Das Personal, Service, Rezeption und Reinigung ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Wir hatten nur Frühstück, dieses war sehr gut, ein großes Angebot und immer gut befüllt. Das Zimmer war relativ neu, mit einer sehr gut eingestellten Klimaanlage. Der Pool ist sehr groß, es gab trotz vieler Badegäste nie ein Gedränge, auch genug Liegen und Schirme, die im Preis inbegriffen sind. Der Zugang ins Meer ist gleich dahinter mit einer leicht begehbaren Stiege. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden wiederkommen!

Hôtel placé en face de la mer, de l autre côté du boulevard. Accueil très sympa, le personnel fait des efforts pour nous comprendre. Nous avons eu une chambre plus grande sans balcon mais nous y sommes que pour dormir donc pas gênant. Literie confortable très propre. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours. Le petit déjeuner buffet très bon. La piscine intérieure aurait besoin d'être rénovée mais très agréable quand même. Dans l ensemble très satisfaits de notre séjour. Portoroz est sympa, et nous avons bien aimé Piran petit port de pêche. Nous reviendrons c est sûr.

L'hôtel est situé dans la rue centrale mais ne dispose pas de parking. Donc pour une journée dans le garage d'à côté il faut débourser 20€ par jour. La location de vélos est payante. Il y a une piscine à l'usage exclusif des clients où il y a des extras supplémentaires : serviettes, transats. La chambre double qu'ils m'ont donnée était spacieuse, mais située au dernier étage, essentiellement un grenier légèrement chaleureux. Cependant, il y a la climatisation qui aide un peu...

Nous avons séjourné dans cet établissement pendant trois nuits et l'expérience a été désastreuse. J'arrive à l'hôtel, personne ne parle italien à la réception, et la courtoisie n'existe pas. Il n'y a pas de parking, au contraire il est payant dans le parking attenant pour 20€ par jour. Arrivée dans la chambre, absorbant attaché au détecteur d'incendie, pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. En trois jours, la chambre n'a jamais été nettoyée et chaque jour, nous avons dû demander des serviettes propres, car elles n'étaient pas apportées dans la chambre. Passons au petit déjeuner, totalement pour les touristes locaux, pour nous italiens, mini brioches et confiture, les tables ne sont pas nettoyées ou c'est fait à la demande. Il n'y a pas de piscine dans l'hôtel, il faut aller à la piscine près de la mer, où évidemment si on veut des transats et un parasol il faut payer. Vélos payants. Et comme dernier bijou, la dernière soirée avec une douche froide. Nous n'y retournerons jamais.

Si vous voulez de la musique forte et des gens qui crient pour amplifier leurs activités jour et nuit, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut. Vous pouvez entendre leur musique et leurs activités sociales exploser à travers un mégaphone sur la plage, et même sur les plages voisines. Le personnel a ignoré les demandes de réduction du volume. Si vous voulez passer des vacances reposantes à la plage, restez à l'écart.

very bad experience. we were with a five-month-old baby and the temperature in the room was 25.5 C and when we turned on the air conditioning, it heated instead of cooled. the pool water was too cold, so we couldn't be in there with the baby for more than five minutes. the room was directly above the kitchen, so it was noisy during the day and late at night, loud employees, noisy fan. bad signal on the TV. the biggest disappointment was the parking. we didn't get a hotel parking card, so instead of 10 euros per day we had to pay 20 for parking! they probably don't see us here anymore.

Definitively a beach hotel. The hotel has got the Metropol Beach Club with an huge pool filled with sea salt water about 100 meters from the hotel. In the beach club the sunbeds + umbrellas are free of charge. Beachtowel can you bring from your room. Also the concrete beach nearby, behind the beach club. The breakfast + dinner is great too. I recommend this hotel.

Disappointing experience for the price. The bathroom is equipped with outdated fixtures, including the shower and hairdryer. There’s no minibar or fridge in the room, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the lobby bar is only open for a few hours each day. For €200 per night, I expected a somewhat higher standard.

Our room was quite small for 2 adults and 2 children. Normal 2 beds room with extra 2 beds. Also, we were expecting a fridge as normal feature of hotel rooms, at least to have some cold water... Quality of the room was OK, but there were a few bits to fix in the bathroom, also a big patch of drenching from upstairs in the room. The restaurant, the breakfast and dinner, and also the staff of the restaurant were great, varied food. And a negative point is the parking. Very expensive to park on the street, or walk 7-8 mind to get a cheaper area.

The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly but unprofessional, as we received incorrect instructions several times. The meals at breakfast and dinner were below average. However, the room was clean and spacious. Be aware that services such as the indoor pool, sauna, and parking are seasonal, so it's advisable to check their availability before booking.

Everything was perfect, the staff was nice and friendly. Wide range of dishes. Highly recommended. A slight drawback is parking - it is available either on the street for a fee (at the hotel for a higher price) or in a parking lot that is slightly further away for a lower price. The hotel also offers parking in the building next door, but without their pass for a higher price. However, the hotel staff was very helpful in directing us to a parking lot nearby. In short, I was satisfied and will come back. I was there for the first time and not the last time. Friendly employees try to serve guests. The food is delicious, everyone can find something for themselves. The room was clean and beautiful. The hotel has a nice large swimming pool with deckchairs, right by the sea, which is great. I will return to this hotel again.
