Hôtels proches de Pastificio 3P, Ponte San Pietro

La structure est très bien gérée et intégrée dans un contexte de services sportifs ( au moment de notre séjour était fermé pour les vacances de ferragoste) Zone décentralisée par Bergamo ville mais bien connectée à la voiture. La chambre et la salle de bains sont très propres. Accueil du personnel excellent. Petit-déjeuner bien préparé et avec la présence de divers produits sélectionnés. Parking gratuit non gardé mais sûr et en alternative, pour seulement 2 euros, parking couvert avec barrière d'accès. Note accessoire: Ils nous ont recommandé un restaurant à quelques kilomètres de l'hôtel, Trattoria Taiocchi, avec lequel ils ont convenu avec 10% de rabais, régulièrement appliqué, où nous avons mangé très bien.

Mon impression est que cet hôtel fait son travail honnête pour ceux qui passent par l'aéroport (dont il se trouve à environ 5 minutes en voiture) ; Malgré cela, je pense que, en appliquant la norme avec laquelle les gens classent les hôtels, 4 étoiles est excessif. Les chambres sont suffisamment spacieuses et meublées (nous n'avons pas compris si la climatisation fonctionnait) ; les lits sont confortables ; la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. En revanche, le petit-déjeuner est définitivement à proscrire : un bon cappuccino contraste avec une table « misérable », où se trouvent quelques tartes emballées, deux paquets de biscuits (au moins ils pourraient être mis dans un plateau et ne pas être laissés dedans). les paquets...), quelques tranches de jambon/fromage, quelques croissants et rien d'autre. L'autre situation apparemment étrange est que nous n'avons (presque) vu aucun personnel : la personne à la réception (très sympathique également) était la même qui s'occupait des petits déjeuners. Cet hôtel ne m'a pas particulièrement impressionné, mais c'est bien pour passer une nuit.

There are a huge number of positives for staying at the Hotel Piazza Vecchia. It is a charming, historic property in the heart of Bergamo’s Citta Alta (Bergamo’s old town), a short walk from all the main sights of this delightful city. The location is superb, close to lots of excellent restaurants and shops, the funicular stops and the main historic sights of the city. Most of the accommodation seems to be near the station which is 15-20 minute walk to the funicular that takes you up to the historic old town (or another 15-20 minute walk up the hill if you are athletic) so it makes a lot of sense to stay here if tourism is the reason why you come to town. The hotel is located off one of the main old town streets, up a short flight of stairs to the reception desk. It’s eighteen steps, and a stairlift is available if you need help. To the three floors where the rooms are located there is a small lift. The check in and out was efficient and friendly, the receptionists are always welcoming and speak English. They really want to boost tourism to the city and were very nice to speak to. The written communication isn’t quite as strong. Before we arrived we requested an airport pick up, which they provide through a local driver who is very nice and speaks good English. We got no confirmation to say this was arranged so emailed again to be told that it was arranged. The pick up was fine but when we went to confirm the return to the airport we found the time they had was wrong. It was soon sorted out, but I would recommend double checking the details. Parking is also available at a nearby site. Our room was on the third floor. It had a balcony with a view of rooftops and the hills behind the city, a large TV (but only with Italian channels), good WiFi, a wardrobe and a very small safe, which again showed for us that Reception is a little inconsistent. I went to use it, followed the instructions and then couldn’t open it. I informed Reception (luckily, I had nothing in the safe) and that it needed resetting, but it didn’t happen during our time at the hotel. There is also a coffee machine, fridge and a comfortable bed and an air conditioner/heater. They provide cups, glasses and a corkscrew. The most irritating thing about the room we stayed in was that there was no ceiling light, just a wall light and three lamps, making the room quite dark and impossible to find anything in the wardrobe or drawers after dark without a torch. The only other downside to the room was that there was only one bin, a small one in the bathroom so it filled up quickly. The room also had a desk, a table and seats, which weren’t that comfortable, they were like garden furniture, so I suspect that they go on the balcony when the weather improves. The bathroom had a good shower. The sink was nicely designed but a bit impractical, with a sloping bottom to it and an overhanging tap which made shaving or washing your face awkward. (scroll down for English) Prenotazione cancellata a 48 ore dall'arrivo senza spiegazioni, hanno proposto alternativa inadeguata (2 letti invece di 3) e quando abbiamo rifiutato, ci hanno detto di cancellare tramite Expedia. Se l'avessimo fatto, avrebbero intascato il pagamento; fortunatamente Expedia ha trovato altra sistemazione. Abbiamo poi controllato, a quell'indirizzo c'è un portone non senza targa o citofono che faccia pensare che la struttura esista davvero. Il sito è in costruzione. Esistono altri Bergamo inn con ottime recensioni (e sito funzionante), probabilmente usano un nome simile per trarre in inganno. Booking was canceled 48h before arrival, without explanation. We were offered an unsuitable room elsewhere (2 beds instead of 3). We turned it down, and they instructed us to cancel the booking via Expedia. If we had done that, they would have kept the payment! Thankfully Expedia found us another accommodation. We then passed by the stated address, and there's nothing to indicate that there actually is a hotel/B&B. The website is under construction. Most likely they use the name ”Bergamo inn” to trick people into believing they are linked to other successful hotels by that name.

Situé à 10mn à pied de la gare, cet hôtel au rapport qualité /prix intéressant est bien situé pour la visite de Bergame. Le réceptionniste qui nous a accueilli a été très professionnel. Il existe un distributeur de plats à réchauffer mais ce dernier ne peut pas être utilisé après 23h00. La chambre est très correcte et tranquille (ne donnant pas sur la voie ferrée) ; la robinetterie de la douche est bruyante, on entend également ce bruit provenant d’autres chambres. Le petit déjeuner est particulièrement copieux, le personnel qui s’en occupe est vigilant sur l’approvisionnement en denrées.

Grande chambre, propre et confortable. Gardien de nuit et ensemble du personnel aimable. à 20mn du centre ville historique en prenant le funiculaire Petit déjeuner très correct Vue sur les toits un peu limitée. Exactement ce que l'on attend d'un hôtel Mercure

Suite à ma réservation pour 4 jours dans cette hôtel avec 2 enfants dans une chambre triple Donc arrive vers 17 heures. Nous voulions prendre une douche avant d'aller au restaurant. L'eau était froide donc signaler à la réception donc il devait voir le problème le lendemain. Le lendemain le problème devais être réglé mais non la température était comme cela froid. La femme de mangé et venu voir. Elle a bien dit que l'eau était à cette température et cela devez être dure pour les enfants de prendre leur douche. Donc nous sommes restés 4 jours avec le problème. Lors du payement des 4 jours je lui demande de faire un prix pour la contrainte de ce problème. Pour la responsable et même la femme de ménage qui fut de mauvaise fois quand on lui a demandé la constatation quelle à fait sur la température de l'eau. Donc il fut pendant les 4 jours très antipathique et le petit-déjeuner très simple croissant brûle car il les remettais ce du jour d'avant passer dans le four. Il n'y avait plus de biscuits et il n'eut remettais plus rien. Ce qui m'a vraiment déçu dans cette hôtel la mauvaise fois des personne et leur manque de sympathie pour leur client il ont oublié qui leur paye leur salaire. C'est bien le client. Vraiment très déçu et je vais régulièrement danc cette région de Bergame

The hotel is in a very nice and well maintained area, the rooms are quiet enough, equipped with all basic and necessary appliances like water cattle, mini bar, high water pressure in the shower and bath facilities, electronic windows blinds, heating & air conditioning. Clean rooms, plenty options to choose from intercontinental breakfast, there is a gym and spa that I couldn’t use because of our short stay. Downside: in our room we had only 1 wall socket, we were left stranded in the city without having enough phone battery, we had to find place to charge which was like a huge hassle in Milan where we went after our stay. The hotel is quiet far from big cities, however, we met some amazing people in the surrounding towns, where we had a great night out too. Taxi/Uber costed us between €50-70 from/to Milan, I would consider Share Now or other car rentals.
