Hôtels proches de Markt-Center, Potsdam

Ce charmant hôtel bénéficie d'un excellent emplacement sur l'une des places principales, à côté de nombreux restaurants et cafés. Les deux chambres que nous avions réservées étaient grandes, très propres, avec des lits très confortables et de bons draps. Le petit déjeuner était excellent et avec une grande variété de produits proposés. Nous avons passé un très court séjour car nous étions là pour un spectacle mais nous avons eu de la chance sur le choix de l'hôtel. Rendre

Das Hotel Villa Monte hält, was es verspricht: ein geschmackvolles, großes Zimmer, wunderbares Frühstück, Lage in einem schönen Garten mit netten Sitzmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel liegt fußläufig zum Park Sanssouci, der zum Joggen oder Spazieren einlädt. Das Personal ist freundlich und professionell, ob in der Rezeption oder in der Küche. Ein Wespennest über dem Fenster wurde geschickt entfernt, zum Ausgleich gab es eine gute Flasche Wein. Die Ruhe auf dem ehemaligen Winzerberg ist herrlich.

12ème étage chambre supérieure:conçue par et seulement pour un voyageur solo .A fuir pour les couples et les familles .Lavabo dans la chambre à coté du lit ,SDB avec battant d'accès vitré opaque,minuscule SDB douche et toilettes séparés par un vitrage transparent;En journée c'est cinémascope et la nuit c'est dans le noir au hasard ou, on allume ,on réveille tout le monde et cinémascope séance nocturne!!!Rénover ”mode ”ne veut pas dire faire n'importe quoi pour gagner 3 sous et de la place (sans compter l'aspect sanitaire de cette disposition) Ne correspond plus du tout au confort à l'européenne..Un peu d'intimité bon sang! Même chose rapportée par des amis :Ibis Ludwighafen (je crois)et idem à Cologne avec un bébé mais là je ne sais pas si c'est chez Accor et expérience personnelle au novote lLa Rochelle:SDB vitrée face au lit ) bref la mode va laisser de beaux jours aux B&B.

L'hôtel est grand, de type conférence et toutes sortes d'installations sont de très bonne qualité. Il est au bord du lac et peut se garer gratuitement sur le bord de la route à proximité. L'hôtel est un peu à l'écart, il y a un restaurant chinois à quelques minutes en voiture, et j'ai passé dix à vingt minutes à pied.

Le personnel du restaurant/du petit déjeuner a malheureusement été plus attentif à ce que l'hôte - revenir en temps utile (au moment de l'entrée, j'ai été informé que je viendrais 10 minutes avant la fin du petit déjeuner, puis je ne devrais pas dire plus tard que je n'aurais pas su) - ou pas dérangé (mon mari voulait déjeuner et il n'y avait pas de personnel qui l'avait reçu. Alors il s'est posé sur une table sans réserve. Le personnel est venu dire qu'il faisait tout ce qu'il ne pouvait pas faire et ne pouvait pas s'asseoir là. Les questions sur la raison et la manière dont il fait la bonne chose n'ont pas été répliquées avec précision, mais il peut rester assis. Une troisième expérience pas si belle: à la demande du centre d'affaires placé sur Trip.com pour travailler sur le portable, mon mari devrait payer 100 euros pour 1 jour - il a été confondu avec une salle de réunion. Le matin, il a été dit à la réception qu'il pouvait s'installer dans un restaurant vide, et quand il voulait le faire ce matin, les employés du restaurant l'ont refusé. Malheureusement, ce n'est pas un séjour si beau pour nous.

Pet- and tourist-unfriendly place. My latest experience very much resembled extortion. I was charged 100 euro for dog’s fur on the bedsheets and 150 euro for dog’s fur on the floor (the hotel representative had to put quite an effort into scraping some with her shoe) and an approx 0,5 mm brown-ish spot on the carpet which they claimed to be “blood” (considering that there was an approx 5 cm black stain on the carpet as of my checkin which hotel apparently didn’t see as something of an issue to me as a guest). I used to like this hotel (despite being placed on several occasions in rooms with obvious sewage issues), until I stayed there with my dog. I presented my dog at the reception at the checkin (that is the receptionist saw the dog). Paid 15 eur per day pet fee and proceeded to the room. No additional rules, policies or verbal requests were presented to me. My dog damaged a pouffe which I informed the hotel about at the checkout and happily paid whatever was asked of me (200 eur). In addition to that I was demanded to pay 100 eur for some fur on bedsheets and 150 eur for some fur on the floor as mentioned above. No oficial price list was presented. No explanation why 15 eur a day pet fee wasn’t covering washing blankets and vacuuming floor was provided, all my questions or logical arguments were ignored. The team of hotel representatives generously offered me a 50 eur discount on cleaning (which I didn’t ask for) only confirming that the amounts weren’t based on any actual price list, because if the hotel really suffered a loss of 250 eur why would they “gift” me 50 eur. I considered it to be an extortion and suggested to call the police. When I came back after 15 min the hotel still hadn’t called the police. As I had an urgent matter and had to leave, I paid the hotel whatever its staff demanded. I think what actually happened is the hotel staff had accidentally or recklessly placed us in a no-pet room (as there was a carpet, unlike in some other rooms. I was placed into that room after finding out the one I was initially given smelt of sewage - repeatedly happened before). And instead of charging their staff, they’ve charged me, so that they can do (if they actually do) for some deep cleaning after an animal to make it suitable again for people with allergies. Staff’s rudeness and ill attitude with me as a client weren’t in line with the hospitality filed’s even moderate standards. Most customers might find this hotel pleasant - which it is, until it is no longer.

Le personnel était agréable et agréable. La bonne partie de la ville avec des liens de transport convenables. La chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse. Capable d'ouvrir les fenêtres à une rue calme et feuilletée. Le style de l'intérieur n'est pas celui d'un super moderne hôtel..
