The lobby lights are dark and hot while waiting. In the room of the refrigerator facilities are not available

Location is good, but hotel no breakfast arrangements. Room spy perfume, make me feel uncomfortable.

Room clean. Amenities very good. Staff very friendly. Bed and pillow very comfortable. Aircond very cold. Only the downside room doesn’t have mini fridge and no plug point at the bedside. Overall good

The parking in the hotel is free but there is less food around. Walking to lrt 10 min

Poor sound insulation.. can heard the sound from the next room.. overall still ok.. friendly staff and service

Location is good. Just few minutes walk from LRT station.

Probably the worst hotel stay I’ve encountered..even budget hotel is better than this..it’s a 4 star hotel with no mini bar in the room..iron station outside the room for 4 star hotel? Stuffed carpets..my husband got rashes when he work up the next day..there’s also stains on the ceiling shows signs of leakage that’s makes the room have musty smells..i sprayed my room spray twice..I’ve stayed at various ranges of hotel rating..from budget to 5 star..but this so called 4 star hotel provides far more worst service than a budget hotel..we will definitely not coming back to this hotel..we might as well add some more to stay at 5 star hotel..

Additionally, the front desk reception seemed understaffed, resulting in a slow check-in and check-out process, especially when there are many people."

It’s worth to stay at the hotel rate. It’s safe and convenient to stay for a short business trips in Selangor. Thank you.

Room is dirty and bedsheet is not fully covered on the mattress. Just like placing on top of it. Not a good experience
