Staff was attentive and provided excellent service. Hotel was so charming but still clean with modern amenities. Bathrooms had heated floors!! Beautiful views and adorable courtyard. Would highly recommend.

在布拉格選擇酒店要在老城，靠近查理橋附近。查理橋一側有中央廣場天文鐘，站在中央廣場感覺在國內的一些城市，商業氣息很濃厚，遊客很多，住在這邊比較嘈雜。查理橋另一側相對安靜一些，有軌電車時而經過，我們選的酒店就在這側。 環境：酒店是城堡改造的，有院子，分為不同的樓，晚上很安靜，離查理橋很近。 房間：裝修有一定的年限了，很乾凈，房間也大，衞生間有浴缸也有淋浴間。 服務：每天晚上回房間，服務員已經把窗簾拉下來，毛巾鋪好，拖鞋擺好，感受很好。前台工作人員zoe chan，禮貌周到很有耐心。 早餐：水果和麪包點心是自取的其他都是看着菜單點。麪包點心和巴黎確實沒法比，不好吃。點餐雖然能保證品質，但是對於外國人來説很不方便，想喝一杯熱牛奶加麥片堅果，第一次端來一杯燕麥奶，第二次端來一杯加滿麥片堅果的酸奶，我們衹好放棄了。好在其他點的基本還都好吃，點的果盤很甜。 美食推薦：1.圖8煙囱冰淇淋，選擇開心果口味的，很好吃，是獲獎的。不要買中央廣場附近的，無比難吃。2.圖9這家店烤豬肘配酸蘿蔔絲好吃，最難忘的是麪包豬肘糜配酸菜熱狗，無比好吃，菜量大，酌情點餐。如果預約不到位置，避開吃飯高峯期去排隊，比如在17：00之前去吃。

地理位置好，在聖米古拉斯教堂邊，步行去老城和布拉格城堡還是有些距離的 設施新，房間大小適中 服務好，服務人員專業

Hôtel particulièrement bien placé, au pied du château de Prague (il faut quand même y monter) ! Situé dans l’ancien monastère des Augustins, la décoration est pure et élégante. Les chambres sont très confortables et très bien équipées. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux. L’accueil est chaleureux sur toute la ligne. C’était parfait.

La découverte enfin de cet hôtel que je voulais sélectionné lors d’un de mes voyages à Prague. Magnifique emplacement dans la vielle ville. J’avais la chance de disposer d’une très grande et belle chambre au calme sous les toits. L’hôtel est tout dans la délicatesse et le luxe discret. Deux petits reproches, qui aime bien châtie bien, la literie beaucoup trop molle pour moi et dans la chambre malgré toutes ses qualités , une seule petite fenêtre en hauteur. À visiter sans modération

My partner and I stayed at the Augustin, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Prague from February 2nd to February 5th, 2025. We had a great experience at this hotel. As a former Marriott associate, I certainly expected good service from them, to be honest, I found them incredibly friendly and attentive, especially the two ladies at the front desk (Ms. Veronica and Ms. Katerina) who really went the extra mile for us. These two ladies are the true epitome of hospitality. My room was clean, spacious, and the amenities were well-maintained. The hotel's location is right in the heart of Prague, which made it easy for us to visit both Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay or a leisurely getaway. We enjoyed Prague very much, and we would definitely come back to the Augustin, a Luxury Collection Hotel.

As an Ambassador Bonvoy member with well over 2,000 nights at Marriott I can sincerely say this was one of the most memorable. This hotel is superb in every way. We were treated with incredible grace from the moment we checked in and through our five-night stay. The hotel is set amongst a Benedictine monastery with tremendous history. Please take advantage of the tour the hotel provides twice per week. Understanding the history of the property is key to appreciating the experience. St. Thomas church is part of the property, and it is beautiful. They conduct mass in multiple languages on Sat/Sun. Prague is a beautiful city with so much to offer. The restaurant scene is amazing, and the architecture is beautiful. Cannot recommend highly enough.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe our stay in this gorgeous former monastery in the Lesser Town section of Prague. The easy check in (with sparkling wine), the superb included breakfast, a prepared box of excellent food for when we’d be out very early, a beer cellar, bar and restaurant that all are excellent with expert staff, the secluded off street courtyard entry, the small number of beautiful, unique and spacious suites, and, most of all, an incredible staff who are uniformly knowledgeable and charming…the list goes on.

The property is nice. However, they were not honest about the internet. Not working in the rooms on the t. V YouTube was not available nor was any other internet outlet on the TV. They did not tell us that before we got in the room. It was very frustrating for me to keep trying to get it to work before I asked the desk. And then I realized I wasted a couple of hours trying to get something to work that didn't work. That's why I rate this hotel not so well.

The staff at the property is amazing. They greeted us warmly upon arrival, and insisted they deliver our bags to our room. The hotel was formerly a monastery, with the monks still living in a separate building of the property. The architecture and design of the hotel are exquisite and represent elements of the former monastery throughout the property. A must-stay in Prague.

Really great for a couple’s Christmas trip. The building has a lot of character as a former medieval monastery. They offer a black beer that’s based on the monk’s 14th century recipe and it’s superb. Every meal - breakfast, lunch and dinner - was excellent. The staff is A+. I don’t know where they find these people but I never experienced hospitality at such a high level. They were really helpful with food allergies. We celebrated a birthday here and they brought us a cake, took a photo, and then turned the photo into a handwritten birthday card! They were always dropping off snacks and drinks at the room, including a really beautiful Christmas cake. I never asked for or expected any of the attention but they were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. Highly recommend.
