"The hotel is located a little outside of Poreč in a quiet area surrounded by a pine forest. I'll start by saying that I'm not a fan of huge club-style hotels with self-service dinners. I much prefer smaller places where you sit down and they serve you dinner. In any case, both dinner and breakfast were good and had plenty of choice. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom had a tub, but there was a glass door for a shower, and it was quite roomy. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The view from the window was spectacular. It's a shame about the terrace; the guests there must have been drinking beer, and your shoes were glued to the floor. The guy at reception—I think his name was Nikola—in addition to speaking perfect Italian, was extremely kind and knowledgeable."

"L'hôtel est très moderne et très bien entretenu. Au niveau des chambres, elles sont grandes avec une terrasse. (manque une machine à café ou un chauffe eau). A notre arrivée, aucune explication sur l'hôtel, ses aménagements (salle de sport, piscine etc...) Le personnel n'est pas vraiment serviable. notamment la barmaid qui n'était en plus pas sympathique du tout. Le buffet est plutôt bien fournit aussi bien pour le petit déjeuner que le diner. (mauvais point pour le café au petit déjeuner, le café est servi dans des Thermos et pas terrible.) Pas de soucis pour la disponibilité des transats et l'accès à la plage est facile. (pas de sable ici mais des rochers). Pour ceux qui ont un véhicule électrique ou hybride, il y a un chargeur (1 seul) mais gratuit. C'est au fair play des usages de libérer la place une fois que son véhicule est chargé. The hotel is very modern and very well maintained. The rooms are large with a terrace (lacking a coffee machine or water heater). On our arrival, there was no explanation of the hotel or its facilities (gym, swimming pool etc...). The staff were not really helpful, particularly the barmaid who was not at all friendly. The buffet is well stocked for both breakfast and dinner. (bad point for the coffee at breakfast, the coffee is served in Thermos flasks and not very good). No worries about the availability of deckchairs and access to the beach is easy (no sand here but rocks). For those with an electric or hybrid vehicle, there is a charger (only 1) but it's free. It's fair play to free up the space once your vehicle has been charged."

"The room was small but the bed comfortable. It had some form of automated climate control. I don't think it was air conditioning but it kept the room cooler than the hallway. Really I only have two complaints. It is somewhat confusing on where to park. There are two parking lots, you park your vehicle and then bring your luggage in. Then you get a parking pass for the dashboard of your car. It is a pretty good walk. Not a big deal. My bigger complaint was that the elevator was out of service. We were on the top floor, which is 5 flights above the lobby. I have a heart condition and didn't love that. But I lived. The area is beautiful. I didn't have enough time to explore the bay, the many many activities that I could see from my window. It rained after we got there which cut short the walk-around which of course wasn't any fault of the hotel! I would stay there again, but I would either make sure the elevator was working or get a room on a lower floor. I had half board, which was breakfast and dinner. No need to go anywhere else, the dinner and breakfast were both very good."

"This hotel is excellent, modern, clean and spacious. The facilities are very good, although the pools are quite deep, seemingly without shallow ends. The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The food is of good quality and variety. The only downside is that we found meal times to be quite chaotic and challenging. Partly due to the volume of people and quite frankly, out of control children, at times. Location wise, the hotel is situated in Špadići which is a 25 minute stroll into the beautiful Porec. There is also a small train, every 40 minutes costing €2.50 each way. There are a few bars and restaurants near the hotel and the beach literally across the road. The beach is pretty much concrete but the sunsets are amazing. Porec is stunning and well worth a visit. We also visited Rovinj and Pula but found Porec to the be the nicest, although busy, and hot! The hotel attracts nationals of most European countries and on particular there seemed to be a lot of Austrian and German quests. There were few brits (which isn’t a bad thing as we aren’t fans of brits on the razz). We’d have given this hotel 5 stars, however meal times were an issue and we ate out for 3 out of our 7 nights due to this. This was our second trip to Croatia and would highly recommend a visit. The people are warm and friendly, the towns and scenery are stunning."

"The location in the middle of the pine forest is dreamy.We had only 2 minutes walk to the beach.The staff is very effort.The towels were changed daily, but I find somewhat over-reached.The choice at the food was great, It was only more often the accessories were only loudly. In the room there were only 2 sticks, but that can be easily offset with a distributor. For a room safe 3 Euro per day I find not understandable. On the last day, the floor and some beds at the pool were very polluted by the pines and it was not cleaned, which I find harmful because it reduces the positive impression. But we have decided to come back despite the little things!"

"Séjour mitigé dans ce joli Resort qui plaît aux enfants grâce aux toboggans mais qui est bruyant et ouvert au public non résident. Les plages sont agréables pour autant qu’on puisse trouver un transat libre. En effet, même si, en théorie, on nous garantit une place ce n’est pas le cas. En effet, l’île étant ouverte au public, ce dernier qui ne paie rien occupe les places. Et que dire du jour où les serviettes ne sont arrivées que vers la fin de l’après-midi sans aucune autre possibilité offerte depuis le matin (le 5* avait des serviettes ou alors proposer des blanches comme en chambre). La piscine du 4* est très bruyante (a contrario de celle du 5*). En plus là aussi il est dur de trouver une place de libre. La chambre avait une magnifique vue a contrario de son isolation. On vivait aux heures de retour et du réveil des voisins."

"hôtel à une position excellente, près du port et à deux pas du centre. Personnel gentil et petit déjeuner varie( un peu plus attentif aux goûts allemands). Chambre belle avec douche large. Mais maintenant nous sommes aux côtés négatifs: Parcing à prix payant qui se trouve loin de l'hôtel, donc il faut profiter de la navette fournie par l'hôtel, mais elle n'est pas toujours disponible et marcher,avec 35 degrés n'est pas le plus grand. Chambre bruyante en raison d'un salon qui fait de la musique absorbente jusqu'à 4 heures du matin (à l'avant de notre chambre). Nous avons séjourné pendant deux nuits et notre chambre n'a pas été nettoyée. Nous n'avons pas beaucoup demandé, mais au moins réparer les lits, et mettre des serviettes propres ..."
