IG Nachosol Premium Apartments by Servatur (Adults Only)

We arrived late on a Wednesday night and had to check in at the Nachasol Atlantic hotel (across the mountain) we were greated with a warm welcome and a complimentary taxi to our apartment. On arrival we were delighted with the views of Purto Rico and the roof terrace was stunning! Throughout our week the aircon in our room was greatly appreciated however some thicker walls may be required due to the noisy couples at night. There was a wee shop just down the road which came in handy, only wish the room had a freezer we could have stored ice cream in! 10-15 min walk up the hill from the town center although would recommend a taxi as it is mostly all up hill. Had a lovely stay will be back!

Was impressed with the cleanliness of apartments yaizosal. Used hotel once for dinner. It was well presented and delicious Unfortunately I took Ill and went at night to reception to try get a doctor The night receptionist was rude and unhelpful He told me to go back to my room 8 hours later no doctor Called again about doctor and dayshift receptionist was fantastic My gripe is with the night receptionist who was rude, lazy and insolent The night before my husband had forgotten the number to get into complex The same man let him in then demanded 10 euro He got nothing Team were great except for that one team member

We are Here at the moment Apartment is spacious with a very large balcony (pay for the upgrade), 2 sun loungers a table and 2 chairs all very modern. , rooftop pool again all modern loungers and 2 Balinesa four poster beds in back. Views are of the marina and are stunning (see picks), These are self catering apartments your kitchen has 2 rings , toaster, kettle, fridge, Aircon and a large shower/toilet with double his and hers sink/basins, there’s no bar or restaurant but your 10 mins downhill walk to all the biz Puerto Rico has to offer. (Get a taxi back €4) large security door at front and 3/4 reception staff do different shifts so always someone about to ask for anything,there very accommodating especially Jesus (hajuice). The hard working Maids come in every day except Sunday. Fresh towels ect. Also beach towels available @ €10 refundable deposit each and you can change for fresh ones every day if needed. It’s quiet as it’s adult only but we were her for some quite time anyway. I would come back with no hesitation. If for anything ‘ the view ‘and it’s modern and very clean ,

Absolutely stunning. The rooms the view the pool all good, very clean really recommend this place! I would come back !! Only thing would be perfect if it had complimentary coffee and tea. The apartment it’s fully equipped to cook and eat for 2.

Just back after amazing week apartments are si spacious cleaned every day while we were there breakfast very good only fault was Jacuzzis few people there bad mobility so hard to get in and out really need to consider putting bar in nearer where you get in and out

This was our first time to grand canaria, and going self/catering, and we absolutely loved it! The apartment was spotless and our sea-view was incredible! The staff were amazing, including the cleaner who was so lovely. Special mention to Jesus the manager, where nothing was to much trouble for him and helped us with everything we needed. There is a nice shop just a 4 minute walk from the complex, which we bought lots of essentials from. It’s only a short walk into the busy town of Puerto Rico, which had lots of lovely restaurants and bars. Genuinely loved every minute of our stay, and have just booked to go back next year to the exact same apartment complex. I can’t recommend this place enough! Hi I'm due to arrive 19/04/23 at around 1:30 am. what is the process for check in. I've been told we will have to check in at the hotel but our transfer is dropping us at the apartments. Do you provide a taxi to take us to check in and back to the apartment as its a 17 minute walk and seems like a lot of messing about so early in the morning?? Many Thanks Aimee

We got a ”wordrobe dark cave” beside the stairs, no terrasse and the room smelled like a swimmingpool. For more than 200 € for one Night. Not quiete what the special offer on internet presentaded. If you want to be REAL disapointet and feel you got robbed, chose an offer from this hotel.

Couldn't fault these apparments,do your homework and take time to look what room your booking. Some have no balcony, some do, we made this mistake and had to pay to upgrade to a terrace.the apartments are lovley,modern and very clean, Fresh towels everyday. Lots of steps leading to the entrance of the hotel. But look around you ,there all the same, puerto rico is all steps unless you're stopping at the bottom of the resort. Taxis are plenty full, make sure you point in the air in the direction of the hotel when talking to the taxi driver, because every taxi driver took us to the wrong apartments, Taxis from the commercial center is about 3 to 4 euro. Make sure you account for this, because you won't be walking up !! , hade some great food in the commercial center, some one recommended ( bubbles) Wasn't impressed at all, Try the one facing bubbles, Amazing! We went 3 times. I tried the mixed grill,delicious. I tried the t bone one night and it was bigger than a dog ! 2 mains,one pudding (not me) And drinks 35 euro,bargin. There's a new restaurant opened called the carvery Beef,chicken,pork,lamb,and as much fresh vegetables as you can eat. 15 euro.😉 enjoy.
