The hotel has a very breathtaking view of the mountains and the sea, fresh cool air sitting in the balcony, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable, very good breakfast choices and the ataff were very polite and friendly specially Mr. Anteollo, he was very accomatading and helpful. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to the beautiful city of Positano in Italy.

This is a small, boutiqe type hotel. I think it has 9-10 rooms only. Each room has a huge balcony, with the most stunning view of the town and the sea. our room was on the reception level, the 2nd room in the hallway. the room was quite adequate, decent size, Great Airconditioner split type, and what a Balcony..WOW!!!! What is really fascinating about this hotel, is the people. The realy rock stars are Amalia and Agnello. There is nothing that these people woudl not do for us. From restaurnat bookings, to boat trips, to recommendations for restaurants, etc. They are truly truly the most wonderful people i hve experienced. The hotel is owned by a very classy lady, who is always there with a smile, in the late afternoon. This hotel is on the top of the hill, hence the views are absolutely spectacular. The bus coming up the hill, stops right outside the hotel. another great plus, is that the hotel has its own parking, which is a game changer by itself. All in all, it was a really fantastic stay, and i would defenitely recommend Florida Residence thanks Florida residence team, and particularly Amalia❤️❤️👌👌👌👌

This was a beautiful family run business. They were very helpful with helping get reservations and transportation. I sprained my ankle and they were very helpful and supportive during our stay. Breakfast on the terrace was fun to watch the sun come over the mountain. Was only a 15 minute walk to beach/Port area. Would stay here again!

I was a bit skeptical before I booked because there was nothing else available in our price range so I thought, why aren't people booking here? BUT, let me tell you, I don't regret staying here! I didn't realize we would actually get an apar**ent, huge bed/sitting room, extra room for opening our bags and still have them out of sight, dining/kitchen area and full bath. Plus an enormous terrace overlooking the hillside and bay. The breakfast (included) room is open air on the top of the building, with the same spectacular views. Very good, basic breakfast - eggs and sausage, fresh stone fruit (in October no berries), and delicious homemade breakfast cakes - typical Italian style. The bed is big and comfortable, extra pillows and blankets were appreciated. The staff is super friendly, though, depending on the time of evening you might arrive, not much English. The staff during the day speaks English.

Breathtaking views, great location and super friendly staff. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about it! Totally recommend. I have to mention Aniello, Francesco, Mario, Genaro and Graziana for the excellent trea**ent and for taking care of me during my stay.

Due to incident, our trip had to be cancelled 1 day before arrival. Their cancellation policy request for the full trip to be paid, but the hotel waived the fees with full discretion. This shows a lot regarding the managements compassion and understanding. Will definitely return to Positano and will only return to this place alone.

Incredible experience with the staff at Florida Residence! They helped us in every way possible: excellent fresh breakfast to order everyday, travel arrangements, restaurant reservations, and they organized massages and mani/pedis for us! The room was comfortable and had an excellent AC. Parking is included which is rare and very expensive around Positano. They have access to a private beach which is much nicer than the city beach. We loved going to Capri and seeing the blue grotto, but could have just stayed at Positano as well. Next2 restaurant was fantastic, and Saraceno d’Oro had great pizza. One of our favorite suggestions from Luigi at the hotel was to go to La Tagliata, a family owned restaurant and farm. The meal was AMAZING and the experience unforgettable. We will be back!!!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questo residence qualche giorno, la stanza era molto grande e con un bel terrazzo con vista. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e ci hanno subito fornito qualche informazione per muoverci. Comodissimo il parcheggio custodito, assolutamente necessario per chi arriva in auto. La fermata dell’autobus è vicinissima.
