Avis : Novotel Puerto Montt

Grandes chambres confortables avec très belle vue, accueil très bon. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas dans les chambres de bouilloire.

Fantastic location for our shopping trip, as the hotel is just above the largest shopping mall, and really close to the city centre, good for restaurants and so on. We parked the car on arrival and didn't need to use it until we left. We had a spacious room on the 6th floor, with a big balcony and sea view, two great king-sized beds and a giant TV. There was a large desk, and a relaxing area with a comfy armchair and coffee table.This would have needed a lamp for reading or having a drink. The bathroom looked slightly jaded but was fine. Instead of a proper wardrobe, there was an open clothes-hanging rail area opposite the washbasin part of the bathroom, something I've never understood. I dislike not having a proper wardrobe with doors. Fortunately there are some large drawers in the TV table, which helped keep our things tidy. Breakfast was good, except for the juices. The breakfast room is on the top floor, along with reception, a slightly unusual arrangement but which has a lovely view of the sea. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful.

What an excellent find via Trip.com. Novotel Puerto Montt is a lovely hotel centrally located downtown, besides a major shopping centre with lots of eateries & shops. Within walking distance along the promenade from the Bus Terminal, my room had lovely sea view. Breakfast was fair but the view surpassed any negativity.

The room we had had an amazing view, and the most awesome comfortable bed with the best pillows ever. The evening meal was a disappointment, and breakfast was plentiful just manic, with so many people and not enough places to sit.

For the past todays we haven’t had hot water to take shower, no AC, no water last night for several hours, sink is plugged, shower Handel is broken, , no wifi , have been able to take shower for the past 2 days . Horrible experience.

El hotel en sí está bien ciudado. Está bien ubicado. El problema es que a la hora del desayuno debieran haber previsto la avalancha de turistas argentinos y tener más lugares donde poder sentarse. Varios días, con mi madre (que tiene 86 años) nos quedamos en unos asientos de descanso (como puffs) porque no había absolutamente ninguna mesa disponible. Además, el personal es insufiente para la cantidad de turistas. Otra cosa, que el hotel no tenga restaurante (siendo que en la página web de ACCOR indica lo contrario) y no tenga patente de alcoholes, lo encuentro sencillamente increíble. Al llegar del viaje en avión, lo único que queríamos era tomarnos un trago. Fuimos al "restaurante" y nos dijeron que no vendían alcohol y lo único que tenían para comer eran algunos platos ya hechos (quizás de cuando'??) y sólo los calientan.

UNA DESAGRADABLE EXPERIENCIA, NO TENIAN BAR NI RESTAURANTE, A PESAR QUE EN LA PUBLICIDAD LO ASEGURABA, LA PIEZA ENTRABA EL VIENTO POR BAJO LA PUERTA, DEBIMOS TAPARLA CON DOS ALMOHADAS, NO HABIA SERVICIO A LA HABIRACION NI FRIGOBAR, SOLO EL FRIGO SIN ELEMENTS, SIN EMBARGO ME COBRARON COMO HOTEL 4 ESTRELLAS, ES UNA ESTAFA EL HOTEL NOVOTEL EN PUERTO MONTT. NECESITO QUE ME DEVUELVAN EL DINERO QUE PAGUÉ ES UNA SINVERGUENZURA. DEBE SER DENUNCIADOS EN REDES SOCIALES Y AL SERNAC POR INFRINGIR LA LEY DEL CONSUMIDOR

Todo bien, excepto el desayuno es un desastre en lo que se refiere a la organización, la disponibilidad de mesas, la disponibilidad de alimentos y bebidas. Al no tener estacionamiento propio, estacionarse en el estacionamiento del mall es todo un problema y un caos. Para no volver. Saludos.

已經是第三次在這裏住了，風景、衞生、服務都很好，前台在11樓，停車位在商場裏面，停車還是比較方便。酒店在走廊新增了熱水機可以隨時取熱水。
