Great stay at this very family friendly hotel. Overall very friendly staff, atmosphere and delicious food! thanks to waiters (e.g. Mario), the very helpful reception staff, cleaning staff, The Maro club for the kids, and the cooks and restaurent staff :-) Thomas, Monika, Susanna, Thomas junior

The hotel was very clean, well equipped, and the staff was very kind and helpful. You can feel a full attention from all staff, they are very kind and forthcoming. The food at buffet was very good with a variety of different types of food too. It is prepared right there in front of you. No matter what's your taste there is something for everyone. Saunas were definitely added value. They were clean and fresh towels are available. Overall experience was really nice and the kids absolutely loved it. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't too good and we couldn't use the outdoor pools. We are definitely coming back Tom Croatia

Great refurbished hotel with excellent staff. Cleanness and kindness is on the highest levels. Extraordinary food choices at breakfast and dinner as well. Pools are heated so it’s a great hideaway in pre- or post season. Shoutout to the bar staff especially Mario and Marko and the Ladies behind the bar counter (sorry I don’t remember all the name of the waiters :)) One of the best hotels where we’ve been to in Croatia.

Location of hotel excellent, small train at back of hotel takes you along the coast. Supermarket a 5 minute walk out the front of the hotel. Maro club for kids is superb especially the games room for older children. Soft play area very good too. Service at the bars was great, staff friendly especially lobby bar. Food was good, a little repetitive after a few days however great service and a lot of the food freshly cooked in restaurant. We are a family of 4, children between 6-9 years. We will definitely return.

The best thing about the hotel was undoubtedly the food, which was fantastic! Also very pleasant staff and service in the hotel. Very pleasant beach and nice sea not far from the hotel. A short distance to the beautiful city of Poreč. Beautiful holiday.. Thank you. M.P

It was a wonderful stay in this hotel and my kids really enjoyed it there. The Pool area is very spaciouse and the towel service and sun beds (first come rule) are included, the family beach is nice but outside of the hotel area they will charge an extra fee for the service. You can expect many familys there (most of them speak German) and the offered food from the buffet with show cooking waals excellent. Sometimes you have longer waiting times (food or drink refill stations). In total we would recommended this hotel for familys who are used to a loud environment.

Best Maro club activities. Love the energy andteam is great. Entire hotel is fun and polite. Good food and nice vacation. Kids love it. Beach great. vEC is amazing and nikola helped us a lot, always with us and part of the family. entertainment team ❤️

The hotel isn't beautiful from the outside but inside is fantastic. Reception were very friendly and the room was beautiful and we had a great pool view (room 428!). Overall a fantastic stay, never struggled for a sunbed, food was amazing - really great actually, we went out for a meal one night and wished we had stayed in because the food was better! Its about a 10 minute walk into Porec which is absolutely stunning with cobbled streets and beautiful architecture. The only downside was the lack of English - there wasn't any! This isn't really a problem except none of the staff really understood you either. I asked for a Cola light one day to be told they didn't do it and the next thing they were taking some to another table! They just didn't understand. In the Oliva bar they were not very friendly at all with the English and at times it felt they were talking about you which isn't nice at all. In the main bar though they were lovely and friendly so we just went there. Also there were children - lots and lots and lots of children! I thought because the English holidays don't start until later in July there wouldn't be many - totally misjudged it! I don't mind really though but something to bear in mind if you don't want lots of kids. The entertainment was all for them though and seemed great for families.

Both club stay and also cite hopping in beautiful cities of Porec and Rovinj. Kids were excited and happy. Hotel is very clean, food is excellent, staff is friendly, perfect playgrounds. Over all a very relaxed but never boring holiday. Will come back.
