Excellent reception, tasty and healthy food, hygienic spa, nice decor. We found staff very friendly and helpful. Few minor areas of improvement required. For example Room lock was defective, in room service food came without spoon and fork. Didn't face much problem due to supportive staff.

La salle de réservation est recommandée pour apporter le petit déjeuner, c'est plus sanitaire, il y a peu d'endroits pour manger aux alentours, le wifi de l'hôtel n'est pas bon, il y a trois agents de sécurité à l'entrée, et la sécurité de l'entrée de l'hôtel. Il y a une cuisine japonaise au 0ème étage de l'hôtel. Il n'est pas au milieu et la salle est bien. Je tiens à dire que le canapé de ma chambre, de mon séjour jusqu'à mon départ, est mouillé. Plus tard, j'ai découvert que cela ne devrait pas être artificiel, car le climatiseur est lourd. Comparé à d'autres hôtels environnants, cet hôtel est fortement recommandé et dispose d'une navette aéroport. Si vous voulez des pantoufles, n'oubliez pas de lui demander de demander !

It's a decent hotel. They call themselves a business 4 star but it lacks in certain places. For example the bathroom sink is clogged. Stains on the marble. The highlight was the view from the room. Overall it's a decent hotel. Also, they only give 2 small bottles of water complimentary in the room. You atleast expect two 1 litre bottles to be given complimentary.

Faboulous food . Excellent service by Abhishek. Good hospitality. Wow location food was delicious as we came with friends we had drink with Nice music and specially paan ice cream was really yummy I would recommend everyone visit here for sure and thanks ***ish and Abhishek once again to made sure we had good time

Près de l'hôtel se trouve la gare, il n'y a pas moyen de se promener la nuit bien sûr ! Les installations de l'hôtel sont neuves et le petit déjeuner est copieux !

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est correct, il y a quelques centres commerciaux dispersés à proximité, la distance est à 5 km, la gare est de l'autre côté de la rue. Les installations sont relativement complètes. Le gymnase a suffisamment d'équipements aérobies et moins d'équipements anaérobies. Fondamentalement, il s'agit d'un ensemble d'haltères et d'un poussoir de poitrine. La piscine et le spa se trouvent juste à l'extérieur de la salle de sport. J'ai tendance à prendre trois repas par jour à l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner, 70 RMB, plus de plats et plus de places assises ; Les plats chinois, le dîner et le buffet sont un peu indiens et je ne m'occupe pas des touristes d'autres pays.

After a 3-hour brief stopover at Pune including visit to Wax Museum, shopping for Maganlal Chikki (a world famous sweet chikki made in Lonavala) and lunch at a vegetarian restaurant in the main market, we proceeded to Pune, our main destination and reached Hotel Ramee Grand at Apte Road, Shivajinagar. While finalising our programme, our travel agent. IHPL, New Delhi had suggested some other hotels near airport but we wanted to be in the center of the city and selected this hotel based on the reviews by Trip Advisor. When we reached this hotel and checked in, we found it to be better than our expectations. Though It is categorised as 3-star hotel but we found its facilities compared a 4-star hotel. Our room was quite spacious, well furnished and having a mini fridge with snacks, cold drinks etc. and a safe in the cupboard besides normal facilities like an electric kettle, TV and telephone. There was also a wall to wall glass window with a curtain opposite to the main door that provised a nice view of a mini garden on the ground floor. The toilet was also spacious and was also provided with a bathtub besides other usual provisions. The best feature of this hotels is its dining hall that provides an excellent view from the corridors connecting various rooms arranged in a rectagular plan. Not only the lay out of dining hall is unique withtrees but a large number of food items displayed over several tables are also very tasty and the staff also prepares hot items like amlette and dosa etc. on de***d. The hotel also has a roof top swimming pool and a spa though we did not use these facilities, Besides this dining hall we also found a south Indian restaurant attached to the hotel lobby. The ambience of this hotel is also very good with a fine service. On the whole, we very much liked this hotel. Another attraction of this hotel location is nearby decent park that is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel and I was going there every morning during our 3-day stay from 27th to 29th October 2023. This spacious park also has an open gym. In addition, there are ***y restaurants nearby providing different types of good food.
