« The room was clean and comfortable but I had few unpleasant experiences at this hotel. Firstly, there was a group party playing loud music on the same floor that I was staying and woke me up around 2AM. Also on the day of checkout, the computer system was down and they had me wait ~30 minutes to verify if I had taken breakfasts or dinner at the hotel restaurant. I told them my reservation included breakfasts and I had one dinner buffet and can pay cash for it. For some reasons they insisted on waiting for the system to come back but it was getting late for my flight. They can careless and was going through all guests paper receipts to no avail. Finally they want to charge me for 3 dinners but I said I only stayed for two nights & was ridiculous to charge me for 3 dinners. I got fed up and walked towards the uber driver that was waiting for me. One guy chased me down and told me to wait for their manager to show up. Long story short, I had never experienced anything like this, it was ridiculous to say the least. »

IInvitéI recently had breakfast at the Holiday Inn in Mayur Vihar, and it was easily the highlight of my morning. The meal was served at Café on 3, which has a lovely, upscale ambiance with peaceful views of the outdoor pool.
The breakfast buffet is incredibly expansive and caters to every palate.
What truly stood out was the hospitality. The staff was attentive without being intrusive; special thanks to the team for their polite and helpful service throughout the meal. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and provided a very relaxing environment to start the day.

Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. BbibrewdogHey, so the Orchid hotel on the Mumbai-Bangalore highway is in a good spot, but it's not a five-star hotel by any means. It's a big place, but I'd say it's more like a three-star. Nothing to really complain about, but they could definitely do a better job with the landscaping and cleaning.
