Le service est rapide. Demandez une serviette, une couverture supplémentaire, elle arrivera en un instant. le personnel est tout souriant. Le service de buggy est également correct. Tout va bien. Réservez une chambre avec vue sur la piscine et obtenez un surclassement gratuit vers une vue sur la mer. Globalement satisfait de mon séjour

Le personnel du buffet à l'entrée aurait pu être plus agréable, elle a l'air d'avoir été offensée par le monde entier. Elle a demandé notre numéro de chambre d'un ton agacé et n'a même pas pris la peine de vous regarder dans les yeux. À part cette employée chinoise, le service fourni par le reste du personnel, de la réception au service de buggy, est exceptionnel. En ce qui concerne la chambre, la lumière du plafond du canapé ne fonctionne pas, la climatisation est un peu bruyante, la lumière de la piscine n'était pas allumée, les serrures des portes de la douche et des toilettes étaient hors service. L'évier du « coin thé » ne coule pas correctement et les toilettes ne tirent pas correctement la chasse d'eau. La connexion Internet a été une grande déception, les vidéos sur YouTube n'arrêtaient pas de se déconnecter toutes les quelques minutes.

J'ai passé une nuit dans cet hôtel pour rendre visite à ma famille dans la région. L'hôtel est grand mais a grand besoin d'être rafraîchi et entretenu. Pour le prix que nous avons payé, c'était à peine correct. Les options de petit-déjeuner étaient excellentes, mais l'endroit est très fréquenté aux heures de pointe, il est donc préférable d'y être plus tôt.

Nice getaway location for relaxation. Service staffs are all friendly and kind. Enjoyed my 2 nights stay .

Family trip with 2kids, very enjoy the kid swimming pool with water slides & also room swimming pool ( big enough for 4 of us ) . Room is big with 2 king bed. Breakfast still need improvement. Service is very good.

Quit disappointed,by charges this amount room quit old, broken as per picture.

The stay was an enjoyable one.we would like to thank all the staffs for being so helpful and friendly.the food was delicious.hope to come stay again soon!

The check-in was fast and easy, the introductions was clear. The hotel have different buildings and names so I wasn't sure which one I have booked till I reach there. I booked the Grand Lexis Port Dickson so the room is single storey and we have private because there is no window and the only window is from the toilet looking out to the pool. The pool is Within 3 tall walls and the pool is dirty with leaves and bugs. The room have large walking area with 2 big beds and sofa and study area. The toilet is large too, with its own wc area and shower area and big changing area. The wardrobe is connected to the changing area. The toilet window have gaps that lizards came in. There are alot of car park lots right in front of my room but when night comes, it's full, but there are lots in the hotel building too. Breakfast buffet is in the hotel building and there are alot of variety of food. There is a big pool in the hotel building but are crowded. There isn't any shop nearby, there is a small shop in the hotel building but they close early. The staffs are very helpful and friendly to guide us to our room. There are free buggy rides to shuffle people to and fro their rooms to main hotel lobby.

Best vacation with family. The best service includes breakfast service, baggy & room service. Next dream trip to Imperial Lexis KL.

Perfect place for a quick family gateway. Pool size is good enough for children between 10-12yr.

Enjoyed our stay .Overall great. The rooms have been comfortable. Excellent staff. Breakfast was soo good.

+ve 1. Pool in the room. Kids had fun. 2. Good sized room. 3. Good location. Multiple restaurants nearby. 4. Buggy service direct to the room, to lobby or carpark. Staff was nice enough to drive all the way to the entrance for us to pick up our grab delivery. 5. Good level of security. Guards at entrance checked for valid bookings. Food delivery drivers and not guests are not allowed to enter hotel premises. -ve: 1. Thought room was facing the sea and will have a nice window with seaview in the room. But nope,None 2. Bedsheets not clean enough. 3. Tiles near washroom and the pool are quite dated. 4. The foldable door next to the pool was spoilt. Stuck, unable to open fully. 5. At weekends, longer waits for buggy. If you are pressed for time, will have to walk. 6. Breakfast service could be improved. Free seating, it was a mess during the weekends. Eg. Smaller groups seated at bigger tables. Familes switching tables midway etc. Multiple guests are left without seats, having to wait. Better for staff to assign seats. 7. Food selection and quality can be improved.
