Peaceful,stress free apar**ents. Great location.Only 3 minutes walk to the main *****/ front, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Supermarket, with everything you need across the road from apar**ents. Air-conditioned rooms,which are clean and have everything you need for self catering. Staff are always available if you need them. Stayed here many times and it's great value. Quiet pool, plenty of loungers, towels available if required.

had great stay at the rosamar apar**ents the rooms are very nice with good size bathroom and a balcony. the pool area is really nice with lots of sunbeds. the local supermarket spar is only about 3mins walk and only 5 min walk to bars and restaurants etc.

2nd review of this place and completely different this time. Still very clean. Pool area good and nice pool. Now for the not so good. This time very noisy (not rasamar fault) people next to us were truly awful, loud music till 3am slamming doors and the smell of **** was overwhelming. We left with 2 days spare for another apar**ent it was that bad. I do like the ROSAMAR but this time we seemed to be very unlucky with neighbours. Beds seemed less comfortable and WiFi really does need sorting out as very very poor. I shall not return to ROSAMAR which is unfortunate as I do like it.

I can not Highly recommend this Gem! The communication pre arriving was Excellent via WhatsApp. Rosamar is across the street to a Spar Supermarket & a very short walk to the ***** which is in the middle of Puerto Del Carmen so easy to get every were you need. The Apar**ent was very modern decor with all Amenities, English TV, Aircon, Table & Seating On Terrace. The pool is the 1st time I have not got frost bite from haha. It was luc warm enjoyable temperature for a nice Swim around a lovely clean ultra modern tiled pool. Beside the pool there is an Amazing Jacuzzi. I noticed nobody hardly ever used it but as I knew how to work it as I have 1 myself... I spent an hour a day in it. The powerful jets that you can control yourself helped my sore back & I even got a Knott out from my shoulder blade. Best Jacuzzi I have ever been in.. Now I want 1 myself for the garden! The Reception staff are so Friendly Polite Warm & Welcoming. They can not do enough for you with always a smile on their face which is hard to find in the Hospitality sector these days. As we had a late flight home they let us use the Courtesy room to store our luggage & have a shower after sunbathing by the Tranquil Pool. They also ordered us a Taxi to the airport which arrived on time. As my Mother is Terminal from Cancer I have been looking after her myself the last 6months so this Holiday was well needed. I have came home Energised from the Sun shine & Rosamar. I can not believe this place is only a 2* it really should be a 3plus. What would be amazing to add to Rosamar would be a Cocktail Bar by the Pool & some light background Music as it lacked A**osphere & that was my only negative thing to say. I Highly recommend Rosamar We Will Be Back 💜

We stayed at Rosamar for 4 nights and generally enjoyed our time there. First thing, decent location - you are not too far away from some of the main streets in Puerto del Carmen. You do need a car though to get further, to larger stores etc. Secondly, the staff were generally helpful, from reception to those providing the cleaning services. Thirdly, parking, it is on street parking but there are plenty of spaces on that street. Of the times we parked, only once did we end up parking 5 mins away. Fourthly, the apar**ent itself was fairly clean and functional. In terms of flaws, a couple of things stand out. There is no oven in the kitchen, only a microwave and in our case, the freezer door was broken so the mini fridge freezer was only a fridge - not great when the climate is warm! During our stay, they never topped up the shower gel either and we also had to ask the reception for a "do not disturb sign". Another point is that contrary to what another reviewer has said, the pool is NOT heated - throughout our stay, the water was far too chilly to really use the pool. Surprisingly, even the hot tub was on the cooler end.

Stayed for a week and found it very comfortable and clean. Staff friendly and we had shower gel plus washing up liquid and toilet roll so was a bonus. Towels to hire as well but we never went to pool as we were out all day. Would return again and would recommend

Two of us stayed in a 2 bedroom property and the other two in a 1 bedroom. No issues with the two bedroom. great spacious balcony, clean with a lovely bathroom, spacious kitchen and two bedrooms which both had single beds. kettle, coffee maker and toaster with a two ring hob. Pillows on the beds not very comfy. The 1 bedroom was a bit dull and dark, on the ground floor and the balcony is only open at the front. Would definitely ask for a second floor one, which look more open. There was only room for one lounger on the balcony. My friends that stayed in the 1 bedroom ended up having two cockroaches in the room at night, even though they never had the doors or windows open before dark. So not sure where they were getting in? They also had a problem with a leaky toilet which was reported the day before we left but not being repaired until we were checking out. Pool was nice and peaceful with nice sun loungers. You can hire pool towels from reception for €15 and you get the money back when you return your towel.

Ticks all the boxes. Clean, quiet location, excellent staff, close to the ***** but not too close. Spar shop on your doorstep, relaxing pool area with no “sun bed olympics”. Air con in apar**ent, plenty of utensils/crockery for S/C, 2 flat screen tvs. Have stayed here 3 times and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a young couple in this apar**ent. They are nice apar**ents everything you need in them. We had a problem with our toilet and the manager and handyman were very obliging and once we reported it it was sorted. For me, the only cons that can't be helped are the ground floor apar**ent we had was very dark and you can't sit out on your balcony in the eves as no sun. The other con would be that the cleaning schedule was early in the am. Our door was knocked on most mornings at 9 am so our fault for not putting a do not disturb sign but if your looking for a lie on I'd recommend. The people that stay there are lovely as are the staff and I would return
