Such a lovely hotel , good value for money, very clean and the bed was so comfy. The staff were very helpful and friendly…. Breakfast was good & had plenty of choice. Perfect location , although if you’re looking for peace & quiet it might not be the place for you…..the street outside came alive just as we were going to bed …this wasn’t a problem for us but may be for others. The quilt was very small for the bed and we only had one pillow each , in hindsight we should’ve requested more. Also I went to make a cup of tea when we got back to the hotel late on our first night there & there was only green tea/raspberry tea ….not a huge problem just a bit of a ****** when you just want a decent cuppa… I made sure I collected ‘normal’ tea bags at breakfast the next day. Would stay here again and have already recommended it to friends.

Well just got back from what may I say is a excellent hotel right in the middle of Poznan everything you could want really nothing was too much trouble the check in was swift even at the time we arrived the breakfast was plentiful and tasty the rooms were nice with you you could want only 2 downsides for us we're as mentioned in other reviews only one pillow and the walls were paper thin in an old building was quiet surprising so next door we know all bout your day what your doing the next day etc not so bothered at most times of the day but at half 6 in the morning it's not great anyway it's a lovely hotel and highly recommend it

Highly recommend this hotel, right in the centre, yes noisy at the weekend with the bars on your doorstep but what can you expect in the middle of the city, location is fabulous, staff all lovely, great breakfast, our room was small but for the price you can not complain, We would definitely stay again, thank you to all staff who made our stay very pleasant - even organised a packed lunch as we had to check out before breakfast.

Far away!!! Because you don’t know if your reservation is kept! 2 days before my arrival, the reservation made over a month ago was canceled! Due to… an alleged electricity failure. It's a pity that two of my colleagues, coincidentally not Polish, still haven't received their cancellations! Maybe there is still electricity in their rooms? Or maybe my room was given to someone else. Again, by chance, there are fairs in Poznań at this time… Shame!!!!

Fabulous comfortable central hotel. The team on reception and in the bar were superb. Caspar. Wojciek. Jacob. David. Matthew. All super lovely and made all efforts to ensure the perfect stay for guests. Don’t hesitate- we travel loads but can’t remember a nicer reception or bigger welcome!😊

This place is wonderful, authentic and historic. The staff is very helpful, accommodating and lovely. The room was huge and gorgeous. It's located in the middle of everything. Breakfast and restaurant are great. Loved it here, we will stay again.

Excellent hotel; it was very smart and spotless. The reception people were terrific to deal with. ThIS IS the ideal place to stop, beautiful views. I Had a fantastic time. The only bad part was someone used our room for breakfast, but that got sorted by the receptionist. I would come here again.

This hotel was very nice. The hosts were helpful and the location was great. There was a bunch of street noise, but the hotel provided ear plugs. For me, this was just part of the charm of Poznan. We had breakfast and coffee in the morning in the hotel.

We just came back from a break in Poznan and stayed at this charming little hotel. Lovely interior, rooms small(ish) but fine, very comfortable bed. Breakfast is basic continental fare, but good food. Position of the hotel is fantastic - 30 seconds off the main Old Town Square. My only reason for not giving this hotel 5 stars is also the reason I wouldn't book it again.......there is absolutely ZERO soundproofing between rooms. You WILL get woken up by conversations (or worse....bumping and grinding) in the rooms above and adjacent. Our friends were next door and instead of phoning them or popping round we just spoke to them through the wall. I must admit I thought it was odd that the hotel provided earplugs instead of chocolates on the pillows. Now I know why. Any if, given they way Covid is at the moment, it worries you they don't enforce the wearing of facemasks in the hotel.
