Genial. La única pega que le pondría sería que no tiene mucho aparcamiento. La piscina genial. Al igual que la habitación. El jacuzzi de las zonas comunes no estaba en funcionamiento.

We had one of the rooms that had a whirlpool. The rooms are spotless and everything is new . The beds are memory foam which I didn’t find that comfy but still slept very well . The TV was a smart TV but we couldn’t manage to sign into Netflix. We did not use the pool area or pool bar , but it was lovely and had a beautiful view . The whole of the hotel was spotlessly clean and reception staff/ cleaners pleasant . It was a lovely relaxing holiday can’t wait to go back

The hotel was lovely, very clean, large rooms with balcony, comfy beds, large bathroom. Seemed to be recently renovated and all done to a good standard. Given the price I was surprised by how nice it was, very good value for money. Very high up the hillside but most of the hotels are in this area and lots of taxis anyway. Would recommend

Lovely hotel. Very clean. Staff are friendly and lovely. Rooms are clean, well laid out, good balcony, bathroom and kitchen. Hotel provides beach towels for the pool area seperate to your bath towels which was great. Only disappointed about the jacuzzi was closed for the week of our holiday. And the snack bar by the pool closes at 5pm so if you want a pre dinner drink it’s either your room or you need to leave the hotel. The snacks and drinks are lovely though. Very good mojito and pina colada! Good cooked breakfast and I can recommend the salads and omelettes!

Well what a lovely hotel , spotlessly clean fresh and modern, comfortable beds smart TV in room but didn’t really use it , shower was very good too , we didn’t stay round pool more of a beach lover , staff were amazing especially the 2 male receptionists they couldn’t do enough for us , everyday they called us taxis and even sorted us to keep our room on the last day , such a pleasant stay and cannot wait to go back for another stay ! Value for money that’s for sure

Quiet, clean hotel high on the mountainside. Yes it's a long way down multiple steps to the restaurants in town (10 mins of stair descending), but the taxis are plentiful and reasonably cheap for the return trip. Some drivers will charge for every extra bag, some won't. Lovely pool with sunbeds and towels provided. Great Spar supermarket in town with multiple delis and a huge 'free-from' room, nothing like the UK Spars! The bar is only open 9-5pm, so you eat in your room or go down to town. The restaurant in the hotel across the road doesn't reopen until the 10th Oct. Lovely trips out with the Jet2 company- we did the Panorama and the Tastes of Canaria. We can recommend doing the optional tapas on the Panorama tour. Delicious. We did have exceptionally hot weather of 38C, but our aircon (free!!) worked beautifully. Eat breakfast at 8.00 a.m. on your balcony, as the sun rises over the valley and the parakeets fly overhead. Beautiful.

We are just back from a two week stay at the hotel. The hotel has been refurbished to a very high standard, our room was on the third floor, we had amazing views from the balcony. The room was very modern with good kitchen facilities and comfortable beds. The pool and solarium areas were very good and the views were amazing, the food and drinks at the pool bar were very good and reasonably priced and had happy hour between 11am/12. All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is well located we walked down to centre about 15/20 minutes and got taxi back up 4/5 euro. Would definitely recommend the hotel and we will be back

Myself and my partner are just back from gran canaria and we stayed in this hotel. We had booked the premium room with the jacuzzi bath and had 2 sun loungers and also table & chairs you can sit at the balcony area is on the ground floor and the pool area is on the 3rd floor. We both ended up unwell mid week so having the jacuzzi and our own sun loungers was ideal as we weren't using the pool that much. The room was clean and the hotel itself was stunning. The poolside was quiet and relaxing the views up there is amazing the staff were very helpful when we needed assistance. The hotel isn’t far from the old shopping centre but it is a walk and there is A LOT of steps to get you to where you want to go but i think most places in puerto rico has a lot of steps to the hotel. We would definitely go back to this hotel and stick to the premium rooms! We have already recommended this hotel to family and friends. Overall the hotel was clean and well equipped . It is up a steep hill from the bars , restaurants etc but you can walk down 213 steps ( yes I counted them when coming back up) Taxi back is 4 to 5 euro . Plenty of good quality sun beds so always available. View from pool and balcony both spectacular. 2 negatives. No shower room so if your on a late flight there is nowhere to freshen up before leaving. The hotel only has one bar , which is the pool bar. Does serve a limited menu such as burgers pizza etc. unfortunately this close at 5 pm so nowhere to get a drink or food after that. We did enjoy our stay at the hotel but would have been better if they had a bar service in the evening , 5pm is far too early for ourselves as my wife likes to stay by pool until last sun has gone. I am told that one of their sister hotels not only stays open later but also has a happy hour 5 till 6. Might try that one next time.
