My family & myself stayed here for 3 nights. It was an amazing experience. The owner is a gem of a person. The hotel is located at a prime location. Very close to rock beach, aurobindo ashram and french colony. Just walking distance. Rooms were clean and tidy. If u want your rooms cleaned everyday, u can request for room service. Overall a very good stay at tr residency.

Though it is a small rooms, but the room was impeccably clean and well-maintained. Nice locality, only problem is that they don't have a car parking facility. Rest all fine, had a good stay.

A good hotel with a nearby tourist place with a walkable distance. The restaurant is not available in premises and more over room service not satisfied

In spite of having many vacant room, did not allow early check in. We have to wait for 4 hours in reception which is full of mosquitos. Total rude, unwelcoming behaviour from reception. Lack of professionalism and hospitality. No room service. It is a dignified lodge. Not recommended. Location and room conditions good.

Pros: Good budget hotel at affordable rate.. near to major tourist places… Cons: food option was not there… Room had ventilation issue.

Room is very small. Took a standard double room with higher price, but didn't meet the expectations. Washroom could be more clean.
