J'ai séjourné dans cet hôtel lors de mon arrivée à Prague en 2018. Le petit déjeuner était simple et c'était très calme la nuit C'est très pratique pour aller à la place de Prague, au château et au pont Charles, et la réception était également très accueillante.

Hôtel d'un excellent rapport qualité prix, très propre, à 2 minutes du métro Petit déjeuner copieux et varié entre sucré et salé

+ balcon + chauffage (ça marche vraiment) + ventilateur - la salle de bain ne se ferme pas (la serrure est cassée) - le petit déjeuner est correct mais pas assez de plats chauds. + 5 minutes de la station de métro ~ trottoir en pierre ~ la réception fermera la nuit, appelez le numéro de téléphone indiqué sur la porte.

Elargire un saluto da parte loro è stata un'impresa,sembrava quasi ti dovessero fare un favore,camera assegnata in una mansarda con un letto per terra,in bagno c'era una caldaia,non un boiler,una caldaia!!! andava in continuazione.. Carta igienica buttata dietro il water senza manco un porta rotolo Lenzuola macchiate e cuscini,se così li vogliamo chiamare,sconodissimi Colazione con roba fredda o imbustata Unica nota buona è che è in una buona zona vicino alla metro e al centro In Italia questo è un 2 stelle non un 4 stelle Ps se il proprietario risponderà a questa recensione come agli altri clienti dandogli dei frustrati dovrebbe solo vergognarsi,invece dovrebbe imparare dai propri errori ed ammettere che in alcuni casi è meglio stare zitti

Merci a tous pour cet accueil impeccable pendant nos 3 nuits à l hôtel! Nous avons été surclassé avec mon ami a notre plus grande surprise. La chambre était très bien, le petit déjeuner de qualité le personnel présent lorsque nous en avions besoin. Merci de l accueil et a bientôt, j y retournerai 😊😉 Aurélie

Arrivée sans aucun service . Accueil sans aucune chaleur ayant l’impression de déranger . Les clef transmise et débrouillez vous prenez une photo du mode d’emplois. Horaire et autre demande . Le personnel incapable de dire bonjour . Petit déjeuner digne d’un simple café couette sans surplus.dans une cave sinistre et à peine éclairée. Chambre très spacieuse et lumineuse minimaliste. Tv non connectée .frigidaire vide . Et hôtel mérite au grand max 2* .
Réponse de l'établissement: staff is friendly, main problem is you are not able to speak any single word in english and you neither able to use a remote control of tv. We offer more than 700 international channels. it seem you use internet to write the frustrations of your life. Mature people act differently

L'hôtel ne mérite pas, à mon avis, 4 marches. Je dirais 2. Certaines personnes travaillant à la réception ne sont pas aimables, le service de nettoyage pourrait également être amélioré - quelqu'un a pris des serviettes mais je n'en ai pas reçu de nouvelles, pas de papier toilette. Le système de ventilation de la salle de bain est extrêmement bruyant, la poignée de porte est cassée. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est parfait - à proximité de la station de métro et de tramway. Les petits déjeuners étaient bons. Dans l'ensemble, c'était correct, mais il y a certainement beaucoup de choses qui devraient être améliorées.

⚠️‼️⚠️WARNING DO NOT GO HERE⚠️‼️⚠️ All the negative reviews are true and I can’t stress this enough do not book a room for your own sake. This place is an absolute landlord special with walls that are half painted in different colours or holes that have just been painted over. Everything is damaged or is unclean especially when it came to the bed (If you can call it that). The bed which is about as thick as two pieces of paper towel had two flat pillows and very unclean bed sheets that where ripped in multiple places and unidentified stains that could have been blood or other unidentified bodily fluids. Then when requesting new sheets and a lightbulb from the front desk I was told he didn’t have access to any of the new laundry as he didn’t have the key and the reason for the stain was probably a leak in the pipes which supposedly happens in EVERY room. However of course he was nice enough to change out the lightbulb that was flickering like the horror film it was and while doing that proceeded to dump the sheer amount of dust that was in the lampshade all over the bed. We went looking for any other hotels in the area and after finding one we quickly got our stuff before asking for a refund I was told he would give me half back as we had already stayed for“half the stay” which is outrageous considering the condition of the room. He then proceeded to tell me that as we had booked online we had to take it up with them as it was not his problem. Another thing to note for woman or girls that are travelling alone or in pairs the rooms felt very unsafe and out of three doors only two of them actually stayed closed. As a hospitality student myself that literally studies in this field. The Trevi hotel is an absolute disappointment to the hospitality industry and should be avoided at all costs. Instead of this hotel I can recommend amazing places like the Motel one located directly in the centre of Prague or even the continental hotel that offers way better service and quality for the same if not cheaper price.

Lovely hotel in an old, period building. Rooms have been renovated but could still be slightly better. Room size was immense and we had a small balcony. Bed quite firm, but that suited me. Ideally the room required better duvets and a kettle in the room would be appreciated. There are hot drink facilities in the lobby downstairs, but after a day/afternoon/night walking around Prague, I didn't fancy leaving the room, once back, to go and make a drink. The bathroom was great. Good, hot showers and a decent hairdryer. A small breakfast area was available in the mornings supplying hot drinks, fruit juice, pastries, cheeses, cold meats cereals etc. The hotel is ideally situated and only minutes from Namesti Miru tramstop. From here you can explore everywhere in Prague. All in all, we would stop at this hotel again.

Reception staff on arrival was not very friendly. He had his airpods in and didn't really seem at all interested. Rooms themselves were clean and spacious, the shower had excellent pressure. There was no way of contacting reception unless you go down to speak with someone. Breakfast had a selection of pastries/bread/rolls and preserves, with some cold cuts. No black tea other than earl grey, lots of herbal. Don't expect great staff service, however the location was good for a city break and a clean place to stay. There was a lady in reception when we checked out who was lovely and helpful.

Me and my partner were in Praga in February and the Hotel trevi was chosen as it has a very nice location and because it is a 4 stars hotel. The hotel is close to the bus and underground stop. The hotel is a 4 stars hotel but does not deserve 4 stars but maximum 2. The room was fine ( but not very well clean as exercise in a 4 stars hotel) but the reception service ( except the night shift man ) was very bad. I asked twice to repair the handle of the sink and the problem was never fixed. Every time I explain to the receptionist the problem it seems that he does not have any desire to help us. Only the evening before our departure and only from the night shift receptionist the staff asked us if er want to change the room. The breakfast was full of packaged products and almost nothing fresh, but the ladies were helpful. My opinion is that the hotel has a good potential but the staff must be motivated to do better than they do. Up to now I will not suggest to anyone to go to this hotel.

Quite convenient for Metro, trams or buses. Arrived in snowy cold weather. Reception was efficient and allocated room on second floor (lift available). Unpacked and went out for evening meal and to see the Christmas market at Namesti Miru. On return room felt quite cold and found there was no hot water. Problem investigated and as an issue with the boiler were moved to a room on ground floor. Room was ultra hot and had to open windows to cool it down. Bed was very firm but had a good night's sleep. Radiators had gone cold and visit by receptionist helped us to get them very hot again. Breakfast was buffet style with a lot of choice and thus enjoyable. Bathroom was quite big and also very warm. Other than heating issues and having to move rooms hotel was excellent value for the price paid of £35pn including breakfast

We have been given an attic room with a reduced space (due to the sloped roof). The "bed" was rather a sleeping mat on the floor, not a classical (high) bed!!! Staff do not speak German good, breakfast were very poor for a 4* hotel.
