早餐很不錯，大門口的服務員特別nice,主動開車門，主動幫忙拎行李，特別友好。好像離lakeside也跟近，聽説那邊遊客特別多。

We stayed in Pokhara for 2 nights, the hotel was very clean staff were very friendly polite and helpful with a smile, food was delicious. Was an amazing experience lots of lovely memories to bring back home. Would definitely recommend to families and friends.

This is such a good place with many accommodation in Pokhara and not far from the lake. Unfortunately the day that I stay, The sky was close so I cannot see a mountain view. Additional inform, sometimes electricity was black out. If it possible should improve this for the best experience The rabbits at front of hotel very pretty.

This hotel is one of the best that I have experienced. The services are timely and ambience is fantastic. The travel desk Ms Ganga is very helpful in arranging the tours. They guided me to the Annapurna base camp which is life time experience.

Very satisfied with the entire stay at pokhara grand, Nepal. I would rate 5 with ambience, hospitality, service, front desk, pantry. I would like to come back here in the future when I happen to visit Nepal. I would also recommend this hotel to my relatives and friends

Very cozy hotel the staffs were really appreciative. Especially the front desk staff bimala and Abishes. Loved them. Would definitely visit again.even the food and staffs were co operative loved it a lot. Thank u so much for the experience. Will send my friends and families here again too.

Very clean hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The morning breakfast was good and had lots of options for vegetarians. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We visited mountain museum which is close to the hotel. It was worth going there.
