié sur le linge et à moitié sur le matelas pendant la nuit. 2. Le sol est inégal. Je peux le sentir à travers la moquette qui avait l'air vieillie et qui avait désespérément besoin d'être nettoyée. 3. Le couloir de l'hôtel a l'air sombre et étrange avec un gros carton de couleur rouge collé dans 2 des 3 ascenseurs. Pour chasser les esprits errants peut-être ? Je ne pense pas que je veuille rester ici à nouveau.

Cleanliness can be improved at the hotel. Some smoke smell from the aircon. Staff is very friendly though. Overall, 3 star rating for the hotel which is actually a 3 star hotel.

This is probably one of the worst hotel experiences ever. And this is coming from a frequent traveler to JB who stayed in at least 50+ hotels in JB. The concierge was too slow in processing the check-in resulting in a 20-minute wait and a long queue at the front desk. The carpet along the corridor reeks of a stale smell. There was no aircon as well. The design on the wall was ugly and it is obvious it was painted with a black marker. The room is visibly dirty with strands of hairs on the carpet in the room. There are watermarks and dirty stains on the walls. The room towels smell like piss and smoke. Thank goodness I'm just staying one night. I would have check-out immediately if I had no other place to go. Never come back to this hotel ever again.

Location was good, a lot of restaurants and coffee shop around, hotel room is a bit old, room facilities was not so much.

We understood that the hotel is a non-smoking hotel. However when we checked into our room, the room itself reeked of cigarette smell. When we enter the room, there was no chair to the desk. There was no hangers in the cupboard. When I open the cupboard door, cigarette smell was evident. The shower towels are also reeked with cigarette smell . There was no face towels, hand towels and bath mats. It was also observed that walls has cracks. The aircon ducts also blew cigarette smoke into our room. We had to get deodorant to remove the cigarette smell. The hot shower was not functioning. The water pressure was weak. Overall experience was poor staying in this hotel.

Used to stay here in 2013 for twice, with each stay about a week, and the hotel was okay then. However, over the years, it's simply too old without much renovation and the room, including bathroom / toilet is quite run-down. Lack of basic amenities too. And window view is a creepy wall at the external void deck. Nevertheless, the location is excellent and staff friendly too.

I used to stay in the Grand Sentosa hotel. Firstly, it is convenient to access all the areas like shopping malls and eateries. Secondly, it is not costly compared to staying in other 3 star hotels.

Generally is ok to me. My handphone charger is left at the room, I don’t know, my next visit with in a month, will hotel can know me and return back my handphone charger.

Good enough, clean. Aircon remote seems old but functional

I’ve no clue what others review as good and friendly front desk staff but from the moment I stepped in to check in, the indian lady at the counter didn’t care. Greeted her and thanked her for accommodating us but she didn’t even acknowledge us. Before me were 2 guys having issues with their traveloka booking but she didn’t even care to assist them properly. And after me were a couple who also tried to be friendly but same as me, she didn’t acknowledge them. What a vibe to have. Everything here is dated, screams renovation needs. My sink faucet was swaying left to right. Shower pressure was not strong. Room and hallways smelled like cigarette though each door was tagged with a no smoking sign. Mindblown. First morning, we were awakened by the strong smell of smoke, it was around 6:30am and it was alarming as it smelled like something was burning, guess it’s normal here, can’t tell if it was Cigar or something else but it was strong enough to wake us up, lol.. when I inspected outside, the entire lobby smelled of smoke. It was same story the next day btw. Location is not bad, and so are the rest of the hotels here, so many options. This hotel goes to my x list, non friendly staff means x. I can make due of old buildings and everything but a receptionist who can’t do her job properly is a red flag.

Noisy at night, but is good only for a night stay and going somewhere the next day. Only thing it does not have a refrigerator!

This hotel is near to custom. There are a lot of shops nearby which are convenient. But the hotel carpark needs to walk a distance... not convenient for carpark... The hotel room only provides disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, and conditioner. Still alright. No slipper and no face towel. Will book again this hotel next time
