This was the 2nd time this year that we've been to the Ambassador 1. Firstly, let me say this is the best hotel I've stayed in since coming to Benidorm 30 years ago. As well as having a wonderful swimming pool, great rooms, great food, and great entertainment, its biggest asset is the staff, especially those who work in the Explorer bar. They make you feel welcome, and most importantly, you can have a laugh with them, where you just don't get that at some other hotels, and they are part of the reason we keep going back, year after year.

Have been to Ambassador several times now, we would not stay anywhere else. Location is excellent, and food good.

First time in Benidorm for a mini break away, Jet2 from booking to the airport to hotel were spot on, hotel was very modern, very clean, but rooms very small, balcony lovely & big, breakfast as very good, tea wasn’t so good, staff in dining hall very nice, found staff in the bar areas quite miserable & one bar man was quite rude trying to charge me for a glass of ice €1.50, My reply I’m a hotel resident you can’t charge me for ice, obviously I didn’t pay & would not pay, his attitude not good, hotel reception staff very nice & polite especially the English speaking lady

Stayed here often before its renovations. Always good. The renovations are excellent. As ever staff were very good. The food was excellent and the choices availability were fantastic. Best hotel in Benidorm, location wise. Excellent entertainment in two venues.would definitely recommend.

Cannot fault this hotel. Modern, clean. Friendly house keepers. Comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms. Good selection of food and well presented. Good size pools. 2 indoor bars plus outside bar, all have entertainment . Situated right on the edge of the ***** but once your patio door is closed you don't hear any noise. Two roads away from the lovely beach and about 20 minute walk to The Old Town. Weather was excellent and we all enjoyed our selves. Thank you Ambassador , highly recommended.

Stayed in this hotel last month , for the first time … everything about it was great , the restaurant manager Jacinta was very helpful and friendly and gave us a complimentary paella lunch with a glass of bubbly, near to all entertainment and beach without being noisy , was given the floor I requested.

Stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it, rooms are spacious and spotless , big walk in rsin shower, we were overlooking the main ***** which was busy but when patio doors closed hardly any noise could be heard, the buffet food for breakfast and evening meals were outstanding,lots of choice and some great theme nights, the pool area was lovely and quiete with a bar serving drinks at great prices the location is second to none 2 min walk to all the entertainment and 10 mins to beach , our 1st time in Benidorm but will certainly returm soon and use this hotel, had a really great time

This fantastic hotel is ideally located in walking distance to all the entertainment you'd require along with a short stroll to the beach. It's also only a short walk to the indoor market. The hotel itself is very clean with friendly ever helpful staff and offers a wide range of food for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.
